I went to this fine establishment to replace my back tires. I checked two other places before coming here and Plaza gave me the fairest price. I was able to wait as they changed my tires, as it only took 40 minutes. They had great magazines and I enjoyed my wait!Also while I was there I saw Plaza assist two customers. One person came in for a second opinion, with a list of issues that a previous mechanic told him he needed to repair. Plaza told him that he would only need and oil change; that me may need the recommended repairs in the future, but could probably wait to address them. A second person came in with two nails in her tire. At first glance it appeared she would need a new tire, but Plaza attempted and were able to repair it. They could have just sold her a new tire, but they’re honest and upstanding.I highly recommend Plaza Tire & Auto Center!

Coming to this shop for 20 years with 3 different cars. Always reliable, you wont find more honest, efficient people in Miami. Gregorio the mechanics, Sharon and John are the best in town. I will miss them a lot if the Midtown fierce development takes over the land. They do any repair in any car as soon as possible at a fair price.

The owner John was fantastic. I was having transmission issues and pulled into his shop by accident, but I am glad I did. He was prompt, completely honest and let me know what I needed. Good service, respectful, and not your typical try to find something to charge you for mechanic. Definitely recommend.

Nice to have an auto repair place that does good work efficiently, timely and honestly, especially in this town. Also appreciated them spotting a bad tire in need of replacement, then showing me how to check for myself in the future. John and Sherrie are nice people to boot; they totally understand the idea of a thankful customer that hopes to avoid ever seeing them again or at least not for a long time;)

It is always difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic when moving to a new city. I feel like this is even more true as a female. I was very fortunate to find Plaza Tire & Auto Center. Not only did I use them to service my Toyota Prius over the course of three years, but I had a few issues in that time as well. They always let me know what was urgently needed and what could wait. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

First time customer, and will be going back again. Needed quick fix on a tire, and really wanted to avoid having to pay for a new one as the car is being returned. They did exactly that, were very friendly, and finished in a couple of hours. I am sure there are many places that would have taken advantage of my situation.

A family owned business that weve been using for years.Brought my 06, 4Runner in just after 8:00am as the Idiot Lights were on. John made the repair after the diagnostic, and I was on the road before noon. The thermostat was stuck open, and from prior experience a trip to the dealership would have been a serious wallet pop.About a week later the lights were on again. John, put a sensor in. No charge.This is a Five Star business. Id give it more stars if I could!

Im giving them a 5 because they were able to fix my car within 40min. It was a walk in, I didnt make an appointment, they were extremely busy, it was lunch time so most of the guys where out. I needed to get the headlight bulbs change, and I didnt mind to wait a couple of hours or even come back later to pick up my car. The manager was a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of work they had that day but he was able to get one of his guys to take care of my car. Im a happy customer and Im coming back if I ever need it!

We have a 6-year-old BMW, and weve tried a few shops since the warranty lapsed. These guys have been the best so far. They even found and fixed issues which two BMW dealerships couldnt figure out. Great job!

Fast efficient service and spoke English. I had a slow leak in the tire today. I just Googled a place near work and found this location. This is the heart of Miami so in many places, it is tough to communicate if you dont speak Spanish. I walked in and was greeted pleasantly in English. She told me it would be an hour and it was fixed in half the time. I will be doing my oil changes and other auto services here from now on.

This place is amazing!! Sherri and John are the nicest and most knowledgeable, theyll never give you the run around. Quality service at great prices. Old-times quality, price and speed. I was skeptical but the reviews were fair. My fixed flat tire in about 30 minutes, before I was able to finish lunch across the street. They even picked up all my junk from the back seats and loaded it back to the trunk. I recommend this place.

We all know getting you car repaired can be difficult as you don’t know who you can trust. I have to say that the staff at Plaza tires are as honest as it gets. They were able to repair a puncture to a run flat tire after 4 other places told me I need to replace the tire. These guys repaired it without trying to sell me a $300 tire.

A good mechanic is like a good doctor or hair stylist: when you find one you like, you dont want to change. Ive been taking my cars here for 15 years, and I trust them completely. So convenient to have them in Edgewater, too.

I am 99% sure that they intentionally damage things on peoples car to get them to come back and pay for more work. every time I had them fix something, a week later something else would break. I was stupid and kept taking the car back to them because they were in a convenient location. I told my friend about all the problems I was having with my car and she asked is it by any chance plaza tire and auto? It turned out that she had taken her car to these guys also and the same thing happened to her! Her car was a Toyota that was fairly new and was just off warranty and it was breaking down every week. when she stopped taking it to plaza tire and auto, it stopped breaking down. The people in the office seem nice, but something is very wrong about that place. I believe that they intentionally make holes in things, tighten things and weaken certain parts of the car so that they will break. If anyone has proof that they are doing this I would love to see them get reported to the police.

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. Used them a while back when I was in Miami on vacation, they were the only place open at the time. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery died. Got the alternator checked when i got back to town and turns out it was fine. The one they replaced it with burned out and I put the original back in and it works just fine. All I needed was a new battery but I ended up paying for a battery, alternator, and the labor to have both installed. They are criminals dont ever use them.
