You know those reviews you read if I could leave 0 star I would? This is one of those. Don’t make an appointment thinking you will be there on time and they are going to respect your time because that is definitely not going to happen. They no longer have the advertised special which is fine, I came to this place because is 2 minutes from my office, which I left early to honor my appointment just to find out they are already running 44 minutes late. On a Friday night which also means I’m not going to make my dinner reservation because of this place. Sounds like a good deal huh? Just stay away from businesses that are so disrespectful with customers please!

I was initially a little bothered because when I walked in for my appointment at 10:30am, they told me they werent sure if that manicurist would be coming in. The reassured me I would be taken care of by someone else and they did. After waiting about another 15 minutes I was attended to by a great manicurist (I forgot her name but it starts with a D). I had to take my sons with me (ages 2 and 11) because I had no baby sitter and my youngest was sick. All the ladies at the salon made me feel so much better about the little one crying. They gave him chips, cleaned his face, and tried soothing him. I really appreciated that. Their patience was incredible. Needless to say my feelings started one way and ended up another! Thank you! Would definitely recommend... but make an appointment!Note: I did know there was an up-charge of $5 if you do 3 colors. That was also explained to me.

Be careful!!!I walked into this salon because it was near my hotel and I needed to kill time before my flight. Yes, I liked how my Pedi came out overall however the technician cut my cuticle too far on my big toe causing me to bleed. My acrylic set was a similar experience. The technician used the electric file and nicked my fingers. Both pinkie fingers, both ring fingers, and one of my thumbs were cut and bleeding. I was also left with dip powder and nail glue stick to my fingers. I dont think Id come back to this salon if I ever go back to Miami.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worse nail place you could ever go to! Stay Away! The Owners have zero customer service, they overbook all of their appointments just because they want people to come in and out. They don’t care about people’s times and are constantly booking appointments on top of each other and they do not care if you had an appointment already scheduled.They aren’t the cleanliness either. Stay Away!

Be prepared to pay a $3.00 surcharge for using your credit card on top of the $45.00 (Gel Mani and Reg Pedi) + tip because why wouldnt you tip the lady that did not do a great job but was so nice... Never coming back to this place. The other 1-star reviews are on point with the hygiene issues.

I know that people have been dogging this nail shop out but they have gotten it all wrong. This place is amazing, when they do your nails they do an excellent job. They were friendly, they even talked me into getting a facial wax. I was so wonderful,they have a steady customer on their hands the next I visit Miami Springs,Florida!

This spot is located in the shopping center where my office is located. Staff is friendly and inviting. Ask for Maday when scheduling your appointment she is awesome. Today I had a foot spa treatment and a mani/pedi .

I went for a mani pedi and was out of the place in less than an hour. The nail technician did a terrible job. The nail color did not last more than 48 hrs. Dont waste your money here.

I went to this nail salon with my friend on Friday for the first time because one of my coworkers recommended them due to their price...they have a $20 mani/pedi deal. Needless to say it makes sense why they charge so little. First of all, most women go to the nail salon to relax and get a pedicure...they were blasting music while the owner was singing out loud...keep in mind she did not seem like professional singer. They have no pedicure bowls! They use plastic tuperware bowls that they fill with hot water with a plastic garbage bag I guess for what they consider sanitary reasons. Not much of a selection in nail polishes. My nail tech did a good job given her supplies and surroundings. However the nail lady that my friend had immediately got up and left her once the pedi was done never offered her the flip flops knowing she had enclosed shoes that would mess up her pedicure. The owner asked the nail tech, Jessica 3 times to get up and give my friend the flip flops she heard her but of course did not move and remained laying on the couch. So I ended up helping my friend and fixing the chip in her polish on her toe...ME the customer!!! I will never go back..Id rather spend more money and receive quality service. The tables were dirty and unprofessional, the hand towels they use to clean your hands were dirty and crusty.
