Exceptional & Professional Service!People usually take the time to gripe about bad service and bad experiences but after dealing with the construction of our new office and dozens of vendors that failed to follow through, I had such a GREAT experience with Suddath that I need to scream it from the mountain tops, if we only had some in Miami. If you’re looking for a reputable company to relocate your office or home or for any storage needs, I ONLY recommend Suddath!We moved a month ago from Miami Beach to Doral last month and I am so glad we chose Suddath because from start to finish and even after the move as well, it’s been a pleasure to work with such a professional company.My first encounter was with their Sales Executive, Bill Sonntag, who made himself available around my schedule and actually showed up when he said he would, followed up as promised and reached out to our building manager at the new office and the existing office to coordinate all the necessary details. Bill was easy to work with, pleasant and professional. Can I stress that he was punctual and showed up on the day that he promised? That’s not such a common thing anymore. For anyone dealing with construction, as we were, and with multiple vendors, like we were and tons of hungry moving companies calling to try and get the business who once given the “in” to meet and discuss, repeatedly missed their appointments and didn’t call, so the experience pre-move with Bill was very special and commendable. Also, once the moving day was approaching, he returned for another site visit and made necessary changes, explained things in more detail and once the move was completed he was still easily available for help in storing items we didn’t have room for and in helping with the billing and invoice portion. If you want a reliable and professional company to trust your moving needs to, I wholeheartedly recommend SUDDATH!The day of the move, was a long and arduous day but the crew that came to do the hard work of moving us lead by Elvis Machado and Fredo Pabon were AMAZING!!! I can’t say enough about them.They worked non-stop from early afternoon to 2am without complaining or taking a break. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never had the experience where a team of laborers were so easy to work with. They worked like animals all the while maintaining a goal-oriented pace and a positive and friendly disposition. The entire crew didn’t gripe or whine once nor did they stop. Even the younger ones were not taking breaks to look at their phones or Snapchat or talk to their friends. They also efficiently resolved any conflicts that arose during the move, like when we needed more trucks because we’re apparently borderline hoarders, and all with smiles on their faces. Sincere smiles too. These are hardworking guys that care about their work and the customer. I recently had to manage a move for my company office in Coral Cables, FL. We chose Suddath as our move and decommission (of old space) vendor. Their quote was very competitive. The sales person was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. I planned on it taking until about 10pm and we were all done by 730pm. The crew was great. I contacted United Van Lines who did the initial set up for the move (list of furniture to be moved and the cost ). It was then passed to Suddath Relocation Systems and my rep was Bonnie Bottini. Bonnie was fabulous and made sure I knew the schedule.The packers were so very professional and careful. Everything was double wrapped and so carefully loaded onto the moving van. Bonnie made sure I was informed of the delivery schedule.When the furniture was delivered the driver was so competent and made sure all was unwrapped with care and placed where I wanted. This was the smoothest move and there were absolutely no problems!I would recommend United Van Lines and Suddath Relocation Systems to anyone who wants a move that is done professionally and without stress!

We are extremely happy with our moving experience. Everything was on time as per schedule. Great appraisal for the cost, we even received a check for 45 dollars after 2 weeks of our moving. We paid exactly what was quoted and we were already happy for the price. We didnt asked for the check. The packing and unpacking teams both were very pleasant to work. They really take very good care of all our furniture. We received all without a scratch. We highly recommend.

Needed to move some furniture from storage and ship to CA. From the sales person who help us to the hard working moving crew Juan, Carlos and Manny I couldnt ask for a better experience. We are a Fortune 100 company based in South Florida and we chose Suddath to move us to our new facility in Doral, FL. The staff at Suddath and our experience with them was first class. Janis Corbyns was our account manager and she provided her expertise throughout the entire process. Janis and the Suddath team visited our location several times before the move to coordinate and meet with our staff to determine the proper logistics to have a successful move. They were tasked to move 150 associates, $40M worth of inventory to a new 120K square foot facility in one weekend. The Suddath team arrived at 2pm on Friday and disconnected all workstations in the warehouse and office, assisted with the packaging of inventory, assisted with the moving of the IT server room, moved warehouse equipment, and packed and moved hundreds of boxes from the office all without incident or delay. The next day Suddath was back to reconnect all workstations in the warehouse and office and continue assisting in the move of warehouse inventory. The team worked long hours both day and night along side our associates and were critical to our success. We opened on Monday morning with zero loss of equipment or inventory and were ready for operations. Suddath then turned their attention to our old facility, where they worked long hours to decommission the entire site and prepare it for turn-in to our previous landlord.Suddath was essential to our success during our move process. We were asked to do the impossible and we were able to do it because of the help that Suddath provided. If you are moving, I strongly recommend that you consider Suddath for your moving needs. You wont be disappointed.

Our delivery was three hours late, causing us to incur hundreds of dollars in unneeded expenses with our staff waiting around.No one at Suddath took responsibility for this mistake or offered any kind of resolution to keep our business.

I would use this company again. The crew that relocated us was very nice and hard working. Leo and Joel made sure that all our furniture, and boxes were where we wanted them to be, and were very attentive to our requests if we needed something moved elsewhere.

They were HORRIBLE!!! It took four months to receive my house hold goods. They first blamed the port then finally admitted that there was an issue with one of their trucks to deliver my stuff from JAX to MIA. Then after discovering that two items were missing, they did not want to work with me since I did not claim them upon delivery--which is pretty unreasonable to go through all the boxes when putting them in a storage unit. Both items cost around $70. My other two friends both had items stolen as well.

I was involved with the Miami Boat Show and Suddath completed the load out of my booths properties. Fredo Pabon, Jose & Juan Guillot are the drivers who helped me and Ive chosen 5 Stars because of the professional attitude and service provided. They arrived with all the equipment needed and have given me peace of mind that my properties will arrive to the destination in the same condition they were loaded...
