Have used this company many times for my travel and party planning business. They do a great job and have such a variety of vehicles for my clients from antiques to party buses and everything in between. All their drivers are very professional 5 STARS!!!!

Had an exotic car booked through I Love Miami Limos for a wedding. Janet and Matt were very communicative and ensured me that everything will be taken care of. There was a minor hiccup that was unrelated to their efforts and Janet and Matt made sure to make it right. They are quality individuals that care about the customer experience. I booked a limo for my wedding and they promised me a 2020 Escalade. Janet even sent me a video of the new limo that just arrived. The driver was 10 minutes late, it was a 2017 limo and the AC was not working. Janet said her partner would call me - I have yet to receive a response or call from them. I would not recommend and I will be pursuing them.

The fact that you guys are operating still is ridiculous! How are we suppose to give you even one star when you left 15 people stranded in the middle of Miami not answering your phone! --5 ⭐Driver was over 30mins late, he had running shoes on, stained black pants didnt look representable at all.. the bride was waiting outside of her hotel and ended up arriving late for her ceremony, who charged us extra for being late. We couldnt get anyone to answer our calls and the voice mail was full. To then learn he was at the wrong hotel.The limo was BEYOND DIRTY, inside AND OUT. 🕷 We had spiders inside de limo (refere to vidéo attached), tares in the leather, the glass ware was so nasty with prints on them,.. The limo was scratched, a missing part of the door handle, and he scratched it some more getting out of the hotel parking.Driving skills inspired by fast and furious. The bride yelled at the driver saying can u drive properly, im getting nauseous. ERIC, the driver REPLIED YEAH ME TOO. 🤨 the junior bridesmade were terrified.We spoke to the manager Matt, who simply apologized that the driving was not up to my liking. As if the roads regulations were our doing. He stated, I wasnt there so I cant say anything..but he has been a driver with the company for over 12 years, so he is qualified. In other words, a pure waist of time. Poor customer quality, poor vehicules, poor skills they absolutely disvalues our experience.I can go on and on. I used this limo service for my daughter’s wedding and they are awesome. My daughter loved it and was extremely happy with the driver. They are reliable, professional, affordable prices with excellent service. I will definitely use them again for any event. Janet coordinates/books the limo service and she is wonderful! BEAWARE its a MODIFIED Rolls Royce. Meaning its Chrysler 300 with a rolls royce sign. Rented this for my wedding for my bridesmaids and they say it was hot and reading from other reviews now cleary the Ac doesnt work!! I wish I would have read the reviews before renting from this company!!

STAY AWAYYYY!First of all very rude when I called to let know we were NO MORE than 15 minutes behind schedule, said they couldnt wait more than that because they had somewhere else to be. Mind you I had an hour paid for and my wedding venue was less than 15 minutes away. Then, the driver gets to the wrong pickup hotel, which I had emailed TWO times to confirm the updated pick up address. So the driver showed up an hour late. Oh and not to mention I paid for a new limo, this limo was Terrible inside and out. Crashed, hot and disgusting inside. The limo driver had to stop and put gas which I found even more ridiculous. When I asked for a discount for being over an hour late to MY wedding, it couldnt happen because they did not believe me. I have been trying to get some sort of credit from Matt who assured me hell look into the situation, but I just been getting the runaround! Please stay awayyyyy! Go book with Miami Limo! Oleg is the best & I completely regret not booking with them from the start!

I scheduled the limo service for 07/16/20 @ 5:00. By 5:15 the limo was not there so I decided to call them. I was informed that they had made a mistake and had book my limo service for 07/17/20 and a limo will be sent within 1 hour.(no apologies). Robert the driver, who was wearing shorts and looked like he was going fishing, showed up at 7:00 (two hours after my scheduled time!). Again, no apologies and a horrible attitude. Finally, were inside the limo and the blue tooth does not work.No one took responsibility for their incompetence. No one had the decency and business sense to call me directly to apologize and give an explanation. I left a message for the Matt (owner/manager) to call me back. Im waiting for the call.**Update** I spoke to Matt. He apologized for everything that happened.I appreciate the call, the explanation and the apology. He agreed on refunding 50% of my deposit. ****

We Booked a Special school event with I Love Miami Limos for Hannukah! They were absolutely fantastic, great service arrived early and were so compliant and understanding not withstanding the amount of stops we made! At first I was slightly skeptical but this was by far the best deal we got and I am so happy we booked with them!

