This is the place to train if you are in the Kendall area, if you’re not; it’s worth the drive!! Great teammates, very clean gym and convenient class hours. Professor Laz is detail-oriented, patient, and teaches his curriculum in a way that allows you to explore countless possibilities, but prepare for the most common ones. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to train.

Lazaro our professor is extremely professional and cares deeply about everyone who walks through the door. Everyone I have met so far takes their time to teach you techniques and so its a great place to come in and learn from everyone. The training intensity and amount of classes fit perfectly with my schedule since they have so many options.

Miami Jiu Jitsu team is my home away from home! I live in train in SoCal but visit family in Miami at least once a year. Laz has opened up his gym to me for the last few years now, after I found out an old friend of mine trained here.Laz is the most relaxed and technical instructors Ive come across. His jiu jitsu is amazingly precise and you see his techniques at the highest level of the sport. The people here are what make it great. They are friendly, talented, and incredibly welcoming. The gym is clean and has everything you need to become a certified ninja!
