I have been using Key Transportation as my main source for executive car service for over two years. I can honestly say that Key Transportation offers top notch, reliable and elite services. Regardless of unforeseen and, often numerous flight changes, Key transportation is extremely reliable. You can rest assured that any global executives travelling in/out of Miami will reach their destination safe and sound. Bonus, if your executive is running late, the driver will gladly wait outside the office or in the airport, it is truly a service not many vendors offer in town. I highly recommend!!!

Key transportation is the most unreliable transportation company I have ever used.Unfortunately, they failed in every capacity shuttling people around during my wedding day in Miami Beach. One out of three paid & required shuttles did not show up to the hotel so guests were forced to take cabs. (Yet that driver punched in for pay apparently) My bridal limo was 30 minutes late because it broke down and they did not have another close by. The 30 person party bus I had reserved that I was assured would fit my bridal party barely held 15 comfortably. Lastly, each driver was given special passes to avoid road blocks for the holiday weekend, and not one driver felt the urgency to use them. Both drivers I road with had a bad attitude and did not care or prioritize that I could not be late to my own wedding. My limo driver said well dont worry they, cant start it without you, hence why I was 30 minutes late to my own wedding.I would avoid using his company at all cost, affordability is not worth unreliability.The owner is quite nice and responsive which mislead me to believe that I could trust the employees he has working for him.I do not refer or recommend Key transportation for any bridal event, ever.

They treat customers as friends of the company unlike many other companies who would like to keep you as a customer yet not giving you that warm, welcoming and family feeling that you should get when being a customer of a transportation company. Last week, our FIU Honors College students walked together for 2 miles to the nearest polling station to cast their votes and Key Transportation bused us back to campus for free!! We were totally beat by the time we got there and cant thank them enough for saving us from the walk back! The bus was luxurious and fit all of us comfortably. Our driver, Roger, was incredible - he waited for us with lots of patience. Key transportation really helped make a memorable experience possible for 50 first-time-voters. THE WORST ever.. DO NOT recommend them. The auto I was in had BUGS living in it 🤦‍♂️. 🐜 🐜🐜 🕷 🕷 FLEAS... tried talking to the owner but he just didnt care.. all he cared about was receiving his money and calling it a day.

Look for Mauricio, who is the absolute best representative at Key Transportation!!My friend booked her wedding cruise in Miami and I was in charge of arranging transportation between the airport and cruise. I had been researching different transportation services in Miami and was debating between a shuttlebus service and Key Transportation (KT). The first representative that I spoke to with KT suggested that I book a minibus and a sprinter van (with the minibus holding a max of 30 passengers with luggage and the van could accommodate the rest). Our wedding party was estimated at about 35~38 passengers maximum and I was leaning towards going with the shuttlebus service instead if I had to split up our group.However, later I spoke with Mauricio of KT who was absolutely amazing! He helped to accommodate all our needs and ensured that our transportation experience ran smoothly from booking till the end of our trip. As with large group bookings it was difficult in juggling the different requests (some guests were arriving on their own but wanting to return with the larger group as well as different luggage accommodation needs). It was a headache for myself trying to coordinate it all and I am so thankful Mauricio was so helpful. He was able to arrange a large enough minibus so that the whole wedding party could travel together comfortably to and from the airport to cruise port with luggage space. The drivers were already at the airport and cruise port for pick-up when we arrived and the vehicles were in great condition and very comfortable to sit in. The whole trip went flawlessly and Mauricio made sure to follow up with us afterwards on our experience. Thank you again Mauricio for making our experience while travelling in Miami such a wonderful one!
