Wonderful experience!!! Quality work. Manicurist takes her time and is very goo!

Today was the first time at this nail salon and my daughter and I really liked it. They were very welcoming when we walked in. I like the fact that it is was clean and decorated cute. Instead of having the big spa chairs the have very comfortable chairs with pillows and water basins with a bag in it to keep it sanitary. The girls did a good job on the gel manicure and pedicure for my daughter and pedicure for me. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m here right now as I’m writing this review.Very good service so far. Pretty women and it halloween today so the costumes are cute.I’ll let you know how it goes when I’m done.

I’m from out of town and decided to go to Marina Nail Salon. I loved how Yania did my full set and pedicure. I’m extremely picky and I had 0 complains! Excellent job! Thank you so much Yania!

We have been to Marina’s every time we come to Miami. All the girls there are very good. Always spend time needed to take care of us. My husband will only get mani pedi there. Thank you!!!!

Came in for the first time for a refille/gel color and Pedi and while the ladies were all very nice, the color options were great and the place was very clean. I was unhappy with the shape of the acrylics and the color looks very lumpy (looks like they may have put too much acetone into it). I had to ask her to fix my nails because the acrylic was uneven. I shouldnt have to ask for this. I wont be coming back due to lack of skills. Also I was there for over 3 hours on my birthday!!!! Not how I wanted to spend my time or money.

Closing time 7pm but they were done by 6:40pm. I hate places that cant hold up there closing times! When you see a customer outside at least have the integrity to come outside and explain! Great manners!

It took me a while to find out about this place but I couldnt be happier with the services provided. Make sure to ask for Grace, shes amazing.

I really wanted to love this place. I was referred by a friend who said they do a $40 gel mani/pedi. I made an appointment a week in advance for myself and a friend. As we are on the way to the appt, the woman at the salon calls to say (without any apology) and rather rudely that they are running 30 min late for both of us. Not a good first impression considering we booked in advance for a reason and we had plans. When I explained we had booked the appt over a week ago, she says and I quote Its 30 minutes, its not that long. Coming from the customer service industry, I was appalled by her attitude and lack of respect. She actually hung up on me so I called back 3 times before getting an answer to let her know to please cancel our appointments. A man who answered picks up the phone and says hello (this is a business correct?) again, lack of professionalism... At this point I just want to clarify the name of the business because now I am upset. He says hold on because he does not know the name. He says he was confused because they had recently changed the name. Never an apology from anyone for the inconvenience. On the contrary, my friend and I felt like were were not wanted as clients. What a waste of time. I will continue to go to my guy at Venetian Nail spa for an extra $15 to get quality customer care and professionalism. Go here for the cheap prices but dont expect much as far as customer service. I dont predict they will stay open for very long. Its a shame.
