I just stopped in to have my tires looked at and also check the tire pressure. Wow, I must say, the service was so wonderful. The person who tended to me was professional and so nice. He adjusted the pressure in all 4 tires and assured me the tires were in good condition. The service here was so wonderful. The person who helped me was sincere and honest. I completely appreciate the customer service here ... it was A++ !!

For some reason we only write reviews when it’s a negative one we almost never share positive experiences. Today I dropped my car for an oil change which was completed under two hours, later I was checking on my AC filters since I had purchased them before and I noticed one of the battery holding brackets was missing.I returned to the shop and asked the owner if by any chance it felt, he proceeded and said no. To my surprise he was able to get me another one and make sure it was nice and steady. I offered to pay and he refused. I would like to thank you on the way your running your business. My daughter purchased a tire from this store. It was not even a month when the tire that was purchased was damaged. My daughter was driving in a highway when her tire blew-up. she has to continue driving to find a safe place to park which, in the process, damaged the tire. She brought the tire back to this store and the manager/owner said that the warranty will not cover the tire. I asked him nicely on how he can help us with the situation but he kept saying that the tire was damaged because my daughter drove her car with the tire flat. I kept explaining to him that I agree with him but my daughter was simply looking for a safe spot to park in the midst of a busy super high way (Palmetto 826). I felt that we were robbed from this store. I was hoping that the owner/manager could come up with some assistance but he did not. I was hoping he could be more reasonable. My daughter is a student and has to spend almost $150 from her hard earned money on that tire from her part-time job just to treated unreasonably by this store.

The owner Alejandro does not have the best personality. I went in for what I thought was a blown head gasket. The car sat for four days just to get a completely wrong diagnosis. Luckily I had my car towed out to another shop where in short it was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump at another shop. I still had to pay for the incorrect diagnosis from Devenaire Service Center. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great service and courteous manager. Called ahead for flat tire repair, and was greeted upon arrival. After a quick inspection, the mechanic was able to carefully remove the bolt without damaging the tire, and with no air leak, and no repair needed. Nice touch! The voluntary tip was well worth it. Stopped by to get a plug for a screw that was embedded on a tire. They claimed that it was too close to the side wall and could not get fixed and needed to buy a new tire. Drove to a different tire shop it took 1 minute and $5.00 to get my issue resolved. Not trustworthy.

They charged $300 dollars for brakes when the rotors where fine and even with having the brake pads!! Lying thieves is what they are!!!! I wouldn’t even give them one star! That’s because I would never take my car to you people! My friend needed a simple brake job and even brought the brake pads! I did his front brakes and they worked nicely. The back brakes just needed the bolts loosened and that’s it! Instead of helping with a simple thing They charged him $300!! Even though people will go to this place, don’t unless you have too!

Ive been coming here for years. They are consistent in their quality of work, level of customer service, and fairness in price. Recently, I had to get my allternator replaced and after three months it began acting up again. Great and honest service with fair pricing. I have primarily used this service center for my last 3-4 oil changes, tire plug, and minor repairs on my sports car, and have never had any negative experiences. Alejandro and has staff have always been very professional, careful, and thorough. They have many loyal, repeat customers, which says a lot about their business, so wait times can be long sometimes if you just show up mid day. I tend to call ahead and try to coordinate my oil changes either late in the work day during the week or first thing in the mornings when they open. This strategy as never made my wait times more then 30 mins, although i always find myself staying longer, and talking about cars with the owner, who is a true car enthusiast.

Got my car AC’s evaporator replaced here, which is a pretty big job that takes some time. They were very polite and replaced it quickly while sending me text messages with pictures of their progress, and for the best price in town. This is a hidden gem mechanic shop and I highly recommend it to everyone. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I have only had phone experiences with this place and its never gone beyond that because the prices they quote have consistently been way higher than any mobile mechanic and even than the national chain store brands like tire kingdom and Goodyear etcCant justify the nickel and diming on top of the marked up prices at all because they are just that much higher. To the point where Ive been left dumbfounded after hanging up with themWouldnt recommend but def so your research for yourself because I am just one guy. Call around and compare prices.

I dont understand all of the positive reviews for this place. Their service has drastically declined under the new ownership. I called today and asked if they could do an oil change. The guy said if you bring the car now it will be done by 4pm. I dropped off the car at 1:30 and returned at 3:50. They had not started yet. He said it will be the next car in the shop so I patiently waited in the lobby for 40 minutes (4:30pm). I come outside and they still havent started yet. I looked around and they had 2 empty bays open. He told me that my car would be done soon and to please wait in lobby. I asked for a time estimate and he said another 45 min. Are you kidding me? It takes 10 min to do an oil change. I even brought them the oil & filter. His attitude the entire time was someone that didnt care, even as I walked out the door. What a shame after bringing my car here for past 10 years, this shop used to have great service.

