I have been training personally with sensei Carol, and after a few weeks of Kickboxing training I already feel stronger, more confident and definitely energized. She is professional and really cares about giving you a great experience during training absolutely recommend her.

Our son is in kindergarten and putting him in the after school program at White Tiger was the best decision we ever made... you are treated like family here and the kids are not just entertained but learn a full spectrum of martial arts. The owner Carol is amazing and makes all the kids (and parents) feel special.
