We had our Son’s party all set until the original company that we hired cancelled on us two days before the party, we called a few other Party Rental Companies and couldn’t find one with availability with such a short notice, Then we came across this company “South Miami Party Rental” and I have to say that they really came through for me last minute and not only that but there prices were extremely reasonable, I would definitely recommend this Company to all of my Family and Friends!Thank you South Miami Party Rental!

I was very dissapointed with this company not only the service and quality of rentals but with their attitude as well. I had been dreaming of a race car party for years for my son. I finally decided to make the investment and rent the go carts. They were delivered late. So the kids had arrived and there was nothing for them to do. Everyone had to watch them as they set up. And then I paid more for an extra hour, for nothing because two of the three cars lost power About an hours or less after they started. What’s worst really was not any of this. If the owner would have picked up the phone and faced the situation by saying I’m sorry it would have been better, but the guy was avoiding my phone calls and texts and would only communicate through his attendants. Very immature. Very unprofessional. This happened last year. I wasn’t going to give a bad review. But I would hate for this to happen again to someone. I hope they get themselves together and start providing good service. Good luck!

THE WORST!!! Don’t not rent from this company! Everything was dirty and broken, the table cloths where rectangle when we ordered circle tables table clubs were dirty and all were different color white! We had an appointment at 9am they cane at 12:30pm and the party was at 1pm!!! No discount was given after the inconvenience. I would never rent from them again and just trying to lookout for future victims.

I would give this a 0 star if it was a choice. I’ve rented from so many places but this is by far the worst experience ever. The kids were to start playing on the water slide by 12:00PM but as they were setting up the water slide, their generator broke and they had to go back and get a new generator which took an hour and half. 3:00PM was when everything finished. The kids started to slide down and there was large rip straight down the slide. Once they slid down their leg got caught in between the rip and they got scratches, and burns similar to a rug burn. They also started to bleed. Their customer service was even worse. I called them to ask them what to do or to ask for a refund, and she responded by saying this situation was normal. And hung up the phone on me multiple times. They basically said it’s normal for them to have a rip on the slide and said to put tape on it, like it’s going to solve anything. They also kept telling me to stop asking for a refund or a discount because “that’s all I want” . They were being extremely rude to me the whole time.

I would like you let you guys know that this company is extremely amazing and Im super thankful because I havent had any problems with this company. this company is such An amazing experience. And all the things that they bring me for my party are in perfect condition. I dont regret calling them Bc I know that they will be at my service 24/7

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.LATE DELIVERY, POOR OPERATIONS, LYING AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MISTAKES AND BAD SERVICE.Rented a tarp, tables, and chairs from this vendor for a wedding. They confirmed to deliver the items the night before the event, but last minute rescheduled to the following morning as the first delivery at 7am. Then the following morning they had us waiting around 3 hours, making us late in setting up and with the rest of the affairs.Not only are they terrible when it comes to punctuality, they are also bad with order details. We were provided less tables than we ordered and the wrong sizes as well which would have left us with 25 people without a table where to eat.We spoke with Arturo the day of the event and he was unable or unwilling to correct the problem, which left us to have to get tables elsewhere. After the event we reached out to request a partial refund on the missing and incorrect items. At the time Arturo acknowledged that the services provided had been incorrect and subpar and promised to provide a check refund and never did.LATE DELIVERY, POOR OPERATIONS, LYING AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MISTAKES AND BAD SERVICE.

Because of this company my party was a disaster! Super later delivery, dirty tent and tables. This company deserves to be shut down! Wish I could give them no stars

To give this company one star is too much. After paying hundreds of $$ for a mechanical bull, they never showed up, never answered our calls and would not reimburse us. They have horrible service. Very disappointing.....

Dont waste your time. I ordered a bouncy hpuse and rock wall climbing for a party at my house 12/14 for a party at 6 30 PM. I called at 1, 2 and again at 5:30 to confirm and was told everything was ok. At 6:30 called to see where he is and the stories began. He claimed that i cancelled. Then said he will be there 7:30 pm i said id rather ypu late then a no show. He said no problemo i will be there 7:30. All of a sudden magically his phone was off. Basically 80 kids with no rock wall climbing or bouncy house. Pay a few dollars more and use someone reputable. Not this third party garbage.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Rented a mechanical bull for a birthday party/Halloween party and they NEVER showed up. Called them several times and never picked up the the phone. And they charged my card full payment. Worst company ever!

Worst ever ! Never again .This company ruined my daughters birthday party, they are expensive, unprofessional and all the bad you can think of.Booked a party with them 3 weeks prios to the event, they showed up 3 hours after the event started, the equipment is old, fixed with tape and glue.Arrived 3 hours later to pick up and i was charged for those extra hours at the park rented .Please do yourself a favor and don’t! Hire them .
