Everything is super good until you have surgery, I have been trying to communicate with them for a while they tell me that they are going to call me and they do not call me, I had a breast augmentation, I do not recommend them.

As a business, Lexington Plastic surgery has to be one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered in my fifty two years on this earth. The unprecedented unprofessionalism is astounding. Please folks, do not even try to book a consultation with them far less have a surgeon touch your body. From Kimberly Hunter to some lady from the Corporate Office named Stacey. It is truly quite remarkable that this business operated so egregiously.

Extremely Disappointed!! I had a consultation in January 2019 and scheduled my surgery for September/October 2019. I was in constant contact with Marilyn (who is an amazing) about everything and then out of the blue the office changes doctors and staff. Now the services that were offered are no longer offered and it is taking forever to get my deposit back. I cant believe that an office can change everything and not let their patients know!!!

Had my tummy tuck/lipo July 2019. The staff treated me as if I were family. Dr Robert Mendez bedside manners are incredible, he did an amazing job. Very pleased with my results. Thank you

My experience with Lexington Plastic Surgeons Miami was amazing. Every step of the way I felt that all of the women at the front had my best interests at heart, and were willing to answer any questions or concerns I had.Dr. Mendez was a wonderful surgeon, and took care of me very well. I have had surgery for keloids 3 times prior elsewhere, and Dr. Mendez was still able to create a beautiful new look for me. I highly recommend keloid surgery at this practice!

I would like to say, I’ve complained about this numerous times and I go unheard. I’ve had my keloid removed on my left ear first by Dr. Simpson. I explained to him that the keloid appeared on my second piercing and not my first piercing. Dr. Simpson cut off my entire ear that I can’t even wear clip on earrings. I loved wearing earrings and now i cannot. My left ear looks disgusting!! I’m scared to put my hair in a ponytail because people just stare at it. My little cousin keeps asking me how my ear looks like someone bit off my ear. The entire office didn’t seem to show any remorse for what he did. Ive reached out to the owner multiple times on Instagram, I’ve complained to the office and they didn’t even try to compensate me one bit of the money I had to to pay out of pocket. The only wanted to try to fix it which cannot be fixed!!!!!! If I was rich and famous things would have been different but since I’m a working individual that’s not rich and famous, I got put on the back burner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention they over charged my insurance for the services. I found a much better and convenient doctor in my area that takes care of keloid removal and isn’t expensive. I wish I went to this new doctor first before going to this place.

The office staff is amazing. Christina, Samantha, Marlyne and Limore are the best, very knowledgeable of the complete services they offer. But the result of my keloid that was remove is not satisfied at all I had low self esteem when I had them in now that I had them removed I wish I never bothered to do so my back looks as I got butchered very unhappy with the results I’m stuck with pain until I can find a plastic surgeon that can really help me .....

When I found you, you were the answer to our prayers. We traveled all over Florida looking for a doctor that could remove my daughters keloid. She had 4 procedures done and each time the keloid it grew back bigger. When I met you, you gave us hope and gave us our life back. Needless to say the procedure was just so beautiful. Dream Come true!Came in as a walk in purely driven by curiosity of the establishment since I regularly come next door for my laser hair treatment. Was able to get a free consult and meet the doctor and administrative team in minutes. I felt so safe and confident I booked and paid for my surgery immediately. I had no doubts doing my Tummy tuck procedure. Later upon further considering a breast aug. additionally to the tummy tuck, the staff shared with me their own personal experiences, and satisfaction in getting them with the very same place.Moreover, I once again came by on a whim and decided to get the breast augmentation consult and pricing, They run specials from time to time and they happen to have a special pricing for breast augmentation for the month of february, so I went ahead and booked that too!Though the course of pre-op, getting my blood work, and ultrasounds they both Marilyn and Christina guided me completely and helped me every step of the way, and even worked with me to complete payment!Limor did my pre-op work and re-guided me though the upcoming procedures and paperworks that needed to be signed.Again with all of this I felt 100% taken care of and any and all concerns were addressed. Poor treatment and they ask for good reviews before u get good results they changed doctors as well as not stand by therir very own contact Im taking my 6000 elsewhere no thanks the request I called for whoever was supposed to email they didnt email me because they clearly didnt want to honor there contract 🤷🏽‍♀️ who problem is it you switch up doctors that along isnt a good sign
