This doctor has no professional ethics. Yesterday I went for a consultation to undergo surgery and he did not even approach me, he told me that I was fat, look you have a lot of fat, what you have is to go on a diet, look you are very fat so I cannot operate on yo.actually I weigh 176 pounds and Im56 Im only 22 pounds overweight, Im not obese and I dont consider myself fat.This doctor is rude, I should not exercise, he treats his patients very badly, he has me emotionally bad at the moment, I hardly slept with those words he said made me feel very bad I am frustrated and I do not stop crying that is not a way to try or talk to his patients.

I 100% recommend this doctor and office. Everyone was very very kind and understanding. Merlin is amazing they were there for the whole step of the way, from consultation, pre op, surgery and post op. I don’t have a single complaint with my breast reduction/lift. After drains were taken out 3 days after surgery. I was completely back to normal. One month post op and the scars are healing very nicely. Very happy with everything. ❤️

Dr. Spera and his staff (MERLIN) ARE AMAZING. Very helpful friendly and responsive, the there is little to no wait time and the Doctor takes his time with you to go over everything. They are very attentive and the office is very clean. I will be booking my procedure (butt augmentation)with them in a few weeks and am so confident and happy that I found this amazing team. I will post pictures of my big beautiful results soon! SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS DOCTOR!

Hello! My Name is Ada, I got a surgery with Dr. Carlos Spera on April, last year. I didn’t like it, plus a got an Infection during the post/surgery cures. The surgery I got, was a tummy-tuck, that he supposed to be a good Dr. at... In my experience; was like a nightmare. I was for more than 6 weeks under daily cures, at his three different office, in Miami, Hialeah and Davie. I couldn’t Work during that time. And the same time, I wasn’t able to get the necessary post/surgery’s Massage. Because this infection, my skin was open. Results I don’t get the results I was expecting after the surgery. Thanks to my mom, she’s experienced nurse, she apply a medical cream (factor de crecimiento) in my tummy, this cream made the skin grow. And after that, I got another plastic surgery to made the scar look better.

AWEFUL!!!!!!!!! I am sure that all of these good reviews are posted by friends and family members. Do not waste your money on this supposed Doctor. He doesnt even make it to a level 4 on his reviews. Disgusting.!!!!

My experience with this clinic was horrible, I REGRET IT and Im being 100% honest. Im upset because the first time I understood, but surgery again and made me worse was unacceptable. I traveled all the way from NEW YORK. I did BBL in July 2016 and Rhinoplasty. My nose surgery wasnt the best, but Im just glad that it looks like this then a horrible skinny nose. Its still fixable but I will deff go to a doctor with more experience. He removed my flanks on my right side where I look uneven. I spoke with Marisa regarding my issue year later, she wanted more money down. In July 2017, I went back for surgery for my nose and flanks to be fixed, where it looks even or normal. They removed more flanks on the side where it was already straight. When I wear tight dress or swimwear you can see. They never since day one, followed up with me regarding any of the surgeries I had with them. I will never again go here or recommend a person here. IF YOU GO TO THE CLINIC PLEASE PAY ATTENTION, A FEW YEARS AGO HE MUST OF BEEN GOOD SINCE HE GOT AWARDS, BUT THEY ARE ALL FROM A FEW YEARS NOTHING RECENT. I BELIEVE THE LAST ONE RECEIVED WAS IN THE 2000S. I spend 9,000 with this clinic. Its okay because karma comes around.

I went to an appointment for a surgery they told me that I had to pay 1000. Dollars at that time to save the date the next day I called and told him that I was not going to operate, he told me that the thousand dollars would not return it to me and if I I wanted me to use it in some treatment they offered, later one day I tried to do botox so as not to lose the money that I had made with so much effort every time I called they told me that they did not have an appointment until after a month I got it when I arrived They told the office that the Botox was $ 650.00 and I let them because it was so expensive if they had a promotion of 350.00 to which they answered that I did not apply to promotions because it was a bone credit, they had my money for more than two months They did not want to return it to me and they also charged me almost double for a treatment. At the end I left the clinic and left the 450.00 that I had left, very bad vibes.
