Hon does my nails SO well!!! The shape is always perfect. I had to share it on here. 🤗

The place is nice and i got taken care of pretty quickly i went in to get an acrylic refill with gel polish. Qui nguyen did my nails and im disappointed. The polish is not even at all. He hurt my pinky finger cuticle as you can see in the pictures. All i wanted was green tips and then clear gel polish. It’s very simple. Unfortunately i got this which looks like a rush job when in reality it took him an hour to do them. I had to leave to my other appointment so I didn’t really see all these mistakes until i got back into my car and it was too late to go back and get them fixed. If i were you i would just go to another nail technician or just another place.

What we wanted and what we got! I would have preferred she tell me she could not do the design then this mess. Started at 35 for a full set. Then the design was and extra 12 then the shape of the nails was an extra 5. Which I didn’t understand why.

I went in to get a simple overlay to keep my nails a little stronger but instead she filed them down both on top of the nail bed AND the bottom of them after finishing!!! my nails are incredibly fragile now after removing with an acetone soak and my once long nails are now nothing but short!!! wish I could get a refund for the horrible work done

Mediocre experience & price didn’t match quality.Pedicure felt rushed and with little effort. Hands included tips and came out crooked. I asked for rounded nails (showed a picture) and got square. Had to ask 3 times to shorten the nails and still didn’t shorten them enough (kept saying she would shorten later).Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst mani-pedi I’ve ever had in my life. The service was fine and I was seated immediately but the job was awful. Streaky nails, and chipping the next morning. My first experience was okay so I decided to give it another shot, but unfortunately I won’t be going back as it was a waste of 35 bucks.

Showed Peter a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what i asked for.

I go here every 6 weeks to get a pedicure and Kim is excellent. The business is meeting all the safety requirements for Covid-19 and I felt very safe there getting their services. Easy parking in the building garage which they pay for too. Thanks

I had 2 broken nails at 7:15pm from another nail salon. I walked in and Hon immediately fixed my nails at no charge. Hon did a beautiful job with French Powder Dip and was very polite. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Did my nails on Tuesday and the gel nail polish is already coming off😒 I cant believe I spent $60 for a pedi and gel manicure and the nail polish is coming off already. Never coming back to this place 👎🏻👊🏻

At first, service seemed good. Richard, the barber or hairstylist seems “nice” but he is totally false. After my 3rd visit with him he left my haircut with significant and visible mistakes. My wife was even impressed at how bad the haircut was. I called and texted Richard to know if I come in to fix the mistakes and it’s been weeks without a simple response. He does not listen nor does he care about his clients just about the money. My wife was going to get her hair styled with him but she cancelled because if he can’t cut a man’s hair much less a woman’s hair. Please stay away from Richard if you care to look decent for work and everyday life.

Ive been getting my nails done at this salon for about 7 years now and Im not planning on stopping anytime soon. The owner is quick and efficient. The prices are competitive, the facility is VERY CLEAN, and they sanitize all their equipment. All the staff are very good at what they do, but me personally, Mimi is my go-to-gal! Im not exaggerating when I say I dont know what Id do without her.

Pedicure was great. Full set with gel polish was terrible. My nails are wide & fanned out (which I specifically asked to have them narrow)

I am from out of town and i am very unimpressed with the service. my pedicure lasted all of 10 min and the lady was very rough. they didn’t even put lotion on my feet. and my nails came out horrible. they charge $17 extra for gel??? my nails have never looked worse. i’m very unhappy with the service.

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened. Cleanliness is important to me as well as good service. I always have the same nail technicians and I have been happy with their services.

Asked if they had time for a mani pedi. They said yes and told me to picked my colors 30 minutes later I asked again and nothing. After a total of 45 minutes I walked out. If the employees would’ve been more honest about the wait time I would’ve gladly waited however I despise being dismissed and lied to. Do not lie to me and I will not give a bad review.

Richard is the man! Best hair cut in Miami, always accommodating. Interesting guy. I drive from Brickell just to get my hair cut.