Ac in the Party bus didnt work. Its a clown school not a limo service. left 15 people in Miami. I would of paid three times as much to get what we were promised. Clowns!

I was not satisfied with my limo. Before making reservations I was promised that I would receive one of the newer limousines & that it would be CLEAN & it was not. The floors were dirty & the limo smelt like cigarettes. The AC wasn’t working properly & also we received a limo that was crashed on the side.. My best friend since childhood was getting married last weekend on March 6th. I live in Chicago and found out that I would not be able to leave for the wedding due to personal reasons. So I decided a guys trip with all our childhood friends to take out my friend and show him a good time before he got hitched. I was in charge of 12 people’s plans for the weekend and had to book clubs and limo service since we all decided no one would be able to drive after drinking all night. I googled this company and booked a stretch hummer limo that’s fits up to 15 people. I gave a $300 deposit over the phone and they wanted the balance on pick up through zelle payment. Friday night came up and 20 minutes before the pick up the owner calls me to tell me the hummer is unavailable and broke down so they replaced it with a Escalade limo that fits 20 people comfortably and it would be the same price. I said ok that’s fine. When I seen this junk box of a limo I was embarrassed I wanted to die. The limo has very bad body damage on it, missing hub caps, primer all over it and filthy dirty with old cups and half empty beer bottles. Because we had reservations to club 11 at 10:00 pm we had no time to call and ask for a different limo. When we got in it smelled horrendous and didn’t fit all of us and one window wouldn’t roll down because it was broke. The radio speakers was also broke so we couldn’t listen to music on the way to the club. But wait this is not the worst part. The driver was obnoxious and driving like someone who never drove before hitting curbs and passing red lights. When we got to our destination with 4 hours remaining on our time we booked I asked the driver to just leave and that we wouldn’t want their service anymore because of the inconvenience. The driver then went to all my guest individually asking for more money after we made FULL PAYMENT and threaten them and said if you guys don’t give me more money there’s going to be a problem. I had no clue what was going until we walked in the club and seen him 2 hour later arguing with my brother. I asked him what are you doing here still and he told me there’s going to be a problem if he doesn’t get more money so I told the club host what was going on and they escorted him out the club and even told him they would called the cops if he didn’t leave. The next day I called to speak with the owner and he told me he’d call me back. 3 days later I called back because I haven’t heard from them and he told me that there’s nothing he can do and that he’s not refunding our money because it was 3 days later and why I didn’t reach back out the night of. Please whoever reads this understand the embarrassment I went through planning for 12 guys and then coming up so short and pulling up to a club in that junk box. DON’T DO IT, THERE SCAM ARTIST.

Yhey are deceitful. The pictures of their vehicles are misleading. The first limo was old and inoperable. I paid and tipped the first driver. I left items in that limo. He didnt tell me he was leaving and not coming back. He claimed the rear lights werent working. The second limo was very old too with broken items inside and out. That driver didnt get a tip since I already paid the first one.I never got a call from the owners telling me the first one was leaving and a replacement coming.

We rented a limo for a party of 12 people. The time of arrival was supposed to be at 5 pm. At 5 we had not been contacted so we decided to call. They said they had the wrong date ( even though the invoice had the correct date) and said the fastest they could do was 6 pm. At 6 we called the driver, he said he would arrive within 10 minutes. The limo ended up being more than an hour and a half late which of course ended up messing our reservation time. On top of this, the person we spoke to on the phone hung up, the driver had an attitude, and they were extremely late. Do not give this company your time or your money because it will be a waste. Extremely dissatisfied. I hope their service is not this awful with other customers.

Please do not use this limo company. Their service is horrible. They are not responsible and we’re 2 hours late. Yes! 2 hours late! Did not apologize nor offered a discount. Not to mention the driver that showed up was in shorts, not properly dressed: he looked he had just woken up or I don’t know what. I do not recommend them at all. I ordered a limo for Saturday Dec,26,2020It was a gift for my aunty wedding the limo driver came extremely late he was an hour late and we needed to be at the church by 6.45 I ordered the limo for 6 pm he didn’t arrive until 6.57 pm My aunty didn’t even get to ride the limo to church we had to take our personal cars to the wedding when he finally came he was ready to take us to our drop of location and go mind you I had book the reservation for 4 hours and he came ready to leave really unprofessional. He kept asking for the person who will be paying for the most part and also was like +tip after being late and assuring me that same day they were going to be here on time. My aunty was not happy at all and neither I’m I. This was my gift for her and did not follow thru.

