I would give them ZERO stars if I could.Very shady behavior.I needed to ship some items I had left in Colombia to my house in the US. They asked me to fill out the normal forms, however the red flag was when they asked that I also provide my full social security number AND if I didnt have one, to use the SS number from a friend or a family member.I have the exchange where I called them out for this requirement.I asked them to explain why they needed my social security number, and that I didnt feel secure sending information over email.I also told them that suggesting I use someone elses social security number on a form was considered fraud and its illegal.They emailed back with a very bogus excuse saying that I didnt actually need to add my SS number since I live in the US.And then they said the most bogus thing ever: they said that regardless, they couldnt send me my package anyway because it just so happens that the FDA and Customs released new regulations a couple of days ago prohibiting medications and orthodontic devices to be shipped into the US or Canada to anyone that isnt a tourist with a valid tourist visa. I was like WHAT? .... So I called DHL to verify the information.DHL informed me that neither the FDA nor Customs had released any new regulations in recent months. They also confirmed that they dont request social security numbers from anyone when they ship. They request the standard ID/Passport information, but no Social Security Number. They explained that once the package arrives, it will be up to Customs to request that information from me. They suggested that if any forwarder requests that information from anyone, its best to end the transaction. They said it is suspicious that they would ask customers to submit that information on a regular Word Document over email.Fedex confirmed the same information. Fedex said that for these type of shipments, they never request anyones full social security number, and on the occasions that they do, they only the last 4 digits, and its never requested via email -- they prompt customers to fill out their online secured forms.Coordinadora never gave a valid reason for requesting such information.I also asked Coordinadora to send me a link to the recent regulation announcement from the FDA and Customs, since all federal regulations MUST be posted for public knowledge, and Coordinadora gave me the excuse that they couldnt disclose that information because its internal and that Coordinadora agents only receive the alerts through their supervisors which is untrue. If you call DHL, Fedex, Avianca, Servientrega, they will direct you to where Customs regulations are posted because they HAVE to do this by law.The Coordinadora Agent gave me this excuse because they got called out for shady behavior and it was easier for them to shake me off by saying oh, we cant send you your package anymore because of new laws than to avoid the fact that I was requesting details to fact-check them.Very Shady. Avoid this company.

Once a dispatch has been created in Miami, delivery to Colombia is within 7 days.After a horrible experience with 4-72, I began looking for options. I chose Coordinadora USA over others (Servientrega, Pasarex, etc.) primarily because they had a physical facility in Medellin, which is where I wanted to ship my packages. They also offered a comprehensive tracking system which lets you know exactly where your package is at every step of the process.For those who are complaining:1. STOP calling CUSA. Contact them via email instead. They have always responded to my emails within one business day. They provide clear explanations and instructions, where necessary. They are courteous and polite.2. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Some items cannot be imported into Colombia. Google Colombias list of import restrictions before you try ship something to Colombia via CUSA.3. Always include the original invoice in your shipments (where applicable). The process will stall unless you can provide them with an invoice.4. Make sure that the destination address in Colombia is correct. Check and double-check.5. PAY all fees in a timely manner. Until you pay for your package, a dispatch cannot move forward in processing.6. CHECK your emails daily for notifications and alerts from Coordinadora USA.7. TRACK and monitor your shipment. Download the CoordiUSA app so that you can follow the status of your shipment. You can also track via their website.I highly recommend this company without doubt or reservation.
Very bad service, my package has not been delivered despite was sent 2 weeks ago from Colombia, there are not customer service by phone, there are not answers, the chat is wrong, they indicated they did not find the address but the address recorded is right, besides technology today help very easily to find addresses so it is not true. In addition, I never received a call indicating they are looking for my address so I am assuming they are lying I hope they respond for my package soon.
All good until recently. Been using CoordinadoraUSA for some time now, but as of lately I have noticed a very long delay in the delivery of the goods. Understand being over saturated due to the pandemic, but what I cannot accept is the fact that I dont get all I requested to be dispatched and in its place I get what is clearly labeled someone else stuff. Incredible lack of attention to what should be a simple job. Additional to that, they lack of effective communication makes this courrier service worthless.
Completely horrible service. They were sitting on my stuff for three months and NEVER answer the phone. Voice mail always full. The last package they received and sent me had a $50 bottle of supplements disappear (they ´´repack¨ everything). And they muffed up a return of a package to the seller. Avoid completely.

At first the service was very good, as expected. Later, products that I bought began to lack and things came to me in bad condition, even though I knew and had proof that they were perfect. When I asked for a solution they answered me and sent all the correct data, but they did not solve anything practically saying that it was not their problem and that they were not to blame. In general, one of the worst places and services to make your shipments.
With so much negative comment I came to doubt about using the Coordinadora Usa service, but I decided to do it and it was worth it, a fast, safe and cheap service (less the government tax -_-)

I wanted to ask for a quote and talk to someone. The phones are just a recording and the chat is a robot. I do not want to imagine how it will be to deal with a shipping problem if not even new customers attend them. Too bad they have a lost business opportunity nationwide.
They do not have customer service, they give a number, and from that number they redirect you to an email, and the requests or claims that you send to that email are never answered and ignored by their own experience. For this simple fact it is 0 recommended, there are online locker services with much better service and shipping options. There are also many irregularities in shipping prices and it is occasionally unknown why in one they charge you $ 60, and in another $ 10 (it happened to me and in both cases I had asked the same).
Honestly, my experience with this company was very good, I will tell a little about it below. First of all, it is important to emphasize that you have to read the items allowed and not allowed, because things like perfumes and medicines cannot be sent. This is due to regulations between both countries, it is something totally foreign to the company. I had 2 shipments from the USA that I needed in Colombia, by mistake I sent them separately because I thought that one of the packages would take longer to arrive at the locker, in total I paid 10 dollars for one shipment, and 13 dollars for another. If I had put the packages together and made a single shipment, I might have paid 15 in total. One factor that I want to highlight is the time, and the reality is that I was surprised due to its speed, I attach the photos from the moment I requested that I wanted the shipment, until the moment it was delivered to my house. It is important to take into account that there was a weekend between the shipping days. I clarify that these shipping times may vary with respect to the location you have in Colombia, mine was in Bogota near Usaquen, in the same way I calculate that for other parts of the country, the shipment must be 2-3 days longer than that I had. At first I was somewhat afraid to trust them because they did not have a telephone line and the first time I sent an email they did not respond so quickly, then they responded even the same day. Something that I also applaud is the platform, very easy to use and handle.
