I had come here when the old owners were here and like a lot of the other reviews had a horrible experience.... but the new owners are nothing like that I have gotten gel manicures, pedicures, and acrylic nails here and all with different people and they all do a great job! They are super friendly and always very attentive..

The last nail place I went to I had a very bad experience. Though they were very nice at the last place the lady cut into my thumb really bad with the drill and the acrylics with gel i had done didnt even last 2 weeks. So i needed to find somewhere to fix my nails.I have to say at first reading the negative reviews for Lucky Nails I was apprehensive on going here but I am very glad I did. I got smiles from every single person the moment I walked in, even the ones working on clients. They were very fast at getting me started.I was in the pedicure chair within 3 minutes of walking in. Before the tech used a new tool on my feet she would hold it up for approval first and every tool used went into a disinfecting solution. She had the massage chair on for me which was wonderful.The nail tech she sat me with was so gentle and quick. Very warm and conversational. She fixed the previous job quickly and beautifully. So very happy with her work.The red nails are before showing the ones that were falling off after a week of wear. The rose gold ones are the tech at Lucky Nails work.

Due to location and that it was open on a Sunday, I went here to have acrylics removed. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Guy watched a video on his phone while literally ripping off the acrylics along with most of my natural nails. It was painful and he didn’t care even after I asked about soaking the nails in acetone before removal. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. Negative reviews are accurate and I suspect the positive ones to be fabricated.

Came at 5.38 just for feed and they say is going to be time for it. They close at 7pm.

It was a little more expensive that we initially thought. The service was fast and by appointment.

When I moved back to Miami, I learned that this place had new owners so I decided to give this place a second shot - I am incredibly impressed! The remodel is coming out beautifully, the girls are all super friendly and accommodating, and the prices are fair. I have already recommended to my family & friends!

I’ve been looking all over for a well-priced, small nail boutique and this one was fairly new! I called and they accommodated a walk-in. The owner is sooo friendly and talented. She works with her sister and i think other family. Regardless, idk why anyone gave it 1 star because i had an amazing experience; i got a pedicure. I will be back for all my salon needs. The atmosphere is so happy and quaint. I highly recommend!!!

My nails came out a mess. I asked for regular coffin cut acrylic nails & each finger came out different than the other. Then I realized the color I chose was more of a top coat & was almost clear so I asked to change it, and they told me I had to pay more. Also, they forced me to pay before the job was even done. For sure not coming back. I paid $40 for ugly nails. Ladies please spend your money elsewhere

New management and remodel looks beautiful 😊 Best customer service I’ve ever had and I learned finally how great gel nails can be 🙌🏻 I’m 3 weeks in and none of my nails are chipping; still looks perfect!! So excited to go back today! Also to mention I go with my 2 1/2 yr old and they treat her like a princess. I think she more excited than me to go back! Such a great experience!

New Management! My fiancé goes here all the time and I went with her recently - the staff was awesome and the vibe was on point ! Highly recommend and will go back for some r&r 😎

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UM STUDENTS, JUST BITE THE BULLET AND GO TO THE CUBAN HAIR AND NAIL SALON NEAR THE WINN-DIXIE.Seriously, I didnt think it would be such a low quality experience. The interior of the location is dark and dingy. The staff is dismissive and will pass you off to another nail tech is they decide to take care of another client thats getting a more expensive service done.For a whopping $43, I got a pedicure that looks like I did it myself. At home. In the dark. 3 shots of vodka deep.I got a gel manicure that stains my cuticles and looks like I let a kindergartner play pretend salon.The pedicure supplies were washed in the water my feet were resting in and I saw they were being used on the next girl that sat in the same chair right after me.I wish I could get a refund, but Ill settle for crucifying them online. There are better deals in other parts of the city with nail techs that actually care about the career path they chose and the clients they serve.

The place is newly renovated, clean, and so nice! Even better was how my gel mani and regular pedi came out. Will definitely be coming back!

When I say that this is the cleanest gel manicure I have ever gotten, I mean it with all sincerity! I never dared cheat on my previous nail tech of 10 years until I moved, but not even she could give me such clean work! I am so absolutely happy that I decided to walk into Lucky Nails Miami, because after almost two months of not doing my nails for fear and anxiety of going somewhere new, I have been reborn! Monica is absolutely amazing and so sweet! Ignore all old reviews because this salon is all new everything! New management has transformed and revamped the space. I can finally return to a bi-weekly routine!

This is my first time coming here and am in love!!! I followed Rosiely over here cuz I used to go to another nail place that she worked I was nervous cuz didn’t know what to expect but am so glad I have it a chance. The place is super nice and the ppl who work here are wonderful to. Ladies if you want a good experience good nails,feet etc this is the place to come to.

HORRIBLE! Tell me how I got a gel mani in less than 5 MINUTES! Limited on colors, the place stunk, nail tech was dirty and dug her dirty nails under mine. Didnt paint the edges of my nails, didnt make conversation, didnt pay attention to my complaints or try to fix what I was telling her. Never again am I going to this nail shop. Waste of money.

I wanted to experience this for myself, regardless of the terrible reviews. i went in and asked for an almond shape they gave me a coffin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don’t waste ur time or money at this place

It was really bad. The service...the nail tech didnt understand or plain just didnt care about what i wanted or needed done. She didnt take her time just rushed thru my mani & pedi which was horrible...never had such bad service EVER! Im not 1 to post reviews but cuz of that experience i felt that people should know its a waste of money. Its a nail salon n they barely have polish to chose from not to mention the gel colors. Thank God i didnt get my brows done or id have no brows! I can do nails a lot better. The place is horrible...stay away!!

Dirty. dude cant do simple designs and wants to catch an attitude, nail polish has been diluted you can tell, and the acrylic is cheap. Nails fell off within a week. All that for $21 💩🗑
