If you are a truck driver doing a delivery there, make sure to pack lunch and dinner, youre going to spend a looooong time there.

The worst place in Miami, FL. Be prepare to spend the whole day to get unloaded. After review all website reviews of this company, I personally called and scheduled an appointment for 9am delivery. When driver arrived at 8:30 am, they told driver that his appointment was for 10am. They put driver at door at 11 am and then took 3 hours to get unloaded after the door were assigned. Driver was on site since 8:30 am and left at 1:30pm. If you can avoid this place, DO IT FOR SURE. Even if you have an appointment scheduled it will take the whole day to get unloaded. Also, there is a bad traffic to park, there are containers and trucks everywhere. This is a very disorganized place.

The receiving dock is very slow, get ready for a minimum of 1.5 hours to wait. They are extremely slow, I waited for 4.5 hours the other day. The staff in receiving just take there sweet time. They need more people to receive trucks cause this is ridiculous.

They take so long to unload. They start on one truck then stop and start on a different one.

Awful place to go no service at all, its like they say first-come-first-serve but nobody serves and everybody goes there it was a ghost town

Made a delivery here 🚛🚚 they were quick and friendly! You can park on the street over night.. they open gates early but don’t start working till 8:30am. For receiving park on doors 15,16,17 or 18.. take paper work in at 830am and wait till they unload which again they do quick.. they give you papers and all set! 🚛🚚👌

A large logistics company, have a different kind of services, but need to speed up the truck receiving process, it take for ever to have a chance to get to the dock, better have appointment services....

RUDE. She hung up on me on my first call when asking a question. 2nd call, I ask if she speaks english, says no and hangs up. Whats the point of being customer service when you cant speak english.

The wait times here are ridiculous (3 1/2 hrs). They only use 2 of the 50 bay doors for deliverys.

Sorry but this place is terrible you have to wait for hours before you unload your truck make sure your be prepared for waiting.

They are exploiters with the drivers they pay 750 from Monday to Friday I came leaving the hour 14 weight for the number of hours that the drivers put in there they are a waste for the owner when activities do not send the drivers I do not recommend it to anyone 👎

These people have not discovered how to be efficient by receiving the trucks they only have 3 doors to receive. They do not yet know that if they do not receive quickly and efficiently they do not charge, they do not win.
