I was very pleased with the overall experience with Autostar. They were responsive, kept me up to date with a reasonable price. At pick up they arrived about an hour earlier than expected, but called when getting close. They loaded quickly after an inspection of the cars condition an was on the way. Trip was from Seattle area to Phoenix area and estimated delivery Washington 5-6 days door to door. They actually arrived in 4 days and called to assure early delivery was OK. Car arrived without issues and would use again.

I recently moved with a friend, and had to ship my car from Connecticut to Texas. Moving was a stressful process, and I had called a few different car shipping companies to get quotes and feel out the process. Many quotes that I received from people were either more expensive, or they did not provide very smooth customer service. I came across Rodrigo, and from start to finish he was incredibly helpful. He found me a reasonable quote within my time frame, and everything worked out perfectly! I also had my friend go through AutoStar Transport who also worked with Rodrigo, and he had a similar experience. Both of our cars arrived unharmed and even the drivers were friendly and helpful.The ONLY thing I would add is that my car was picked up slightly earlier than projected, so if you end up shipping your car, just make sure youre ready to go. The drivers clearly come from far distances, and therefore can only give you an estimated time of arrival.

I used AutoStar Transport just three weeks ago. Sofia is very helpful. She help me contact the carrier even before I put the order and make sure the auto carrier has the availability on my moving day (one day before my moving day) so I dont have to worry about the late pickup. I strongly recommend AutoStar Transport. I had a very bad experience with American Auto Shipping (Agent Mike). I put the same order two weeks ago with them. They never bother to contact me after I paid the down payment to them. They wait the auto carriers to take the order from them then they will contact you. They dont care about your moving day. Since they take more down payment from the total price, the auto carrier will get less. After two weeks, there were still no auto carriers contact them for picking up my car. Also after the down payment, it is really difficult to contact them through phone. They transferred me several times to speak with somebody. On the day before my moving day, I contact AutoStar, Sofia help me find the carrier Razvan and he picked up my car on my moving day and delivered my car as promised date. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. I am glad that I finally find the right auto moving company. I will use them again if I ever have long distant auto transportation.

The rating system is flawed as the top raring only allows Good Quality when in actuality the AutoStar Transport Express services provided were Exceptional. Autostars commitment from start to finish was extremely stream lined and punctual. The carrier who picked up our Audi A6 was courteous and professional, taking great care with the automobile. The carrier also alerted us as to the vehicles transit progress. Delivery of the vehicle was exactly as quoted with the carriers attention to detail. My overall rating for AutoStar Transport Express is nothing less than Exceptional.

The experience was very smooth. I had transported my two vehicles from Illinois to South Carolina. The driver was updating me periodically on where he was. He even customized my date of delivery and the address after the vehicles left the pick-up location. Highly recommended.

I went through this company to ship my car from one state to another they gave me a specific date and time for when it will be picked up and the initial date did not happen so they rescheduled for another one which also didnt happenat that time my friend was stuck at home waiting for them to show up so i called the driver and his assistant and both did not respond then i called the company again and i was told that my friend can go get things done and doesnt need to wait because they will call him and give him a time frame AGAIN that never happened and when the driver finally made it he was not able to load the car due to how low it was and ended up leaving when i called the company to cancel with them especially that it has been 6 days since i booked the company for,they sent me an email saying i am not eligible for a refund because it hasnt been 5 days now my car hasnt moved an inch Im down 195 dollars and lost over a week of timeI have never left a bad review to anyone before but this one is definitely a mustTerrible customer service, communication and service overall

This was the first time that I used Auto Star Transport, I was very please with the company . they really explained all the details of what the company does, They kept me in the loop from the time I sign the contract right up to the driver picked up my vehicle. The driver called me 30 minuets before arriving to my home and was very professional. I was well pleased and will use them again and also tell other people about the company. They was also cheaper than the other transport companys that i contacted.