For my wedding day 1 of the 2 limo was on time and the other one went to the wrong hotel delaying us by 30 minutes. They the. Proceeded on wanting to charge us for the extra time used. The driver was driving as if he was in a race car and it was not very enjoyable. Would not use again.

I rented a Escalade Limo on 12-8-18 from Mat, was told all Limos had been recently updated with new sound system new TV monitors, On arrival day what i was and outdated 10 year plus old Escalade with old phone jack radio only 2 speakers working no TV monitors working one of my passengers had there buttocks pinched with a screw that is coming out of the bench seat, driver was suppose to have brought with the Limo rental plenty ICE, water and soda, he came empty i had to buy our own water he stopped and bought the ice afterwards. Dont rent from this company stay away all there pictures on website are fake . I was suppose to get the one on the first photo and got the other junk on the second picture.

What a time. We rented the 24 passenger bus to go to a concert in West Palm Beach. Miami Limos knew I was concerned about the number of people fitting on the bus. Without me asking, they sent me the larger bus and did not charge me any more money. The party bus was awesome. Amazing sound system. There was a bar. What!!!!!!! I have never seen a bar set up in a party bus. I would definitely recommend. I would post pictures but there were some people on the bus that werent supposed to be there. I would use again and again and again.

I used “ I love Miami Limos” for my wife’s birthday. The driver was on time, the car was spotless and the service was superb. We felt like royalty !!Whoever is running this company, sure knows what they are doing !! Keep up the great work 😉

LIMO WAS OLD AND DINGY. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I am still upset about this company. I had been planning my wedding for months and had gone through great lengths to make sure that everything run smoothly. Hired this company for my limo transportation. We sat in the hotel waiting. 30 minutes before my pick up time a lady (Janet) called me from the company and said that a tire on the limo was flat and they are sending another limo than the one I had requested.The limo came almost 1 hour late which made me over 1 hour late for my evening wedding. The limo was old, dingy and literally falling apart and was very much different from what I requested. It was embarrassing and I am not usually a picky person. My limo was awful. The ordeal nearly ruined my wedding because I was to get dress at the venue. I could not because I did not have the time so there was no getting ready pics. I had to just put my dress on in the limo because we were so late. Plus because it was an evening wedding and we started over an hour late, it was very dark by the time we were to take the pictures, so all my pictures are dark because it was an outdoor ceremony, even though we cut the ceremony short.Because we were so late there was no time to calm down and relax, it felt chaotic and on top of that I was still charged the full price by this company and when I complained, I was literally ignored. I still have not received a response from them to this day about what happened. When I think of my wedding day this ordeal saddens me so much. I wish i could get a do over. This company almost ruined everything after so much money and planning. Not to mention getting all the schedule for the reception back on track after everything starting so late. They just dont care. I have such deep regret for using them.

It was the greatest limo experience ever. My mom rented me and 20 of my friends a new Escalade limo for my prom. It was awesome! The driver was great and my mom said everyone was very polite in the office. We definitely had the nicest limo at the prom! I would recommend this to anyone, and Ben was such a great driver!

This was my first time renting a Limo. I rented it for an 11 am pickup for a wedding on Saturday May 4, 2019. I paid 100.00 in advance to reserve the booking. That process went smoothly. I even called three days before the event to change pick up locations and that process went smoothly.On the day of the event the Limo driver notified me (10:37) that he was on his way to the pickup location to get the bride and that I would have to pay him the remainder balance. I assumed I would pay the driver when he came to the church with the bridal party. The limo driver arrived at the brides home at 11 am and the bride called me stating he would not move until I paid the dispatch office. I informed him I assumed payment would be received when the bride got at the church. He stated no it must be paid now. The driver attitude was poor. He stated I must send a copy of my drivers licence and the credit card with payment to a specific number. This was sent twice (11:09 and 11:21 am). Finally it went through the second time. They did not arrive until 11:50 am. I was expecting the bride to only be an half hour late.I was upset. I informed the dispatcher on the phone that they need to tell their clients this part of the process and give them the option to pay the full balance in advance. If I had known that the delay would be for payment, I would have paid in advance since I also booked way in advance.

