Im going to start off saying that I love this salon! Esther and Gina are the best, they both have bomb personalities and I loved it! As soon as me and my fam walked through the door Gina was there to greet us and make us feel welcomed she even helped me pick out the color and design that I wanted! Esther made my nails look so good, they look so Miami! Everyday I receive so many compliments on them! Wynwood Salon is a girls haven, you can get your nails, hair and eyebrows done in the same shop. What I loved the Most is that all of girls had open conversations and how we had girls time, it felt like a ladies day! Every time I go to Miami I will be here! Thank you Ladies!

My nail tech Stephanie was the best. As my first experience at this salon I was so happy to have her as my nail tech. Its a quaint environment and the price for each service is perfect!

I had an a 5 star experience at the Wynwood Salon. I went in for a mani-pedi and came out feeling like a new person. not only was the service excellent, the staff was very kind from the owner to the technicians. I will definitely be returning often. Thank you.

The work they do is amazing! Everyone that does nails does a great job! And the music they play makes it fun. The wait can be very long so you might want to ask for an estimate. Also the prices are very high so ask beforehand if youre price conscious.

Today was my first time going to the salon and I can say I am absolutely impressed with the work that I received. I have been in South Florida for one year and have never been satisfied with my nails until today. I will continue to be a loyal customer and Britney my nail tech is the best. Love this place!

Ive been a loyal customer to Wynwood Salon for a year and a half and Ive yet to leave disappointed!Manicures and pedicures by Lizarys who does an AMAZING job. I live in Coral Gables and gladly make the drive to go get myself taken care of by the best. My girlfriend and I both agree, the customer service here is second to none! She loves the diversity of the colors as well as the talented designs they come up with. Keep it up!

They are very friendly, and caring. Also, very professional they did my acrylic nice very very good 😊 I was very pleased with the outcome of my nails. They are also not as expensive as Chinese salons but yet I find that they make the nail great👍🏽 I totally recommend 😁

The only reasons I gave this place a star is because the pedicure although rough is impeccable and I have no other choice. There was nothing fast about the service, I waited over an hour to begin to get my feet soaked. The older Hispanic woman who did my gel polish was unskilled. She worked on my nails for about two hours, which is unheard of. I had gel polish on some of my skin and other parts were not completely polished. I wish I had a picture to share with anyone reading this, but my word is bond.The receptionist tried to be nice about the service after the whole ordeal, allowing me to set an appointment when the better polisher comes back into town. I didnt go back and dont plan on going back there.IN RESPONSE TO THE owners RESPONSETo the Owner, you dont have a picture of yourself, so how am I sure that Im talking to the Owner or The receptionist?! If the women that was assigned to do my simple gel nail polish is a cosmetologist, the business needs to do a better job with the hiring because honestly she looked like someones grandmother. I dont know what type of people you surround yourself with, but Im not one to post a fake review, matter of fact I only post reviews if the service is excellent or horrendous, as in this case. Learn to accept constructive criticism, people/businesses grow that way.

Was excited to try this place for the first time after following their work on social media and on the hunt for a new place in Miami since my old place closed (it was kind of far anyways). Went in for a fill and pedicure. The overall experience was fine and I enjoyed the vibe of the place. My pedicure was done very well and when I left I was happy with the overall result. I gave 3 stars because not even a week had gone by and I already had 3 nails lifting and maybe 50% of the stone design fell off. For $120 Including tip and Pedi I thought my nails would at least last 2 weeks. The full set that I had just put on prior to this fill cost me the same amount and lasted 3 weeks without a single stone falling off and none of my nails had lifted. (It was a place in GA) I’ll probably give this place another chance because I was really hoping to have found a new go to place I just hope the second time around has a better long term outcome.

