Fantastic experience!! Best customer service I have ever had...anywhere. From the minute Eric (the owner) answered the phone I could tell he was there to help. Our daughter was flying into Miami by herself late at night to meet some friends the next day and was anxious about getting from the airport to the hotel. Eric understood our situation immediately and offered to personally pick her up and meet her inside the terminal and take her to her to the front desk of the hotel!! He was there right on time and even had to wait over an hour for the luggage! We felt our daughter was in good hands and we were not disappointed!! Great job!!! We used VIP Miami Limo in late Aug 2017. The service from the beginning was amazing. Eric was very prompt with communication replies via email and telephone. Being that our group of 8 were flying in from Canada, choosing a limo company to pick us up at MIA to takes us to Key West was a scary one. Just read all the other limo company horrible reviews out there! The decision to use VIP Miami Limo was based on their 5 star reviews combined with the quick communication with Eric. The driver Miguel arrived ahead of schedule and met us at baggage claim. He was one of the most professional and courteous person you could meet. My stress in traveling was relieved once in the hands of Miguel. Based on this experience using VIP Miami Limo, I would highly recommend their service. It is piece of mind knowing someone is there for you when you need them.

Great service! Friendly and professional driver! On time. Booking agent friendly and helpful. Advised us a cheaper competitor will charge EXTRA to meet INSIDE airport, making the competitor not any less expensive. Forget the free shuttles to the hotel! After a long travel day, we are generally tired and out of patience and the free transportation from the airport is always a 20-30 minute wait. The paid transportation is often the best money we spend to have organized and efficient closure to a hectic day!

Fantastic experience. Our flight was late but our driver Jorge was there waiting for us. Great ride to the Port of Miami at a very reasonable rate. When we returned, he was there and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. VIP Miami Limo is the only service Ill be using in Miami.

Phenomenal service!After missing our flight, I called VIP Limo at the last minute and asked if they had a car to pick us up at FLL, take us to MIA to get our luggage (our luggage made the flight and they closed the doors as we were walking up), wait for us, then bring us to our hotel in SoBe. No problem. They were there waiting when we arrived and took us where we needed to go. Driver was excellent and knew exactly where to take us at the airport to pick up our luggage from the luggage office.Thanks so much for taking great care of us!

Unless you’re a celebrity I wouldn’t use these guys or any other limo company anywhere. This is not the first time I’ve used one of these limo/sedan/ suv companies. Sometimes the driver wanders around and one can’t find him and there’s no way to get in touch with the manager or office if it’s after hours. So what happens if you can’t find the driver, one Cuban-American driver named George with this particular company, since he’s not where he’s supposed to be once you get off your plane after a long flight, well then you’re left to find a cab and you pay all over again. This is also not the first time something like this has happened to me. Something similar occurred with another company I used back in 2014. Forget about VIP refunding your money. And when I pay good money, over three-hundred dollars worth, I expect good service. I’m sorry but this was not delivered. Mediocre service at best. Save your money and take Uber which is what I’m doing from now on or just take a taxi, trust me it’s cheaper. These limo companies are for celebrities and richies only.

My family and I hired VIP Miami Limo for a Sunday round trip transfer from Fort Lauderdale to the Miami Seaport. Eric arrived right on time in a beautiful Cadillac Escalade, as we requested. He got us to the port with no problem and was very knowledgeable and diligent.The following Sunday Eric picked us up right on time and made 2 stops on the way to bring us home.The overall experience was excellent. We arrived there and back in style and the price was much less than expected. Highly recommended and will certainly hire VIP again.

A HUGE Thank You to Eric for rescuing my family ( my husband, my infant daughter and myself) from the other taxi guy. I had initially called Eric to schedule 4 pick ups since we were travelling from Toronto to Miami for a cruise and needed a rear facing car seat. I liked my conversation over email with Eric but didnt book with him because of the overall cost of the limo service. I was being cheap. Anyway, I booked with another taxi service and it was a complete nightmare! No email address, so I called and spoke to the owner and he was so quick and abrupt and said yeah yeah to all my questions. The price was cheap so I booked. I had a bad feeling about it as I didnt receive a confirmation at all. Lets just say we were left stranded at the airport, had to call numerous times to get picked up, it happened again where I called for pick up to go to the port and they showed up 30mins late with the wrong type of car seat. Finally the last straw was when the taxi showed up at the ship to pick us up with no car seat and he said I thought you said you were bringing one!.... so his associates were flagging down all the taxis coming into the port asking for a car seat. I was livid, and contacted Eric right away, he arranged our pick up in a cool clean SUV with a nuna rear facing car seat. Mike was an awesome driver who picked us up 15 mins early loaded the car and we were off. I will definitely be booking with Eric again! THANK YOU

It was my first time using this specific car service, VIP Miami Limo, and I was very impressed!Purpose: I am working in a pharmaceutical company that organized a symposium in Miami at the end of January 2017. We invited 14 scientific and clinical doctors from Europe and the US, and wanted to provide them with a great travel experience to arrive at the symposium happy and calm. The wait in Miami airport to get a taxi is too long for someone who has already spent many hours on a flight. Our expectation was to find a car service that would pick each one of our invitees up on time at the airport and drive them safely and in a comfortable vehicle to our symposium.Request: Our request included car services from Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports to the hotel venue on Collins ave, South Beach (about 30 min). Our event planner had a hard time finding a car service company that would provide a quote or even call us back. It was a frustrating experience with car services until we find VIP Miami Limo.Eric K., co-owner, was our main contact at VIP Miami Limo. Eric was very responsive, polite, easy to speak with and made our reservations with Vip Miami Limo very simple. I must add that I have a strong French accent that never was a problem with Eric.
