From start to finish, it was absolutely fantastic! I went in and spoke with Barbie to get more information and she was very detailed and thoroughly explained everything that was included in each party package they offered. I booked earlier so I can pay little by little, which was the best decision! But once the party came it was a HIT! Every guest kept asking about the party packages and I recommended it highly for them. Bounce Play World was a overall fun time for the kids, as well as the adults and my son had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!! In my opinion, definitely a bang for your buck!

We where invited to a Halloween birthday party. Im very surprised with this place. Very clean, nice and cool facility, apart from looking small its a great space, laid out to it capacity for great functionality. I would reccomend this place for kids party.

Clean, large space, great decor, great staff, great pizza. Only place that offers 4 hours vs 3 like everywhere else. So many things to do that everyone from the young to adults are entertained. Just bring sweets and alcoholic beverages if you want, everything else is provided.

Amazing Experience!! The staff is amazing. Barbie was terrific. The gentleman, working the event with Barbie, wouldnt let me lift a finger. Every time I went to do something, he would tell me that he would take care of it and to enjoy myself. The facility is very clean. The décor is beautiful. They are very accommodating and pay attention to the details. The arroz con pollo was very tasty as well! I never heard them say no. They try hard to make it work. It is also very affordable compared to other places. There are actually other places that may charge the same, but the facility are smaller and not as clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I have NO Complaints. I would definitely do another party there again!

This is the best location I have been to for a childs birthday party. My kids had non stop fun the entire time! The place was very clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. They were helpful and always on top of everything, they made sure everything was set for us so we can relax and just enjoy the event. Like many businesses, Bounce Play World has closed down due to Covid-19. We visited the place, the computer and phone at the front are gone. We tried disputing with the bank, but in the end it seemed they could not recover the funds from the business either, they disappeared with the money. So now the option is to keep hunting them down, report to the Better Business Bureau, etc.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday here and it was really sweet and I will have these memories forever. We had a lot of fun with all of our guests and I was really surprised in the place and was definitely worth price that was spent. Barbie, Ursula, and Julian made sure that the kids and adults where having an amazing time and served food to us and others in the party. The wooden floor made the place very unique to other party places and I loved how the party was kept clean all throughout the party by picking up the trash and throwing it out for us.

Good place for parties kids and adults have fun. Food is good. The service of the two ladies was great. Balls go over the bounce and fall on domino table. Person for rock climb wall always had to be found. Bounce area is a little dangerous for smaller kids. Overall nice place.

I would actually rate this place a 2 1/2 stars. The party was beautiful and the space is great, but a couple of critical issues really made me rethink about ever renting this place again or recommending it to others.First, the electricity was an issue. Apparently the breaker kept tripping. FIVE times throughout my event! I had guests the were using the restroom and were all of a sudden in pure darkness!! This disrupted the ambiance and our ability to use all of the attractions during power loss.Second mayor issue was they turned off the bounce house during the character appearance. Didnt make sense to me. Not all kids want to see the character, which was geared more towards the younger kids. My 3 yr old child, who was not interested in the princess show, went to play in the bounce house and fell into the pit since the air blower was not turned on. Thank God he only had a scare, but it could have easily turned into a trip to the emergency room.The price on this place is pretty high for these type of issues to occur. Truly unacceptable. Very disappointed as I had high expectations and have many mommys who asked me if I would recommend this place :(

Went for a childs birthday party (I was invited as a relative), and this location is a hidden gem! The childs birthday was the only one in the place! It was a pleasant change from the big-box play-world settings of my own childhood. Great mix of entertainment for kids of all ages and adults: interactive three-level playstation, bounce house, air hockey, and pool and ping pong tables. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout the experience.

I could not ask for a better place. This is my 4th year celebrating my sons birthday party and our parties always have over 80 guest and I have never once had anything to complain about. Everything here is perfect!! The staff is amazing!!! Barbie and her staff are more than welcoming, always making sure my guest were good, that I as the parent felt relaxed and that everything was the way I wanted. they strive to make sure my parties are flawless and as always they are. I had the opportunity to have my son and daughters birthday party at bounce last night!! Barbie worked with us from day 1 of us going in to inquire about it. She walked us through the process and preparation on their part. She did such an amazing job of setting everything up. By the time we got there everything was so beautifully set up and prepared for us and our guests. Her helpers were amazing as well Heather and mat were so kind and so helpful. I just had both my boys birthdays celebration here this past Friday July 22, and it has been hands down the most amazing place ever! I have never been able to enjoy any of my parties the way I was able to fully enjoy this one. Barbie and her Bounce Play World crew went above and beyond for us and all of our guests! I just kept on getting positive compliments from all our guests about how awesome the place was! Everybody.... adults and kids had so much fun and the support, organization and catering service they provided was just excellent! I have a birthday scheduled with them and due to Covid-19 it wont be happening. They have disappeared with my money. I got word from their other location shopping center that they are going out of business. I expect a refund and many others that I have spoken to that had booked there as well!

