Bought their Ford Explorer SOHC timing chain set 2 years ago. Just finished replacing everything due to, in my opinion, poor quality parts. Every plastic part broke and tensioner came apart. This job requires the engine to be removed and a special tool kit to do it. Now $800 later its back to Ford parts. Have emailed company twice and got nothing back. They were lifetime warranted parts. I certainly wont buy from them again. This was just my experience.

This company never kept a note of when I called in because the part was defective. I had to let the fuel pump air out inorder to mail it back to them. When I called again they said I could not get a refund because 30 days had passed.They offered another fuel pump which I had no need for. I wasted money on their fuel pump and instalation costs.VERY POOR SERVICE WITH PARTS YOU CAN NOT TRUST!NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE FUEL PUMP WAS A LOOK A LIKE PRODUCT FROM CHINA WHICH NEVER WORKED. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.VERY POORLY RUN ORGANIZATION!
