Me and my mom have been coming here for over 6 years and we will never go anywhere else. Everyone is awesome! Over the years we have had different ppl do our nails and never had a bad experience. I love this place! Everyone I recommend becomes a regular. You guys are the best!!

I love this nail spa! The ladies are friendly, feels like family and very accommodating. I have been a customer for over 6 years. Although everyone there is good, I have 4 favorites. I have my appointment established ahead of time because they are very busy. If you book with time, I guarantee you will be very happy. When they are booked, they are honest and tell the customers. They are Upfront and to the point. LOVE 5 STAR NAILS!!!

Honestly, I couldn’t even get an opportunity to try their services. I walked in there when they opened and the lady at the front refused to take care of me. She mentioned she had no one available yet she was there texting and practically asked me to leave and come back at 2 or 3 PM. This was at 10:30AM this Sunday. There are many other ways to turn down a client in a professional way, but rudeness and indifference is not the way to do quite so. I wouldn’t name my business 5 Star If I can’t even meet the expectations of 1.-Ev

My experience her was great!! Im 11 years old and got my nail done here. The last place I went to didnt take me seriously and didnt do my nails correctly. This place took their time and finished my nails correctly. I loved the atmosphere and everyone was really nice. They take kids seriously and thats what I like.

I have been very happy with this nail salon. I love how Jenny works and they are most accommodating. I have already gone at least five times and my nails are always perfect. So, I go in and do my hands, feet and wax. Very happy with service and they are less than a block away from home. Cant beat that!

The best pedicure ever! I travel over 20 minutes to go to this salon even though I have 10+ within 1 mile of my house. The are always kind, friendly and its a clean salon. Since it is an amazing salon it does get busy but the do their best to get you in quickly. Enjoy!!!

The woman that did my nails was very nice, she did a great job although she only spoke spanish and would stop a few times to talk to her friends beside her was the only bad part. But other than that I would give them a try again, they take their time and give you the service you pay for. Most places are eager to get you out and do a sloppy job. But she was good and if I knew her name I would go back to her again.

My wife had the newest technology of the dipping done costing $85. She was so happy when she left there until 3 days later when they started breaking off and creating a lot of pain on her fingers because of where the natural nail broke. We had just left to go on vacation and on our first day is when they broke. I convinced her to return to the place and have them redo it or refund her money. A week after we returned she did finally go. The owner made a mockery of her in front of the whole place stating that she does not know that they broke only 3 days after and that she would not refund her money but would charge her $25 to have them done again. My wife explained that she not only had them break 3 days afterwards but also had tip the girl over $20. The owner replied the only way I will refund your money is to take it out of the girl who did your nails paycheck. After her mockery my wife left there in tears calling me very upset. This place should not even be in business with that kind of management.

*will not be returning*i came here for a gel mani with a friend and the nail tech who did my nails, dory, did a pretty decent job, but my friend had a horrible experience. her nail tech, who’s name i believe was yosi, started off with unclean tools and did not sanitise them. she was rushed and sloppy and ended up cutting my friend and the wound did not stop bleeding even after we left. instead of apologising and trying to treat the cut, the nail tech was rude and “cleaned” the wound with dirty water. i’m very disappointed and taken aback by the situation and don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

First two nail services were good. Then I returned last Saturday only to have my cuticles clipped until some bled.I screeched but she continued until I stopped her. Afraid of bacteria from used polish bottles, i asked to checked out, asked for receipt for payment. My technical said I couldnt have one due to cash pmt. Another employee gave me the receipt.My nails were very sore this weekend. Feeling better now. Treated with antibacterial ointment.I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE.😣

I only Put a star because it makes u put one but I will never walk back in this place. Took my daughter an hour before closing for a polish change and was turned away because the girl said no one was available. Then I asked if no one was available for the next hour and she said no. Mind you multiple nail techs were in there. REALLY?? For a simple polish change no one is available in the next hour. I feel they did not want to just change her polish. Now I see why their reviews suck.

