Everytime i call asking why my packages is late, they keep going around in circles and not giving me an answer on when my packages are going to arrive.Its been 2 weeks since i since. I still havent had any reply. I had to call to remind them.They used to do a good job, now they are just sloppy and dont care about the costumers. Untill you dont pressure them they wont deliver anything on time.

This place has the worst phone/ customer service ever...called the Orlando Florida office and got put on hold 3 time after explaining to the Mexican lady who dont speak good English that I am calling from the bahamas .all 3 time got put on hold and she never came back....thanks for making my decision easier to not use your company for shipping needs

I called 3 times to ask for an estimate to send boxes to Venezuela and a lady answered, not pleasant, leaving me on hold three times for a long time. I waited on the line since I wanted to see how far I could go ... If that is to know the prices, I dont want to imagine what it will be like to send something with them. They have no interest.

THERE IS NO WAY THAT, AS IN OTHER COMPANIES, GET INFORMATION FROM WHERE THE CARGO IS SHIPPED FROM MIAMI TO VENEZUELA.