Transport from WI to TX.I thought I had chose a good company to transport my vehicle and I was wrong! Diego was helpful until the transport started, after that things definitely went downhill. The company states that they guide you through the process, not true. I was never explained to that my car wouldnt be brought directly to the address given but to a nearby spot. Never once was this explained by anyone not even the driver, who I spoke with numerous times. I asked why this wasnt explained that I would have to pick my car up at a spot CHOSEN by the driver and not the given address? Diego stated to me that it should be common sense to know that their trucks cant come down my street! How would I know this if I have never done this before and I dont know about these trucks. One thing that WAS expressed was the increase in cost AFTER I agreed and signed for the quote given! Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you are a female with minimal knowledge in this area.And I still have not received the $100 gift cards that were promised to me! And even if the contract states what I missed, the recording states that every customer is walked through the process. It would have been nice to be walked through it then!

I was under contract a month before the scheduled move of my daughters car from Wyoming to Florida. They did not start looking for a driver until the first day of the five day window. They were not able to find a driver. I was having to constantly call for updates and my representative seemed to be avoiding me. Got down to the last day of the window and my daughter ended up flying back to Florida and leaving her car in Wyoming. I did get my $200 deposit back, but the stress and hassle that I had to deal with was intense. I then contacted Bluestar Auto Movers who got the move done a few days later without any problems. Sure it was a bit more expensive, but definitely worth the extra money.

My only issue with this company - We werent given the greatest of directions of where to drop off our car at the port. We got the general vicinity and had to figure out the rest on our own. However, they were more professional and honest - one of the lower bidders advertised that they were BBB members but were not. I felt I got my moneys worth and for transporting an expensive and heavy RV, thats what mattered.I have already recommended them to 2 other RV buyers and will likely use them again if I need to transport another vehicle.

Searching for a reputable transport company, we chose one of the larger well known companies. The company took all of our money but then gave us a 3 to 5 week delivery time. Frustrated with that company, we canceled the contract and they refunded our money. Then I reached out to Autostar Transport Express and within 24 hours Dominic found us a truck and driver! We had the car in our driveway in 3 days! I would use and HIGHLY recommend Autostar Transport Express for anyone looking into shipping a vehicle!!

I was a little anxious because I had friends who had bad experiences but Autostar answered all my questions in a timely matter. They also did not require me to put a deposit down until we had a confirmed driver and the car was delivered early. I would definitely use them again.

I transported a vehicle from Puerto Rico to the United States. The price included all taxes and the company delivered the vehicle to my door. I didnt have to pick it up anywhere else. The danger about this company is that they present themselves as polite and accommodating, yet in the end they are completely unreliable and will bail on you the last day possible leaving you no other options. I worked with Florencia and Yasmin. I received a quote 4 weeks prior to needing my car transported and then booked my transportation. They guaranteed they would find a transport carrier +/- 3 days of my ideal date. They did not communicate leading up to the date I needed the transport - I always had to call them or email them to receive updates and they only replied twice. Photos attached. They texted me guaranteeing they would find a carrier, but on the very last day before I was moving I called them because they were not responding to my emails and they replied saying they did not find a carrier. I ended up having to change all of my travel plans and would never recommend this company. A little bit about the company - they charge $250 via credit card or debit to reserve one of their contractors to transport your car. Then you are expected to pay that contracted auto carrier the remaining amount in cash or money order on the day of pickup, leaving no option for receipt of purchase or money trail which is a bit shady in my opinion. They are extremely unresponsive and will not be honest with you if they are not able to find a carrier. I emailed them and they would either not respond or send you a text message stating you cannot respond to the message. They seem to try to avoid direct communication as much as possible. They also do not offer any tracking on your vehicle so you have no idea where it is or when it would arrive at the destination. Overall, do not be deceived by the competitive prices because at the end of the day it is an unreliable company who makes false promises. Look for any other company if you need auto transport. Photos shown include the dishonest text messages and the one email I received from them three days after my guaranteed pickup day.