They always take care of all my custom wheel applications and unconventional set ups with the utmost care and service. First took my 54 chevy on air-ride and they were meticulous to not damage the rockers on the lift. I went there on Saturday afternoon to see what was going on with my tire. Alejandro helped me out. He knew what the problem was and fix it within 30 sec, Im serious 30 seconds. I dont understand where these negative reviews are coming from. My mother and I have been customers for years. I own a 2006 Honda pilot and I will trust no one else to touch my SUV. I trust them and I believe their prices are fair. They are honest and get the job done in a timely manner. They always give me a written estimate prior to doing the job. Its a family owned business and even one of the sons works on the cars. They treat me and my mom like family. They also have a nice waiting area with a TV and are very accommodating. Take your car/SUV here and I guarantee you that you wont be sorry.

They were extremely clean when handling my car.The old parts were available for my viewing. This place was recommended to me by a friend who is also an auto mechanic but doesnt work there. He told me I could trust them. Well, he was right. I have had my 1999 Plymouth checked out by them every year, just to make sure it is ready for a long trip.This year they noticed my transmission was leaking and said they didnt do that type of work, but recommended a Transmission specialist. They said I also had to replace the air filter, but they didnt keep those in stock. So they suggested I go buy one at an automotive parts store and install it myself. So I bought one, but could not figure out how to install it.Frustrated, I took the car and the filter back to Devonaire this morning, and asked for help installing it. Andy was helping another customer, but as soon as he was done, he came over and presto, he installed that filter in no time, and at No Charge.I feel lucky to have found a team of mechanics I can trust, something Ive missed since leaving my small hometown in Kansas.

Car issue not resolved after spending $800, & after being back three times the same problem continues...that was not the true issue for me though, what is making me take the time to type up this review is the owners indignant attitude towards my 88 year old mother, his arrogance, intolerant and disrespectful attitude towards her, left her shaking. He not only raised his voice at her, but also hung up on her. In my book, customer Service is key for all businesses & to me respect, kindness, transparency towards the people that decide to bring their problem to any particular establishment so it can be solved. So, to top it all when I actually went to pick up the car and saw him face to face, he had a million excuses, and zero apology for his attitude towards her. This is where I draw the line. No solution + Horrible attitude = Bad review, and not ever setting foot in that place again. I do hope Mr. Alexander, humbles down, and takes a people/customer service skills class. Good news: You are not born with skills, they are learned ( you can YouTube it, buy books about it, sign up for a class)

Easily the best vehicle place Ive ever used, across the three continents Ive had occasion to need one. Helped us with a new tire when we had a puncture between Naples and Key West. Change the tyre within 10 minutes and had us on our way, at half the cost the same tyre cost us in Naples the week before.

I asked them to please wait for me, and they did. They patched up my tire in no time and offered me a quote to replace my tire. I went and they replace one tire for the one I have for emergency and the bill was mind blowing I ask them why and they said that they had to do a lot of stuff that I dont know but I dont think that work should be around 100 dollars, if you need a tire shop keep looking

Fast service at a reasonable cost and no hidden charges, I went for an semi synthetic oil change and a tire rotation for $60, I’ll be going back for any future needs.

First time there. I had to dismount tires from one set of wheels and remount them on a new set of custom wheels. Very fair pricing, very friendly and professional.

HORRIBLE THIEFS. After taking my car to them and charging me $500 for the job and told that my car was running like new I pull off the lot and the same issue I took the car to them for persisted so I drove it right back to them within the hour, After hearing their speech about their integrity and customer service he tells me to bring the car back tomorrow because its most likely another issue that they think it might be and its going to be another $85 just for running the diagnostics. You didnt bring up this issue in your original diagnostics? Just another thieving mechanic ready to do half the job to steal the rest of your money. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but there.

Used to be a regular customer. Till they started treating me poorly and overcharging on regular Maintnance.Very Unhappy with their service and Treatment. Brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 8am. Waited for them to open and dropped of my car. They told me no more than hour. By 12 I call since its been a while and they tell me sorry forgot about your car we pushed it off. Gives us 45 mins. Another 2 hours go by and they tell me 30 more mins. HOW LONG DOES AN OIL CHANGE TAKE. When I arrive. They decide to tell me the tire rotation is $20 DOLLARS!!! And not included in the regular oil change and filter service. $80 bill and all day wait. LAST TIME I WAIST MY TIME AND MONEY THERE!!!

Ladies and gentleman, I do not recommend this repair shop because they are overpriced; for example, they quoted me $20 to change an air filter...on a 4-cylinder Hyundai!! $20 is not even including the price of the air filter, just the TWO minutes of labor. In a couple of years, I dont see these guys in business. I guess this is the place to bring in junky Jeeps or old gas guzzlers.

Took my car got minor work done had to come back the same day after work cause my car was making a noise it was not making before they worked on it, some guy who was at the shop while other people were working on my car quickly jumps in and immediately starts making up 75 excuses on how it wasnt their fault, i mean this person made up everything, you came in because of the noise, which is a complete lie, i got tires balanced alignment and rear springs changed, then he said your muffler is lose, your shocks are bad, the springs are broken, which arent i mean damn!!! Then he starts talking about we didnt do this to your car we did that and thats when i said YOU didnt work on my car at all i dont know what you are talkin about thats when we decided to leave cause there is no use talking to an ignorant liar, also when we asked for a manager everybody left and went somewhere else like they didnt hear the question
