This post office needs to be investigated. They mark packages as delivered. I have cameras in my house that shows the crime being committed. There was no box left in my mailbox. This has happened to me 4 times now. There is criminal activity going on here and I am helpless.

Have not been able to drop off priority mail at the primary USPS mail facility for weeks now as receptacle bin is broken, handle broke off, etc.I asked about it at counter and they say they have been telling management about it for weeks as well....shameful...have some pride people

All my packages are always delayed and when I track them online the status is always Delivered when I inquired about this situation at the site, they simply told me that the marked ALL packages as Delivered in order to avoid Alarms or bad Key Performance Indicators because they know they are behind. Marking all the packages as Delivered when they have not even left the warehouse should be illegal since they are lying to us regarding our packages. I really hope USPS takes action on this situation and stops the people doing this. I have not had this situation EVER before, so the people working at this location are doing something wrong.

Only post office in the area with a 24 hour service kiosk and larger package drop-off.For that, I give it 5 stars because you can ship off a package without having to interact with anyone who may be contaminated.

Packages constantly show “out for delivery” followed by “available for pickup” then they don’t get delivered for an additional 2-3 days. Then if I go try to pick up the package they say it’s out for delivery and they don’t have it.

The only reason I give this rating is the poor customer service, maybe so by the book. I asked for two forms because we were moving and the first clerk told me that only one form could be given per customer. I started to fill out mine and then tried with another clerk and again I had the same answer: one form per customer. I explained that the other one was for my wife and then, she said that she had to fill out and sign the form and go to the postal office with her ID. Of course, weve done it before. But any of these clerks seemed to be glad to be helpful but just following some ridiculous rules by the book.

Worst post office experience. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager was nice but cannot solve anything and accept the ugly customer service. If you dont want to be treated as garbage, dont ask any question or even better, never go there. They scan and code the package the way they want, never matches the real tracking information. This location must be cleaned from management to the counter employees, we dont pay taxes to receive this treatment.

Tracking info never matches with the actual location of the package. Carrier always states that item couldn’t be delivered due to business being closed but my business is a hotel and it’s open 24/7... tracking # states that item is ready for pick up and when I get there to pick it up they tell me is out on delivery. I wait for carrier at my business and he tells me he doesn’t have the package.... this is so disrespectful for the costumers and clients like me that run an online business. I will not be using usps anymore and will urge my clients and suppliers to use another method for shipping since no one wants to be responsible for their actions.

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely outrageous that a package that was paid for to return to sender was missed in 3 different sorting places and was delivered. I was defrauded of a cell phone and was trying to retrieve my package ASAP. 4 calls to customer service with no results, 8 calls to the location post office with no answer and no way to contact the driver. I will never use USPS again. Disgusting company with horrible service.

Worst customer service ever. Near USPS closing at 2 pm advised me to visit this location as they were open until 4pm. Online hours reflected closing at 3 pm, and I arrived at 2:25 pm. They were of course closed. Three staff were visibly present, and in trying to see if there were any other locations open nearby since the online hours didn’t match the store hours, I tried to ask and they completely ignored me. Three people inside, they just shook their head, ignored me, walked away, and did nothing to at least help point me in the right direction. Stood there for five minutes and taking a gamble to A third location now, let’s hope it is actually open since you can’t trust online hours. But at least some courtesy would have been greatly appreciated.

The lady’s sign was out for lunch for 30 mins. Been standing here an hr. Full of people. 3rd day in a row coming here to pick up to package marked NSL when my building has maximum security and a package room with Luxer One lockers and all. This Pick up area is Only open 8-4. So I have to come on my lunch break for pick up. Because the driver was too lazy to walk the package/locker room in my building.

There’s a long line. Only one register is open. But there is someone walking around the lobby asking if he can help anyone. Yes, you can help us by opening another register. This post office has the slowest service. It is very understaffed. I don’t know if I’d come here if I could help it.

READ if its your first time getting a passport/new passport: Having had my first passport when I was about three years old, I was unfamiliar with the process of obtaining a passport. I was frustrated trying to find a place that accepted walk ins and an appointment time that worked with my work schedule. All of the reviews to almost every post office near me were absolutely terrible. Including this one but I was so irritated and desperate so I booked an appointment here and I am SO glad I did. SONIA was extremely helpful and friendly. I did have an appointment but she told me they accept walk ins if shes not busy and its early in the morning. After 12pm its a no go. Weekends are worse. She was extremely pleasant and sweet; she speaks English and Spanish. She explained everything so well and walked with me through the application process to make sure everything was correct. I paid for a money order there with my debit card. It totalled $146.20. I cannot stress enough how helpful Sonia was. I admire her patience because I know I could not do her job. She deserves to be recognized for her great service. Despite the terrible reviews, I must give this beyond five stars if I could. You can also get your passport picture taken here. I hope this helps someone because I was lost! Also, I brought a copy of my birth certificate and license but they can do it there also.

Went in to renew passport on a Saturday morning without an appointment. The staff was really attentive and helped me out even though their policy states you have to have an appointment. They were really kind and patient in assisting me with everything I needed. I was in and out within an hour. Thank you usps!

The employees at this location are very helpful, they go out of their way to help you with their service in anything you may need from that location. The managers are very helpful and on top of things. It is a very organized and convenient location, which is open for our convenience till 9:00 pm during the weekdays. I highly recommend this location.

