Highly recommend.We rented Bounce House, tent 20x30, water slide, cotton candy machine, tables, chairs, high striker, carnival games and all party rental equipment were in really good conditions.

When I called to reserve 3 tables, 3 tablecloths and 24 chairs for my fathers 90th birthday party, the lady was very nice and helpful. The day of the party, the wrong chairs were delivered. Not only were they the wrong chairs, but they were in horrible condition. One chair even had a leg cut off at the bottom, and they were all rusty. I called the company and the girl told me that they were closed and there was nothing they could do. I insisted that they delivered the wrong item, and they needed to fix it. She then proceeded to argue with me about which chairs I had ordered. Didnt she have the order in the system? (Which, BTW, I never received an invoice.The only confirmation I got was over the phone the day before. Same girl who took the order, still being very nice.) I asked to speak to the girl who took the order, and was told that she wasnt available. This other girl told me that the only thing that could be done was for ME to take the chairs to the warehouse myself, and that they would have to correct chairs on the loading dock. The chairs hardly fit on the back of my SUV. I dont know what I would have done if I had a regular car. When I got there, the wrong chairs were on the loading dock. I called the office again, and she called the person in the warehouse. The warehouse doors opened (she told me that they were closed), and a man brings out the correct chairs. These chairs took up more room, and did not fit in my SUV. I was very upset at this point (what did I pay delivery for?), and begged for him to deliver the chairs. Not only was someone at the warehouse, but they had two trucks parked outside. Why did I have to drive over there to fix the mistake that they made? He looked like he didnt want to do anything about it. The girl in the office talked to him, and he finally agreed to take the chairs. He tried to tell me that he would take them tomorrow.....no, the party is tonight! He finally agreed. When I asked him if he needed the address, he said that he knew where the house was. So I asked him if he had done the original delivery and he said yes. So you deliver the wrong item, and refuse to fix your mistake, make the customer drive to the warehouse after having paid for delivery, and only agree to deliver the correct chairs after much begging (and screaming) from the customer. This is a horrible way to do business, and NO way to treat a customer! NEVER AGAIN!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I have used the company twice, we rented water slides, bounce houses and inflatable games, tables, tent and chairs, not one complaint to tell about. all inflatables clean and in good conditions. Google search when looking for a place to rent a bounce house and given the small number of reviews but it was amazing. Prices are reasonable, they showed up on time with a clean bounce house, set up and broke down. It was seamless. The kids had a blast. What more could you ask for? They broke the tiles in my backyard during pickup of water slide and left without telling me. I found it the next day, called the company and was told to send an email. Over 2 weeks later, I am still the one chasing them to call me back! I will NEVER use this company again. I’ve used them for over 5 years now and this is how they treat their loyal customers. NEVER AGAIN!In response to your reply, the bad review was left because your workers failed to tell me they broke the tile. And it took 3 phone calls and an email over a 2 week period to get a reply back from your company. Also, I don’t know where the comment about needing funds in times of need comes from? This is about the lack of trust and customer service from an error your workers made. The email I finally received today says you will reimburse me for the tiles, but I will wait and see if I do indeed receive it.

Horrible service. They basically stressed me out on my daughters 1st birthday. The bounce house was dirty and it looked old. The cotton candy machine was smoking and the bubble guppies banner would not stay. They delivered the night before and said that they would deliver a new cotton candy machine within 40 minutes a whole 1hr plus goes by and nothing so I call them and they say oh we will deliver tomorrow what time is your event like are you kidding me. Horrible keep your money will never do business with them again. They will just stress you out they don’t fix problems just deflect them.

The slide works for 30 min and then the blower stop working, terrible customer service, no body answer the phones or return messages and even they ruined my kid’s party they charged me full day.Terrible experience

If I could give this company a zero star review believe me I would, my suggestion to anybody who is looking for event Quitman rentals of any kind you should immediately avoid this business as they are basically a complete scam. I ordered a frozen drink machine from this company submitted all of my card authorization for payment and took care of everything weeks in advance to my event. Upon the day they dropped off the slushy machine their guys told us that we had to pay them $500 in cash otherwise they would take the machine and leave, any business telling you you must pay them in cash for something automatically seems very sketchy especially when you have submitted them all of your credit card information prior to the delivery date of your order. As a business owner for 5+ years I find it hard to believe that in 2020 your company cannot receive credit card or debit payments unless of course you are trying to avoid some sort of track record of your revenue for tax purposes. Where things really got awful was the day after my event when the company comes to pick up their machine and they claim that we lost the cart that they left behind to move their machine and the tarp that they also left behind to cover their machine when they take it back. Understand that when I rented this machine all I did was rent a frozen drink machine and paid for two individuals to deliver that machine and set it up and then of course leave with whatever equipment they brought with them to set up this machine. Unfortunately these gentlemen decided to leave their personal equipment that they used to do their job behind on site and when it went missing the company is now charging me for their own personal lost items. It’s pretty unbelievable that when you rent a frozen drink machine apparently you are responsible for all of the equipment that their team needs in order to deliver and set up your item. Ask somebody who specializes in the event industry and brings equipment to events places all the time and Also needs to use equipment to move all of his stuff I never hold the host of the event responsible for our own personal business belongings. South Florida is packed with event rental companies and I would suggest anybody who found this one hopefully you are fortunate enough to read this review prior and immediately called somebody else cause I’m sure I am one of only many who have gone through such a horrible experience with this company.

What a great company! I am so glad I found them. My daughter put me in charge of planning my granddaughter’s first birthday and thank god for My Florida Party Rental. They helped me choose the prefect bounce house for my little princess. They also rent tables, chair and a tent which was very much needed. Amy helped me pick out linens for the tables and offered a cotton candy machine which the kids loved! The party was fabulous thanks to them! And the prices are very reasonable. The more I rent the better price I got. Amazing! Btw the bounce house was in very good condition and clean which was so important for my daughter.

Not good A product or service.The chairs and tables are very old and came to the house very dirty and my housekeeper has to clean them before we could let guest sit or put table clothes down. The tables are very very old and have plastic ripping off not a great guest experience.Your team scratched my marble floor as the crew dragged the chairs and tables to the back of the house.Trust me use someone else!!!