I hosted my sons 1st birthday party @ Bounce Playworld and it was a hit! The staff, especially Barbie, were all exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location again and again. I look forward to planning another birthday. Thank you Barbie for all your hard work and follow through! 🙂

Went to Bounce Play World on Saturday for my niece’s 4th birthday party and it was great! It really had a lot of things for the kids to do! The lady with the blonde hair was so so sweet always looking after everything and cleaning up. Only negative comment I can make was I noticed the toddler station really hadn’t been cleaned a lot of crumbs that my toddler was picking up and I had to take away from her. Other than that I LOVED IT!

I could have made a better choice on a location for my children’s birthday party!!! Everyone was absolutely satisfied with the food and the AMAZING STAFF!!! The staff was so accommodating and attentive!!! The decorations were absolutely beautiful!!! I had my sons 8th birthday at this location and everyone was great!!! Barbie was so helpful and attentive she really made our experience a wonderful one as well as the staff. Facility was very clean and food was excellent!!! Really recommend this location!!!

Poor service. Place wasn’t as clean as expected... they left a ladder near the table-cake. The entrance table has a wet tablecloth... staff was rude and they were removing guest plates even when guests haven’t finished. They were such in a hurry to remove everything and pickup soon that the staff drop some sweets from the cake table... they also bagged the presents y trash bags even before the party were finished!

I went to party this morning and I was amazed! The place was set up really nice, the lady in the kitchen was a great help and the girl in the front Heather was amazing! Her level of help and attentiveness was 5 star all the way.

*FOOD POISONING - DON’T GO HERE*My friend spent a huge amount of money on trying to make his 1-year old daughter, 1stbirthday experience a memorable one; and it sure was; not only did the lights went off through the middle of the party, while staff members instead of helping, were just annoyed when we asked and extremely rude; not even one of them came to apologize at any point, after a 2 hour delay the lights came back, but the worst was yet to come. My friend paid for the bounce play world catering service; today 15 of the invitees have food poisoning (to my knowledge); and which is even more terrible, his 1 year old baby has been constantly vomiting; can you imagine the level of irresponsibility to serve damaged food at a kids (honestly babies) party. Therefore not only the experience during the party was ruined by poorly trained staff (cause I understand that some things are out of their control), but the food they served put have of the party in the hospital for severe food poisoning, and what’s even worse, is that his 1-year old is sick and throwing up constantly. If you want to have a great experience DON’T GO HERE.

I had my sons birthday at the London square location yesterday and the helpers were Barbie, Melissa, and I think George ( he had dark hair and glasses). They were all very helpful, they helped me get organized and they kept everything impeccable and were on hand the whole time. The three of them were very courteous and helpful to everyone. I took my son here a few weeks ago for an end of the year school party. We rented the place from 4pm to 8pm. We had food catered through them. It didnt arrive until the very end and was cold. The staff was rude when I asked when it would arrive and they were rude when I went to get a plate. Then I saw some of the staff eating the food that we paid for. There a plenty of other party type of places in this city. I wont be spending another penny at this one.

First of all, I must say I don’t usually do reviews but when it came to Bounce Play World, I absolutely had to. After many months, different appointments at different venues and many frustrations, I found Bounce Play World and WOW! Those were my exact words when I walked in to my sons first birthday party! I booked the party with Heather. Heather was really helpful, the theme I wanted is not a theme they have and she made it happen. She worked so hard to make sure the bday party was PERFECT! Every single one of my guests complimented the location and the staff (Heather worked the party) the location is beautiful, clean, it literally has fun for all. A toddler area (my son REALLY enjoyed his bday party), bounce house, ping pong table, air hockey, domino table, pool table, rock climbing, video games, you name it, we had it. Heather was super helpful calling me to follow up, I had a million and one questions and she was always so kind and professional. The entertainer was a hit, (Sabrina) she really got all my guests engaged in games, she was absolutely amazing. The food was great, the cafecito cubano after the food was delicious. Every detail of my sons bday was absolutely perfect and I have these girls to thank for. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely use the location in the future!

I booked Bounce Play World for my son on the 5th of the month, for the 26th of that same month. However, my family experienced a great financial hardship (younger brother in law was hospitalized for a very bad accident), so I wrote them on the 15th to cancel, understanding that I paid a deposit so would likely forfeit a portion of it. However, my understanding of the event business is that if a facility is able to book another party to replace your own, there is no loss of sale or profit - so theyre is no reason to not get your deposit back. Bounce Play World told me they would not issue me ANY portion of my deposit back, instead issuing me a credit to be used at a later date - a fairly useless resolution in this situation. I understand a loss of a sale is a loss of a sale, but to say that even if they DID manage to rebook they still would not issue a refund is a disappointing symbol of their ethics to say the least. Bookers beware; this is not an understanding or flexible facility in the least. Please pray you do not encounter any serious medical/financial injury in the time leading up to your event if you do decide to move forward with Bounce Play World. I will be doing the party for my son since there is no way out of it, and will update with any positive/negative experience at the close of the event.*Update: the event took place, and Barbie did a nice job overall with the party. It was a bit of a headache getting there, but the actual party was a success and she really did everything she could to make it that way. Everyone had a good time, and outside of the fire alarm going off incessantly during the first 20 minutes of the party (understand that was due to issues with the building itself and not the venue), it went off without a hitch. The staff did a wonderful job; jury is still out on the management, however, as I never heard from them and they never reached out despite my emails and requests to connect.