Worst experience of my life, Everyday I come here because this is the only USPS that stays open till 9pm this and International mall. Every single day I come I hope I don’t get one of the representatives named EVELYN, one of the most disrespectful and ill mannered people I have ever met. Today was the worst she started to Raise her voice at me and than I did they same and told her to never ever raise her voice at anyone, she does not know how to act and she will lose her job because of it, I will do everything in my power to continue to reach out to USPS to put a supervisor to watch exactly how they treat customers. They don’t care at all and treat you like you are worthless, if you approach them nicely and ask a question they start to get irritated and start raising their voice at you. Especially Evelyn I hope she never works a job with customer service involved ever again because she has no Idea how to treat customers.

All of the US mail trucks are located on the back side of the building. So after following the Google map on a tour of the massive building I finally found the trucks. There is no signage for anywhere to get in. The only thing that looks like a door...Says Employees Only Beyond this point...HELP ME!!!Im going to another location because I cant even get in here. A sign would be nice or an American flag telling me this is the entrance like most US post offices have.

If you are going to do passports don’t come here!!! Service is horrible, they will not be respectful with the appointment’s time and they will not give you directions once you are here. They will call you by order or arrival and you will not understand... the delay is out of normal!!! I will not recommend this place to anybody and definitely I will not return to this place never again.

They dont answer the phone!!! I been requesting since last week to pickup packages, and no one have pass by the office, we have to drop them at the end of day. My wife and I visited this USPS location to order a US Passport for my daughter. We arrived at 9:30 am and were told that they could not help us because they had reached their daily quota of 20 customers. There were families with young children in the waiting area since 5am, we were told. The USPS lady working at the booth said that they were NOT in the business of handling passport applications, that they did this as a courtesy to the public. This is why, ladies and gentlemen, we need to stop funding this useless, rude, wasteful, lazy, insulting pack of rats. They dont care about the customer because their funding reliably comes from the government, which takes money form the people by force by way of taxation. The customer is a nuisance to these people. Let UPS and FedEx perform these services at $0 cost to Mr. and Mrs. US taxpayer. What a waste the USPS is! Horrible!

Worst usps ever!!! Staff is RUDE, they have an attitude and they are lazy . I tried to mail a box to a soldier and when I asked the lady for the supplies specifically for that, she just gave me a regular box which is not the same type of box at all. (Done this atother usps places for over 7 years)Now today I recently found out that my box is going to take longer because it went to the wrong location, most likely because the other lady where I paid for the shipping, didnt know anything about how to send packages to military. At first she was charging $30 dollars instead of the regular $14 to $18 dollars (which is what a military care packages cost )

Awful!, I sent a package to an address that is literally a block away and they were unable to deliver it because according to them it was undeliverable as addressed and even though I was able to prove that the address was correct they still returned the package to me(it took me almost a month to get it back) and I had to pay again to resend the package back....Ps: Do not even bother calling the 1 800 number nor the local P.O. as their do not have a remote notion of what customer service is.

She didnt care any of customer. She just did what she wanted. It was the worst service experience ever. My representative was Do**a. She didnt focus on me but other cashiers job. I just needed to ship out 1 package. I took more than 40 mins even though there was no line because she was with next cashier more than 10 mins & she had me wait for another more than 10 mins while she did her own job behind cashier table. If it was related with my stuff, I would understand. However, it was her own stuff. Besides, she was very rude & unkind.

Every employee at this location needs to go to prison. Conveniently, my package that contained an iPhone which was sent Express with signature required just vanished. It is no where to be found. To make things worse, the main USPS number say they can do nothing and the local office in Miami never picks up the phone.

I sent a letter certified mail Im in Hollywood Fl, and shipped it to go to Jacksonville Fl since 5/26/2016 and today is 6/10 and my mail shows in Miami... DONT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE LOCATION!An employee STOLE my package! **BEWARE**8 YEARS my business has been doing business with the post office...Recently I shipped out a package but it was never delivered (there is tracking all the way until it reaches this post office so USPS did recieve it)So, I opened up a case for my package to be found2 days later...I get a call from this post office employee casually telling me to file an insurance claim because they cant find (LOST) my package.Now if I lost something of somebodies Id be sorry and I would keep looking until I find it.I dont know what this post office problem is but they seem to think its ok to lose a packages.So, I ask to speak with the supervisor and he picks up the phone acting like its not his problem either...I see why this place is the way it is. The only reason Im giving it a 2 star is because Lee from the passport station helped me. Otherwise it would be a negative one star. The ladies at the counter are rude. They apperentley dont care to do their job. I went because my pacakege was lost and needed to file a report. I wanted to know what happened. All she cared to tell me was that based on my zip code I needed to go to another location or track it online. I told her my location is closed on Saturday thats why I was there and that I did track it online thats how I knew it was lost. She repeated that I needed to go to my location or online. I was so upset at how they refuse to do their job. They didnt have other people waiting behind me or anything. I went to the passport guy named Lee and he looked into it for me. Meanwhile the ladies at the counter were clearly bothered by this since they were pointing at me and whispering in front of my face. If you cant work with people then you clearly need to go get another job. If you have to go to this location find Lee he is the only one that will help you. He is very nice. Thank you Lee!

Many experiences with them, every single time horrible. Make you wait so they can finish personal phone calls. They just stopped delivering my mail because they screwed up a mail forward, never once got a call back, had to call numerous times, took them over a month to fix a simple error. Not once acknowledged it, not once called or emailed even though I specifically requested some sort of update. Continue to have problems, main office gave me numbers to main line and supervisors, NOBODY answers the phone, not even for their supervisors. Nobody in that office cares, delivery drivers seem to do whatever is convenient for them. Minimal effort in that whole branch
