This was my first time and I will NEVER go back. I made an appt and when I got there, the lady was not there, she had an emergency. I was never phoned or anything. I beleive it was the owner who did my moms feet and I am going to have to repaint them myself. HORRIBLE and she was more interested in talking to the people who work there and eating. Im sorry, but when you have a client, you pay attention to your client and you do a good job. She shouldnt be doing pedicures. The young girl who did mine did ok.

I was looking for a new technician in Miami to do my nails. Emily @glam.trap.miami was my technician. She did an amazing job, I am very happy with my nails and I hope to go back to her in the future. The salon was clean and well organized.

Had a great experience having my nails done with dipping powder by Raquel but this was followed up by a horrible experience the second time when I went in to get them redone. They broke one nail as they were doing them and I left with cuts all over my fingers. Then less than a day later, the color completely fell off my pinkie nail. I went back to get it fixed and even though my nail was in good condition when I arrived, they broke it and filed down my nail with the machine so it was paper thin. 2 days later my pointer finger fell off and ripped the nail with it. I dont want to go back to fix it because it was that horrible an experience.

I tipped waaaay more than I should have. It was my first time getting my nails done so I overlooked a lot of things until I got home.Employee was fast, Ill give her that, but did sloppy work. And she didnt speak English so I had no one to voice my concerns to and didnt want to trouble other customers to translate.-Her work station wasnt clean, had powder scattered on the table, and rusty dirty looking tools.-She cut my cuticles, 2 fingers and a toe, to the point of bleeding.-On some fingers, she missed filling in the acrylic or didnt mix it well enough that you see bubbles AND some are coming off after a few days.-None of my French tips are consistent. Some lines are straight while others are slanted, not even covering the acrylic tip. I tried pointing 1 finger out to her that it wasnt even, she touched it up but it was still obviously slanted. If she didnt notice that, she wouldnt have noticed the rest.-Gel polish was globbed on so my nails are bulbous.Not worth what I paid at all. First and last time coming here. Please get employees with more experience or spend more time to get it right.EDIT: MY PHOTOS WERE REMOVED! Im pretty sure the nail salon reported my photos. Claiming you dont carry the color just to have my photo removed of shoddy work done at YOUR nail salon is a joke and a cheap way to avoid owning up to bad work. The nail tech pulled out a small box set off 3 colors. I specifically asked to have rounded tip acrylic but it doesnt excuse the bulbous globs and uneven lines. I have a picture of their gift certificate too.

Love my experience at Les Hair & Nail. Everybody there is so nice. Fun music plays while the staff kindly offers delicious Cuban coffee.The best gel mani pedi you will ever get!!! The color stays so shiny and beautiful for 3 weeks or more. The attention to detail the staff gives is amazing. Never disappointed here! 💜☺❤

Though they are extremely accommodating and the nail art work looks great, they need to work on the cleanliness of the salon. Some tables looked gritty and abandoned. The chairs looked sandy and full of dust. Just hiring someone to make sure the the dust is contained would make a world of difference. It would elevate the overall feel of the salon and have more people come in to use the services.

Great experience! Was on vacation and saw this nail salon near me, Everyone was so nice and my nails were very pretty! I got them done about 2 weeks ago and they still look great I get compliments on them all the time.

Lily is such a gem and does an amazing job every time she works with you. She pays attention to detail and makes sure that you leave feeling happy. She cares for her clientele and makes the experience all about you. Definitely becoming a regular because of her!

I was a walk-in at 7pm when they were about to close and they still atended me. The owner is super nice and i did my nails with Melanie and i loved them.

Horrible customer service. I did get a haircut but first of all the front end gave me the grumpiest hairstylist of life. Second of all he had no idea how to really cut a layered Bob. What kind of haircut takes less than 4 minutes? He didnt section it just hacked away and said he was done. I used to love coming here because of the wonderful job a lady did taking my black hair and lifting it to platinum. Never coming back even for my eyebrows which I used to do.

Terrible! On the door is written walk in but I had to wait more than 1 hour, even after asking if there was time available. The place is messy, the person who seems to be the owner yells at the staff, attenuated the phone, dyes her own hair while holding a clients hand. The employees look scared and so am I.

Really great nail colors and massage chairs, the workers here are really nice !

I’ve been going here for years. The quality of the manis and pedis are great. Easily lasts 3 weeks. The pedicure chairs are massage chairs which makes it a wonderful spa experience. I highly recommend Le’s.

I’m writing this review due to the unprofessionalism my daughter experienced contacting one of your nail technicians. Her Instagram is RespektNailz. What type of person do you have to be, to come at a 14 year old girl with such lack of respect and unprofessionalism? My daughter wanted to know the prices of a nail set she wanted but came across an Instagram post that Respektnailz posted that said “I won’t answer dms asking about prices” my daughter responded by saying “well I’m a minor and I kinda need to know the prices so I can tell my parents” the pictures I’m attaching are the rest of the conversation. I don’t understand what the issue of asking for a nail set is? My daughter and I would never try to downplay a persons craft or art work. We would pay whatever price but obviously as any normal person, we would like to know the price of a specific nail set. There’s no underlining meaning, all we wanted was the price. It would have take at least 1-3 minutes to respond out of a whole 24 hour day.

I Always have a great experience here. Sandra and Lily do a wonderful job with manis and pedis and Milagros is great with the blowouts. Prices are very reasonable and they have a huge polish color selection. Nice atmosphere too.

Made an appointment with Maylin Garcia, walked in and was asked rudely by owner what you want? I stated who I was and who I had the appointment with and the time and she pointed to Maylin and said she finish, you wait called out to Maylin and told her she had customer waiting. Almost and hour later Maylin who never bothered to come and apologize for the delay as she continued working on a customer and stopping regularly to watch the music videos on the TV and even though the Owner told her customer waiting numerous times and even ran back and forth to her table. This is one of those times were you become disgusted with the human race, how rude and disrespectful. The appointment was for my Mother who is diabetic and who recently had a mastectomy due to cancer, which is why I waited so long....when you are tired and overwhelmed you are not alert and paying as close attention as you should, the place is dirty and overcrowded with furniture, the nail bottles container was dusty, actually glad it happened, so disgusted by the place the Owner and Maylin.

First time there and they are ssoooo close to my house! Loved it and loved my manicurist Belinda! Shes awesome! Will definitely go there again.

Mayelin is Amazing she helped me pick color and cut and was very kind and Fast. I was in a bit of a rush but she made it happen. Overjoyed with the results!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The past 5 times I have come, my nails havent been coming out the way I wanted, but I would simply tell the manicurist and let it slide. Today, however, was a different story. An inexperienced lady who was doing my nails was buffing them with a nail file exposing my nail bed. Then not only is the actual nail acrylic uneven (like waves on my nail) but it took from 9:45 AM till 11:38 for her to do my nails... And they didnt even come out well. I was generally unhappy with my nails (3 co-workers assumed my daughter painted them... I DONT EVEN HAVE KIDS.) and so I took time out of my day at work to go back. As I was speaking to THE OWNER of the store about my experience, she (LILY) starts speaking negatively about me to her employee in Spanish thinking I wouldnt understand! I confronted her calmly and she started yelling at me AND threw me out with 15$ threatening to call the cops if I came back. LOL. Horrible customer service and Im never going back. I dont recommend ANYBODY go there. - sincerely, someone who has been coming here for 15 years. It goes to show you how some people dont care about their customers but MORE SO about money. Pathetic.