If any parent is looking for a venue to celebrate their childs birthday without needing to stress about decorations, entertainment, food, or the weather. This is the place to go too. Barbie was so helpful throughout the planning of my daughters 2nd birthday. The only thing i needed to do was bring my children and invite guest. Everyone had a great time, the food was great, decorations was beautiful, there is something to do for all ages. A pool table, rock climbing wall, video game consoules, toddlers area, bounce house, air hockey table, dominos table. It was great. Your own private party, safe place, clean and the staff there Barbie, Matt and Beatriz were so attentive of everything they even made sure i had something to eat. Thank you Barbie, Matt and Beatriz so much for all your help and everything you did for us. Our daughter and family had a great time. See you guys next year

Great party room for a kids birthday or event

Last night we had my sons birthday party at Bounce Playworld. I cant believe the experience that we had. We had 3 people, Barbie, Juan and Matthew, there to take care of everything and I mean everything!! We only had to bring the cake, candy for the pinata and goody bags. First of all, when I walked through the door about an hour early, everything was fully decorated and looked beautiful! The attention that they showed us and our guests was unbelievable. They were so nice and upbeat and excited about what they were doing. Juan even helped me finish up the gift bags. They wouldnt let us do anything. The food was amazing and they even made cuban coffee at least 4 times since we were alot of people. I am so appreciative for their attention to our guests and their hard work. Rest assured you wont be disappointed if you have this team of professionals taking care of your party. Enjoy!

Excellent and clean location for kids parties with adult seating.

We just celebrated our boys 5th & 8th birthday party on Saturday, and it was GREAT! We had over 100 people (50 kids) and they all had a blast. We ordered the pork, moros, and yuca for the adults, and everyone loved it. The kids got pizza from Ferraris, and it was fresh and delicious. The show and face painting were a hit and lots of fun. I cant rave enough about Barbie and her staff; they were so helpful and friendly. They spent the entire time assisting, serving, or picking up. At the end of the night, they gave us all of the leftover food(there was a lot, so order for less people), and packed up all the gifts in large garbage bags so that it was easier to take them to the car. I would recommend Bounce to anyone that is planning on celebrating a kids party! Thanks for everything!

From my grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, brothers, all family and friends, all kids and babies! We did our babys first birthday party here and we are so glad that we chose Bounce Play World!!! This is actually the first review I ever write on anything but I decided to take the time to write this in my great appreciation to Bounce Play World and owner Sandy for giving us an amazing memorable 1st birthday party for our baby boy! When I was planning for my sons bday party months in advance, I lived in New Jersey but we wanted to have the party in Miami, Florida because thats where a lot of my family, friends and special my mom and grandparents and brothers live and we wanted them to be there for such a special time in our life! For anyone that has planned a party out of town, youd know how stressful and frustrating it could be!!! So I prayed, I did some research on kids party places, came across great reviews on My Clubhouse, one of their four locations, the original childrens private party place, I called and Sandy picked up and what a blessing she was! She is absolutely amazing!!! She went out of her way, was extremely conscientious!!! At the time, my mind was all over the place, I didnt know if to do an outdoor party at a park and have catering and organize it on my own or to pick a venue that would offer everything and take the stress off my mind. Considering that we were out of town and we had to travel, it made it very difficult to be able to do a party on our own! We were also on a BUDGET and were trying to do the nicest but least expensive party! After doing the math, and with the huge financial support of my mom, we realized it payed off to have a venue do it all for us, and not just any venue, we decided to go with Bounce PlayWorld, one of their locations in Kendall, which was the closest to our family! Plus I loved how Sandy always dedicated her time in every single detail and decision making, from what theme to pick to colors of the balloons to what date, time, literately EVERY DETAIL!!! WHAT PATIENCE SHE HAD WITH ME!!! They were with us every step of the way! I will never forget the day before the party I couldnt decided if to add red balloons to our Baby Mickey theme which was baby blue, white and yellow and Sandy decided to throw them in their as a bonus just to make me happy! She was so sweet to me!!! On the BIG DAY, everything was like a dream come true! Decorations were gorgeous! Their staff was very friendly, hardworking and efficient! They were on top of everything! The place was super clean, room temperature was just right! Food was delicious! They have entertaintment for all ages! Comfortable seating for the older ones! Huge space! We chose the photographer and clowd and they were totally worth it! Background music was perfect! They even have a big screen tv where we were able to show a slideshow of baby pics and music to close up the night! At the end, they didnt rush us out, they gave us more time to mingle with family, it was awesome! Keep in mind that we picked this place without even previewing it!! Our baby boys first birthday party was a complete successful! We had an unforgettable amazing birthday party! And our baby has gorgeous pictures and videos to see! We cant wait to have his other birthday parties, and our future kids bdays at their different locations! A place indoors, where children can play quietly, there is also entertainment for the older children, billiards, dominoes, and the attention of the house is excellent.