The first time I went here I had an appointment for a gel manicure but had to wait about 15 min past my appointment time. I had plenty of time to pick my color and the lady who did my nails was nice and did a good job. The second time I went I was disappointed and found a new place to go to. I was very rushed in picking a color and when I sat down the lady doing my nails asked where I had gotten them done before, as if they weren’t done nicely. I told her I got them done there and she wanted to know who did them. It seemed like she did not approve of the past work but she herself ended up rushing my gel manicure and did not let them dry properly. The manicure was smudged and I was not happy with the final result. Won’t go back there again.

I have been a customer for over 7 years...prices are very reasonable and friendly customer service. Recommend you make an appointment with Kim she is awesome and I have been doing my nails with her for almost 15 years.

It was amazing I got a fill in and a pedicure. They were very clean and gentle, the nail art was amazing as well. This is the most amazing nail place ever. They have an amazing atomosphere with paintings and waterfalls, its so beautiful. Best nails ever if I could I would give it 6 stars!

It was my first time here and without an appointment. They scheduled me in and the wait time was about less than five minutes. The nail tech who did my nails was amazing! She she took her time to ensure that my nails were to my liking. Unfortunately I did not get her name. The only thing that I didnt like was that you cant tip on your card and they dont give you cash back. The prices are reasonable and their customer service was good. I will most definitely be returning.

Yolanda is excellent, very attentive and concerned about the nail polishing lasting as well. Her gel manicure skills are awesome and great pedicures. I highly recommend her and she is great to talk to.

I came here in a pinch because this was the only nail salon with power after hurricane Irma. I got a gel manicure on Friday, and by Saturday night three nails were already chipped! Seems to be a regular thing at this salon im reading the reviews. The nail tech was cool, and redid the nail polish a few days later, but I wont be coming back.

Love them, Lisa does a great job every time. The salon is clean with many gel colors to select from... great place!

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD! Ive been going to the salon for about 1 1/2 yrs. I purchased a $50 gift card for my friends 50th birthday. She went in to use the card and they told her it was invalid. She had the receipt from the purchase of the card and the number on the gift number card matched the number on the receipt! The said the card was invalid and my friend ended up having paying for the service. How embarrassing for me! I drove over 20 minutes later with my credit card statement. I dont know where the mix up happened on their end, but I had the gift card, a paper receipt where the number matched the gift card, and my credit card statement showing the purchase. The owner still said the card was invalid. Wow! If an owner of a store has a regular customer, good business sense says its not worth $50 to loose a customer. I do not trust this company. The owner was extremely rude. I will never go back. There are too many salons that want my business and will treat me with courtesy and respect.

Though the man that did my nails was very kind he did a very bad job of doing my nails. He left the borders of my nails unpainted. It has been 6 hours since I did my nails and they are all chipped now. Would not recommend.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I just left after trying to have a nice experience with my mother before my baby shower and asked for dip nails. They assured me they had qualified technicians to do this. After three times trying to fix it my nails looked like I dipped them in sand and my blue polish started to turn white. They obviously had no clue what they were doing. Then the owner came over and I told her I wanted the dip powder off and a new plain and simple manicure. They refused! Wanted to charge me for everything. After leaving I ended up having to pay as if I had received a manicure when I didn’t!!!!! I am now going else where to get their mess fixed. Aside from that there was a chemical smell in the place, they told us it was an exotic fruit but now I doubt it. They are unprofessional and terrible! stay away!!!!!!!! This place is a mess and they are liars! The owner honestly told me they used the wrong products on me!

Large place means no waiting. Service is friendly but disinterested; massages are more like wimpy 20-second lotion applications. Quality is poor; my manicure chipped on day three.

Had a really bad experience with costumer service and had the worse pedicure and manicure of my life, my acrylic and the gel peeled and chipped off on the second day and it was done really untidy, I went back to the store to show them my nails and the woman said oh its not bad I will just file the edges down and I paid like almost $100 and I never wanted a refund I just wanted my nails to be done properly and they didnt care so Im highly disappointed in this place and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