Let me tell you this company is totally a scam dressed with professional suit and tie. in the contract the give you a cancellation time if they dont find you a driver.. what a coincident they find one at the last hour of the fifth day around 4:00pm and let you know surprise we find one driver for you sr so they keep doing it for so long till they find a real one so you can no cancel ..no to mention every time they find one driver they ask you for an extra fee of hundred some money in advance so i ended up losing $300 dollars cause i find a driver in CITIZENSHIPPER join with ADL logistics in just one day.(i took three week to CANCEL)i recommend this company(CITIZENSHIPPER) they are professional, trustable and on time door to door everywhere in USANOTE: EDUARDO TROCONIS is the representative i talked to ..this company has no honesty and no integrity at all...they are trained to be experts scamming

The lack of effective communication is so unprofessional, but no communication at all is more like a lack of respect. I havent even had a communication on when the vehicle will be picked up. That is even ok. But to have every one of my emails ignored that is something else. I have worked in logistics many years and wanted to give this company a chance. However, I am just really dissapointed and my vehicle has not even been dispatched for pick up. So I am very concerned on what to expect at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My wife used them and the price was reasonable we used their service they kept putting us back on delivery date and finally the vehicle was delivered we decided to sell vehicle to junkyard for reasons company had nothing to do with guy came gave us a price only if cadillac converter was present we realized it was stolen and switched with a pipe newly welded and since the car was not driven you can tell it was recently done I don’t think it’s the company just a bad dishonest employee check your cadillac converters if you used this company.

I have an 1976 MG B that I needed to move from Virginia to Colorado. I called three car delivery services and AutoStar was the best from a price / level of service standpoint. After ordering my pickup their customer service was very professional and responsive every step of the way answering my questions. Pickup was great. Lots of communication from the driver regarding the point of pickup and a very thorough hand-off by the driver as to my cars operation and its condition. Drop off was also a very good experience. Again lots of communication from the driver as to the details of the point of drop off and the handoff of the car. End to end a very good experience. I highly recommend this service.

Had a Ford f450 dump truck that I had transported from Mesa Az to Cedar Hills Ut. They were prompt. Got texts from driver when he was on his way. Loaded it quickly and was off.

The pickup date was May 24th, but I ordered on May 11th. They are on time to pickup the car in shortly period. It is so nice and price is cheaper than others. AutoStar transport also arriving time is earlier than the estimated time. This is a surprise point. Very excellent!

I spoke with Demitri a few months ago about shipping my car, we gave me the run down and was completely transparent with the entire process. I knew my options and prepared for any hiccups because it’s sometimes out of anyone’s control, however everything went so smooth. We planned for a pickup around the 12th and I got a call on the 13th that a carrier was available. The carrier was sooo friendly and dealing with her has been a dream in this nightmare of a out of state move. They are actually getting my car there before I arrive and dropping it off at my new place today which is the 14th! Highly recommend Demitri and the team help you!! Even when Demitri Was off work his colleague Sofia was amazing in communicating and finishing up the transport.

From the beginning phase explaining how to do it, to the follow up questions about the process the staff was helpful every step of the way. The Vehicle arrived unscathed.

Absolutely would never recommend these guys to anyone!!!! I moved from Alaska to Texas and relied on them to help move our vehicle. I told Barry two months in advance I needed my car shipped to Alaska but June 25th here it is July 3rd and he still does not have a driver for my vehicle so I am having to spend thousands of dollars on a rental. He never communicates with me I am always having to email him! I spoke with his manager and he says he is not able to help in any way with the driver fee even though Barry admitted to me it was his error!! I am literally crying about this. Extremely upset about this companies values for their customers

At first they seemed very professional. But towards the date of our move to the east coast, they could not find a driver to pick up our car. And when I called multiple times, they would give us very vague answers. Pretty much after they directly took our money out of our bank account, they stopped answer our phone calls. Very disappointed.

The delivery itself was great. the person I talked to was professional and kept reasonable contact. The only reason am giving 4 stars is that the priced changed very close to the pick up date but luckily i was budget was a bit flexible..