As a business owner in the beauty industry I’m not one to do bad reviews regularly, but I felt like I had to share my short experience at this salon.My appointment was for 4:30, and since I called the salon directly from one of the artist’s Instagram I thought my appointment would be with her. I arrive 15 minutes early to my appointment first thing that left a bad taste is that no one said hello or acknowledged the presence of a paying customer but also to find a crowd of people in the front area doing a variety of things; a girl with her boyfriend trying to check out, a Chinese restaurant delivery guy waiting to be paid, a girl sitting by the counter with roses by her feet, a guy standing around and whom I believe to be the owner or manager counting money for the food. As I look past the crowd I see the artist I thought I was scheduled with, well she was not even half way done with the client she was with. I didn’t mind being assigned to someone else because I know they all do amazing work there. What I mind is that finally when I do get acknowledged by the owner/manager, she sits me at a station and I waited over 5 minutes for the artist to tell me that she’s going to have lunch, if I mind, I said I understand you have to eat but I made an appointment for 4:30 and it was already 4:27. She tells me she would only be 5 minutes tops that she eats quickly, I said ok but I need to be out by 5:30, she said of course no problem. I waited 10 minutes and walked out.This salon stays busy because of the good work that is done, but when I’m paying for something and it isn’t handed to me I expect to be treated with the level of respect that I deserve. It is not the client’s problem that you decided to have lunch at the same time of a booking. The client should always come, first, second and last because their money is what keeps the doors open and money in your pocket.Needless to stay I will not be going back, though I’m disappointed I never got my nails done.Best of luck and please pay more attention to your clients, we are valuable.

Service here is not the best at all!!! You would think the number one location would appreciate their customers. Called, and made an appointment. Got there no one spoke when I walked in. All they did was stare. Then I took a seat, I guess the lady that owns the place decided to end her phone call to ask how can I help you. After saying okay!! Not even addressing the remaining time I would have to wait or someone will be with you shortly. She went and sat back down and back on her phone she went. No need to have told them I left - I don’t think they noticed anyway. I hate I had to give one star, but that’s the only way you can leave a review. I guess they get a star for answering the phone at lease. They’re great at being on the phone.It is very sad to see you not take this feedback as a business owner and use it to improve. Yet you clap back as if someone is attacking you or your business and that isnt the case.As I mentioned in my above comment your nail talent in your business is A1 and awesome. But the customer service you have does lack and needs much improvements.I slept very well - because I searched for another company to provide the service you could not. And to your comment you did not check on me to see if I had an appointment - your question was how can we help you and after answering your question. You did not share any update on how long would I have to wait - you said okay. Walked away and went back to the same chair you were in when I arrived and continue back on your phone. Did anyone greet me when entering your business no - it took you to look up from your phone to address me. Why have a greeting desk when you do not use it? This account is not fake - I always leave reviews - when the service is amazing I speak, and when the service is not good I speak.I believe in customer service goes along way. I am in the customer service industry. If this was my business I would take this review and share it with my team to show them how to improve. Teach your staff and lead by example as a business owner to show how to address matters like this one and others - instead of clapping back and taking it personal - learn from this and improve. And I do hate fake reviewers that leave comments because that is not fare to the business nor the future customer that may desire your services. To clear up - this is not a fake review - this is a customer that loves what I pay for - IS WHAT I EXPECT TO GET! Understand the difference...

This place is wonderful. Lovely staff and they do excellent nails.

Everyone here was very nice, they offered me coffee, cake, wine while I was getting my manicure/pedicure. The place is clean and has a large selection of OPI shellac and regular polish colors to choose from. Great price point, $25 for shellac manicure. The technicians are meticulous, English isnt great but you get by. Only bad thing was they didnt take appointments so if you come during a busy time you were going to wait. And they only had 4 women working on a Saturday. The parking is also limited and the neighbor hood isnt great but not unsafe.Would recommend overall!

GET AN APPOINTMENT W DALLAS SHE IS AMAZING!! Especially if you’re transgender. Being a trans woman it’s difficult finding nail techs who treat me with respect and with normality. She never once misgendered me, never made me feel uncomfortable, no stares or strange looks or anything and she was an absolute sweetheart! Not to mention extremely talented. Way worth what I payed!! I have to say she is my favorite nail tech I’ve ever had in miami. Would totally recommend her to other trans women out there who are looking for nail techs that treat us with RESPECT AND DIGNITY! 5 stars!!!

Horrible!!!!! The owner had a nasty attitude, she was getting her nails done while there were costumer waiting, very unprofessional, she did not get up. Just to tell me I have to choose between getting my hands done or my feet because she close at 7. I was waiting for half an hour before she told us that no sense smh.

The customer service is terrible, and extremely unprofessional. I only did a polish change and the quality of the top coat is cheap. All my nails are chipped after a day.

I will tell you that the place is very clean, nothing elegant for what they charge, when you go, ask the price before getting your nails done, it is very expensive for the location, the attention is very bad and I repeat, they charge very expensive, they are the most expensive nails of my life.

Lisary is the best, and you can find her here. I am 6 years old in this country and it takes me a year to get someone to do the job that she does. My hands and feet always look good in your hands.
