This company is the worst. Have cancelled my delivery 3 times. The first time they did not even call me. I waited for 4 hours and then called them. They tell you to call customer service and you are on hold 45 min. Stay away from them for your shipping needs !!!!
Horrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of anyone when your are trying to track a shipment that has issues. 800 line is a waste, local terminal phone numbers are a waste, their online chat is never working. & their call back system calls you back & then hangs up on you once it is your turn.Miracle that they are still in business. Dont understand how they call themselves a logistics company. Would not waste money in this company nor buy stock since it is very poorly run.I think they are a division Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey since they operate as a clown show.

SAIA is a no show for 2 scheduled deliveries on this shipment alone, every shipment that comes out of this miami terminal has had at least one sheduled delivery that saia failed.Customer service only seems to respond to people leaving positive feedback (employees)way to fail your customers. If you require prompt communication regarding shipment status and accurate time windows for delivery, do NOT use Saia. They will not communicate with you regarding any status of your shipment, and when calling will merely push it back an hour until evening, and return the shipment to their terminal. In my particular case, the reason stated first was they passed by and nobody answered and this was followed with well, the pallet broke.Saia will give you the run around and ultimately fail to deliver the package, and cost your business the one commodity you will never recoup: time.
Working at Saia for 14 years has been one of best experience I has!There not perfect, but we they keep trying to do there best.
Saia turned 2 day delivery into 5 days and just because they felt like it. Then we sent a moving company to pick up our product and their loading dock employee wouldn’t honor what their customer service employee promised (take product out of crate and help mover load into his truck). Instead, he loaded the crate into mover’s truck. Now, we paid for 2 day shipping, a mover, and a forklift due to their incompetence and they are not willing to offer any compensation for this. I highly recommend you do not do business with them because they lack honor and integrity. Capitalism is built on trust and they cannot be trusted.

The worst. This company had a shipment for me in their Miami location for 2 days and did not deliver as stated. This left me no choice but to cancel the shipment with the sender. This is certainly bad for business. I do not recommend them.
Miami terminal supervisors and dock workers do not pay attention to instructions they should always look at and do not communicate to each other. I arranged for a shipment from Jacksonville FL to Miami to be picked up by my customer. It was dispatched and delayed for 4 days. After countless calls with customer service, never getting through to dispatch at the terminal I finally got it delivered since I wasnt going to trust them to keep it at the terminal for pick up.I am now being charged accessorial fees for their mistakes. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
Simply the worst ! they have no interest in delivering. The Miami office and terminal are insane people. Missed appointments no communication had pallet sitting at the terminal for two weeks

This company does not have enough liftgates and the cargo once it arrives at its terminal, remains for a long time without being dispatched.They make delivery appoitments that they do not do afterwards, they lie again and again without respect or consideration

Horrible. We will deliver between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM; we will call you prior to delivery. No call, no delivery, totally wasted day. Bunch of idiots.
Worst company ever:Day 1 :they said they will deliver between 11am-4pm. Didn’t show up. We called found out the truck broke down. My husband stayed home because if there is nobody to take the package to the door they just leave it on the road ( it’s 110lbs)Day 2: supposed to be 11am-4pm . We called at 4pm, now it’s at 5pm........called at 5pm not it’s at 6:30. No delivery again!!!!! My husband waited at home all day AGAIN! No call either!Day 3: We called in the morning. Supposedly the driver was here at 6:30 but we were closed. This is a residential delivery not a business!!!! So they just lie!!! Now the delivery is after 1pm.So have to wait ALL day AGAIN.I don’t understand how can a company with such a bad feedbacks stay in business!!
Worst delivery company ever!!!! The driver deliverd my package to the wrong address because he looked at the name of the business and not the address. On top of that no one picks up the phone when you call, no one cares! This little mistake cost me $26,000!!!
My shipment has been sitting an hour away from my home now for a week. Had to contact Saia to schedule a delivery. They didnt contact me. They didnt deliver on the schedule time yesterday and didnt bother to call me.
I was told that their trucks are not suitable for High Rise delivery. Big problem. They want to do a curbside delivery, so the question is who is going to carry the load inside. Not them I was told. Bad!
I was chatting with this company about a delivery date that was not met. And they closed the chat on me in the middle of the conversation. Very bad customer service.
