Had open window delivery from 0800-1500. Arrived at 1230 and was unloaded at 1930!! Giving 1 star because you can make a spot park onsite

Terrible service. We requested an import from China, to the Dominican Republic, and it took three months and ten days to notify that the cargo was at the dock. They never respond to emails. The service representative Janet Gómez, was the one who gave us the assistance. We requested the services of the company by recommendation and it was our worst mistake. We do not recommend the company to import from China to the Dominican Republic.

I waited 25 days for a quote and it did not arrive.
