I’ve been a customer for a few months now and it’s amazing! They’re so professional and respect my time. The gel lasts for around two weeks and super durable. Highly recommend this place if you want to have quality service at a great price. ☺️

I just left the place and today was not a good experience. I tried the gel nails and left with deformed and not well finished nails. Very disappointed, I had to go to another salon spend more money and time.

This place used to be a lot better when it first opened. The owner would swing by and make sure it was all running smoothly. They’d offer coffee or tea or water and it was impecable. The ladies were also a lot more professional. Recently they are always on their phones and don’t disinfect their hands in between their phone handling and touching your hands which I think it’s gross considering the germs found onPhones these days, they’re as dirty as money unless you disinfect it. They also gossip a lot and that’s really stressing especially at a mail salón. Once one of the employees snapped at the hostess in front of everyone because she was asked to take a client that got there a few minutes late and the client was scared away to the point that she asked to be switched to another manicurist because she didn’t feel comfortable with the other one’s attitude. It’s also gotten so busy and it’s hard to get an appointment these days.

The manicures here are only $12, and you get what you pay for. No lotion, no hand massage, and the technician cleaned her tools with a green spray liquid that she also sprayed on my hands during the manicure. My nails look great, but there are absolutely no frills here. No nail dryer either, so I sat on the bench waving my hands around in the air for 5 minutes before I could pay.I did not get a pedicure but there are no chairs here and other women had their feet in a bucket, which I guess is how they do pedicures? Just be prepared to take that journey if you are coming here for a pedi.

It is a cheap salon, they don’t speak much English, the girl did not know how to file or do nails, she did not scrub or even give me a pedicure she clipped my nails and painted them paid them to waste 1hour of my time to have to leave go to cvs and buy polish remover to take off this awful situation. My nails should not be wiping off after two hours, the polish top coat she must have used gel - it was just awful -I don’t recommend.

This place is awesome! Nice nail techs that work fast and efficiently. The only downside to the pedicure is that they dont scrape the dead skin off of your feet, which a lot of us need. Beyond that, the service is great and prices are amazing!

I Love how i always get my nails done! But i have to say the service for costumers is the worst! When you call to make am appointment they will have you waiting 10,13,15 minutes on the line to make the appointment.

Avoid this place! I went in because of the price and I really needed a mani/pedi. Read the reviews and took a chance, big mistake ! Rude nail tech. Save your money pay 5 more and go somewhere else where you will be at least treated like a client and not someone bothering them.

The deal is $20 but it comes with a nasty attitude from the workers. They are rude and since the mama get in the front is also their friend nothing happens about it. Super rude and not clean at all.

The nail techs are generally good but I really it is hot or miss. You will someone GREAT or someone that cut your nails too short too quickly before asking. Generally good though. Cheap.

Fast, cheap, efficient. Ive never been there more than an hour. Mani/pedi with regular polish is $20. The nail techs always do a good job and my polish is chip-free for about a week. Appointment or not, they always get me in quickly and hassle free.

Terrible service. Have no regard for client’s time. Made an appointment at 3:00pm and was there at 2:55pm. It was 3:15 and a client that just walked in without an appointment was sat down before me while i was still waiting. When I approached the girl at the front desk just to remind her that I had an appointment, I was given attitude saying that “that is the way they handle business”. Extremely disappointed, will never go back.

They offer a great service and an amazing price. Regular Mani/Pedi for $20.00. The service is top notch and you would be surprised that for such a great price, the performance and service is really really good! I am very demanding and all of them make the cut and they are very polite unlike other asian places. Amazing place and I recommend it very much!

I got my acrylics done and they were horrible. I payed $55 and they didn’t get the right design I asked for. The shapes were all different and didn’t clean my nails underneath. Took an hour and a half of my time. Not going back.

I showed up to this place without an appointment and Juan (the owner) did his best to get me a spot without having to wait more than 10 min! Even though they were fully booked. I am new to the neighborhood and was anxious to find my go to place for nails. SO HAPPY I found it! The girl that did my nails (Mara) was super sweet and focused on doing her job perfectly. I love how my nails look, and def coming back!

I made an appointment on 12/17 or 12/18 for 1:30pm manicure and pedicure and I was called to please come an hour past my appointment. When I arrived at 2:30, I wasn’t told immediately that Diana was still backed up. After about 20 they said Diana was backed up and if I didn’t mind going with Angie since I had to be somewhere on the beach at 4pm. I agreed and had my nails done with Angie. I made another appointment for today, 12/24 for 12pm. I confirmed with who I think is the owner, the gentleman in the front and he said it would be no problem and that my appointment would start at 12pm no matter what and that this was a one time occurrence. Diana called me this morning and confirmed my appointment for 12/24 at 12pm and asked what services I needed. Surprise surprise, it’s 11:30am and I’m on my way and guess what?? They asked if I could come at 12:30pm instead. I spoke to the receptionist who then passed me to the guy and I explained to him that this was now the second time that this has happened. I asked him why should we bother making an appointment if they have no intention of keeping it. If your service sucks then I don’t care if your prices are low. I’m not the only person I know who has had this issue.

My acrylics didn’t look like I wanted them to look the nail artist took way too long to do them and they turn out really bad she hurt me multiple times and charged me for the length of my acrylics but then file them so much that they turned out shorter don’t waste your money

This place has THE WORST costumer service EVER. I took the time to call and make an appointment and when I got there I had to wait 30+ minutes and no one took care of me. I visited this location for there waxing services.I was greeted by the aesthetician who would be assisting me.As soon as we started I realized the type of wax being used was of poor quality. As for the aesthetician,her waxing technique was horrible.She not only double dipped the wax stick in the wax after having used it on me, but she repeatedly attempted to wax the same area which only irritated my skin further to the point that I was bleeding. I was in to much pain that I couldn’t complete my Brazilian wax, and to add insult to injoy I was charged there full amount as she waved goodbye saying “let me know if when you’re ready to finish. That is if I ever see you again”. She’s got one thing right, I will NEVER be returning to this place. Most painful experience ever!

Again another horrible experience: ¡Horrible! Esta es la cuarta vez que me asignan las peores manicuristas por mal servicio. Se molestan y se vuelven manipuladores cuando los clientes llaman la atención sobre un trabajo no profesional. La manicurista ni siquiera sabe lo que hace, me pintó todas las manos con esmalte de uñas y me dañó la cutícula. I had the worst experience in this place, it seems that the girl who did my manicure was in a very bad mood, I cut a piece of my toe, then I cut off my right foot too, and she hurt me several times, until she I said I was hurting and after that, I made the Gel on my hands and on the 2nd day the paint rose. It was a fiasco and the place was full and they did not keep the security measures x COVID 19.

The one who was posing as the owner of this place stole money from me and never answered.

Nothing professionals. 1 I called for my appointment and they assured me a price and then they charged me more saying they never said that price. The girl who attended to me was fast but I would never return to this place.

I went to take off my gel (it is supposed to be free) almost at 4 pm and they sat me down and it was almost 5 and they had not attended to me, if the problem was the charge they would have charged me without any problem.