A great Limo service company! I went for my mothers 50th birthday and we decided to get a LIMO last minute. The owners who are a lovely married couple were so helpful and kind. Their prices are also reasonable! Very clean LIMO and they were readily available if you needed anything.Only criticism is that our driver was boring lol so I would request a fun person to drive you around.

This was by far the worst experience in the world...not only did I not receive the limo I requested for my sons 10th birthday extravaganza but the limo sent was not to our or any of the other parents whose child attended expectations.This was my 2nd time renting from this company and I should have learned from the first time I rented with this company. My 10 year old son was terrified along with his party guests after the driver tire came off onI-95 (Thank GOD this didnt end badly) however all the kids along with my son wants no parts of a limo.Prior to departing I expressed my concerns to the owner (MATT) and of course assured me that the limo was serviced the day prior (which I highly doubted by the way). The limo smelled like mold and mildew, had busted tail lights, only 1 working brake light, partially inflated tires, a hole in the roof, and the list goes on the driver assured me that everything was okay owner included....all of this was RED FLAGS. Then I was told the limo I wanted broke down in Miami the night before WTF???Even the poor driver was embarrassed when we started to point out all the things that were obvious. My husband rode with the boys and he let me know how bad the limo was shaking and that the driver drove a certain amount of speed as if he knew something was up with the vehicle and of course when he increased speed the tire came off...this is a parents worse nightmare and to think I/We had other children in our care...again thank god this didnt end badly.We will no longer rent from this company and I urge others not to do so as well....they false advertise and they should consider themselves lucky that a lawsuit didnt come from this. The company didnt accommodate us by saying that theyll send another vehicle to get my family and guests from off the side of the interstate. Another parent and myself ended up picking up everyone to get them to our destination.I received a partial refund of the cash I paid the driver upon arrival so now Im awaiting to see if the deposit given will be returned as well.

One of my good girlfriends, booked a 21 seater party bus for her birthday(1/18/20). The company called 2 hours prior to pick up and said, they were unable to pick us up due to mechanical issues while doing another event! Obviously this ruined her entire night... we had plans to head to Miami from Palm Beach. They didnt offer any type of apologies or rescheduling. They havent even refunded my friend her money back yet.. Which she is planning to sue if we dont get any resolution by the end of this week!!! Do NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

Do not use this company, they lie right to your face. We rented 2 Limo party busses for our wedding for 45 people each. One shows up with air conditioning barely working and broken window shades and torn seats. The bus driver says once we get moving the air will work better and cool down. Not True!! It quit working all together. It was a 94 degree day and that bus had to hit about 130 degrees. The wedding parties clothes and hair were soaked.My pregnant niece had heat stroke where she could not even attend the wedding. Oh and Janets husband, the other Owner sarcastically laughed about it when I told him and hung up the phone. Who does that? After complaining extensively with the bus driver who than got us lost on the way there, they actually sent back the same dilapidated bus for the return home.I asked for a refund for the one bus and they refused it by saying the air worked fine, just not as good as normal. I should have asked for a full refund for giving my niece heat stroke and ruining our wedding photos.They still refuse to give a refund by the way.I should have listened to the horror stories I had heard about instead of relying on those phony reviews. I am normally a nice guy and never say not nice things. But people need to know about this place and there old unreliable equipment and disregard for the customer.