Worse customer service. I have been a client for over 10yrs. Today was the third time that I show up and find out that they canceled my appointment. The owner says she has too many clients with same name.. ..what ???All bad excuses and no apology. They are rude they speak loud in the language within their group... Makes you think that they retalking about you. Some of the Spanish girls there are very trashy the talk within themselves about how hammered she got that didnt know who she f.... !Really personal, disgusting, persobal conversations....one of them was telling a story how she lost her tampon inside of herAnd was rotting, she had to see a doctor...😶😶😶I wont go there anymore. I always tipped 20 per cent. I left a lot of my money there!No respect!

Best nail salon i have ever been to! i have very long nails in general after i got my gel manicure theyre absolutely gorgeous!! all my friends are asking if theyre acrylics because theyre so long and beautiful!! i really recommend this nail salon to all ages and genders!

First and last time here. I went in expecting a great manicure to brighten up my day and walked out before even getting to the pedicure. This lady left nail polish all over my fingers. RED nail polish on top of that. The color I originally had chosen apparently didnt work so she made me choose a different one. Horrible job and her tool kit had nail clippings in it.

Awful!!!! Unbelievable awful! I went in for a full set of gel acrylic and when they were done they looked like bubbles! I was so stunned I ask for them to get taken off asap. I couldnt walk out the door like that. Paint was two toned looked disgusting. Safe your self a trip. Dont go here. Giant waste of time.

I got my acrylics refilled by Jackie and she had the worst attitude any time I asked her to adjust an aspect of my nails that I didn’t like. I came in for a refill and literally all she did was add more acrylic on top of what I already had, not fill in what grew out. I asked her to fix it twice and she still didn’t do it and was plain rude. Not going back again.

First and last time I’m going to this place. When i entered the guy wich I suppose is the owner or manager told me to sit and the waiting time would be about 30 minutes. I patiently waited for about 40 min, staff were leaving or with other customers. I ended up waiting for about 1 hour and left without my nails done or a word from anyone. Horrible customer service.

When the customer chooses the color of the painting there are always problems with the quantity of the product. I have gone several times always when doing the work there are always problems with the color of the painting and the excuse is that the color is running out. I do not understand if it is a business that work with it, they do not have enough to replenish when the product is finished, because with that the customer receives bad service but at the time of charging if they charge it as if the pot and the painting were Full and of good quality and quantity. Im thinking of not coming back ...

HAVE TO READ THIS ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND i’ve been going here a few times and i do not like it. today i did a refill and a regular pedicure (with appointment). when i first got there the owner greeted me and i picked my color, i wait THIRTY MINUTES to get seated, let me remind you that i had an appointment. after being seated the lady that was going to be doing my nails, dory, left for about 10-15 mins. so i was there waiting even more. after she came back she did my nails and while doing that she cut my pinky and burned it with the file machine. when she was done painting my nails she cleaned them with acetone, after politely asking her to not go over my pinky with acetone she responded by saying, “ no who do you think i am? do you want me to let you go out like this?” in a rude way that made me respond in this, “ yes because you are hurting me so please stop thank you very much.” after being there for over an hour it was time to do my feet. it was the worst process ever she kept on hurting me and pinching me with her very long nails. it was horrible and she was horrible i didn’t even leave her a tip. i just wanted to get out of there. so as you can tell i 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️ hate this place never going here again‼️‼️

This is the last time i come here. Ive been coming here for years to do my nails and eyebrows. It seems to me they are desperately looking for people to work at the shop. They asked Ketty to do my eyebrows today. She was on the phone and ignored my presence. Then someone had to tell her to pay attention. She takes me to the back room and is still on the phone. Then she starts doing my eyebrows while on the phone. She isnt paying attention and messed up the first one and continued to ruin the second one. She left me with a very thin layer of hair. Long story short i am very upset with my service and will never come back. I wish i could give it negative stars.