I was the maid of honor for my sisters wedding so I wanted to write her a nice limo as a gift. I called I love Miami limos for one of their weekly specials since the bachelorette party was on a Thursday the limo was amazing and the price was just right Robert was our driver and toward us around West Palm Beach. We were so happy with the service that my sister also decided to rent out their brand-new 2017 Chrysler limo for the wedding day it was absolutely amazing. The really cool lights inside made for some amazing wedding pictures. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Terrible experience! We plan our annual employee reunion on 12/27/19 and had reserved two limos with I Love Miami Limos the small Limo arrived on time but the biggest, the escalade showed up late, the driver kept telling me he was closed, almost there. ...but at the end the very old Escalade was broken and found the driver trying to fix it..... I called three times Janeth! Sent her texts with pictures......never answered the phone, the driver was unable to contact the company and therefore the surprised was ruined, half the guests had to drive their cars, we got late to the restaurant, and by the time Janeth text me back we were already on our way to the restaurant..... she didnt even call me.... and she just informed me that her operations manager Matt was trying to fix the situation and that I needed to call him... worst customer service, Janeth is rude and just didnt care about her clients.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience I have had. Very unprofessional, and I believe this may be a scam. I needed a limo for my nephews prom. I was going to pay. They wanted me to send my credit card info and ID over text. When I stated that this was unacceptable, they then wanted me to go to the bank and deposit the money into their account. I asked if I could come in and pay and then I got a cancellation notice. Completely unprofessional, and now I am going to have to find a new limo service 1 day before prom. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I am not even sure this is a real place or some scam company.

I would not recommend because on June 23, 2018 on my wedding day they change our vehicle and sent a big bus. Charge us for another beat up limo with dents on it also. Unacceptable and not good on someone wedding. You are paid on time so great service was suppose to be given.

I have used I Love Limos several times for our business and we are very happy with their service. Prices are clearly disclosed and the drivers have always been on time and courteous.

Rented a pink limo for daughters 10th bday from these guys, was told its in perfect condition, when it arrived the bumper was falling off, hadnt been washed, inside was disgusting with some random liquid in glasses, a/c vents missing, radio not operational, etc. Called owners, Matt was polite but unwilling to truly make things right, offered small refund, when I asked about status of refund the next day Janet called and was extremely rude to me. I tried resolving this without leaving this review but Matt was unwilling and Janet just rude. Dont waste your money, go somewhere else.

The bus is very nice! Nice seats and sound. Most importantly, nice hospitality! I do love Miami limos!

I used I Love Miami Limos for my trip to Miami and they were amazing!!! On time, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was safe!!! These guys are the best!! Ill never use another limo service in Miami again!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. We Rented the 43 passenger for a football game. It was disgusting. Bathroom was worse than the worst outhouse you’ve ever been in we had kids and ladies with us and got to a point we would time the opening the door so the bus wouldn’t be stunk up. During our trip they sent a crew to clean it which was worthless as it was just as disgusting for the trip home. The floors of the bus were filthy. It must have been months since it was last cleaned at all, 2 of 4 Ac units didn’t work so it never cooled down and exhaust was leaking back into the passenger compartment making us light headed and nauseious it was a Total disaster. Told the driver who was very nice. He said someone would call, of course they didn’t.To the reply to my review the attached photo is in front of my house. I think their response speaks for itself.

LIMOSINE WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, WEAR OUT INSIDE. NO ICE AND GLASSES IN THE LIMO AS PER AGREEMENT. SOUND SPEAKERS FELT DOWN IN SEATS WHILE DRIVING TO LOCATION. LIMO WAS NOT IN LOCATION FROM 12AM TO 3AM AND CHARGED FOR TIME WHILE NOT IN SERVICE. UPON RETURN TO LIMO, AFTER THE EVENT, SCOTCH AND CHAMPAGNE MISSING FROM LIMOSINE. OVERCHARGE FOR SERVICE $300. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

This was the worse nightmare!!! PLEASE do not use this company. They mislead you when you book with their company. The driver showed up 30 minutes late, the limos air conditioner was not on and was never fully working, the entire limo was falling apart (from the bumper being off to holes in the ceiling and falling apart all over the place), the windows were filthy, the champagne glasses were filled with liquid that smelled. The owner Jane was non-responsive and verbally abusive.

The party bus looked really good and the driver as well as the service was really good.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a Limo driver. Rented a limo on July 7th 2018, limo driver didn’t wanted to wait an extra 5-10 minutes as he was “getting late” for another customer. It was for a wedding so alot was going on. Rushed us to the destination. In the middle of the ride, pulls up to a stop light and asks us who’s gonna pay and how much it’s gonna be which is a terrible customer service experience.

Had the 20 seater for a wedding didnt get the color limo and year I wanted. The limo was hot as hell when I was going in it. The driver wasnt pleasant at all. Worst limo experience I ever had. Thank I love miami limo for the worst limo experience.
