I am traveling from LA to Miami. 3000K miles! Having to pay $200 for my access, just for one club in LA… and then asking to make an exception for a day pass in this club and being said “NO”, its the worst experience I ever had. According to my home gym, I do have a couple of free passes in any other club, but according to Brickell Heights, that doesn’t apply to them. The front desk was sarcastic when I asked her to make an exception.Cancelling this club for me and my partner. We have taken too much from these people. How exclusive is this, that our money has no value for them.
Super clean, trainers are amazing, the views are gorgeous, is a delight to exercise here.
As an avid yogi- they need new yoga instructors! The yoga instructors here are not good at all! Barely yoga. The flows just dont go together. Please look into hiring new instructors for yoga.

Staff does not respect COVID-19 or seem to take it seriously at all.
If you think you will be safer in Equinox think twice. No rules here pertaining mask use. It is NOT a safe space and they continue to disregard they need staff to make people accountable for not wearing masks in an enclosed space, particularly making loud noises and exhaling like gorillas in the weight area.Edit: As usual, management contacted me assuring their “commitment” to safety and health. BS! Everything nowadays is to “document” actions that never happen. Weeks later, most members have their noses outside the mask or worse, the mask in their chin. When you go to the concierge to notify these issues, you get attitude. Miami is a hot covid spot for a reason.

I very much enjoyed my time at equinox. The club is clean, the equipment is in great shape, the trainers are solid.Im leaving this 3 star review because I dont have any interest in going to the club with the current state of COVID. They told me I cannot cancel my membership until 1 year after sign up date. I understand that this is what I signed up for, but the situation has changed since November.Im annoyed because:- Equinox cannot offer me a safe place to work out without putting a lot of limitations on my experience- Equinox is happy to charge me the same monthly fee anywaysI was told I can cancel the membership if I get a doctors note. Im going to go ahead and do that.

Club’s management changes frequently which makes it hard to receive consistent service and accurate information. Space is limited parking is an absolute nightmare.
By far one of the best fitness clubs I have ever been to.Extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable staff. With state of the art equipment and amazing classes. The rooftop pool and lounge has an amazing views of the city. Beautiful extremely relaxing yoga studio next to pool.
Be ready for constant SPAM. I went for a tour but their one sales person was too busy to see me. So I left and signed up at another gym. They require you to give them your contact info and driver license before they allow you to enter the gym so now I am receiving non-stop marketing emails from their staff without any option to opt-out or honoring of my requests to stop emailing me. Unless you are 100% going to join and agree to many marketing emails, do not even step foot in here.
This place is a joke. What you read on all the other reviews about poor customer service is right on. The club is so under maintained, broken machines, tears and rips in equipment, dust everywhere.After a year of being a member Ive finally pulled the plug since the management is so incompetent, they couldnt fix simple things like club cleanliness after repeated complaints.During the course of this past year, there has been a high turn over in the staff and management, which says a lot about this place as well.Save yourself the money, go find a better place to work out.
The service at this club is shocking. Management team is completely unaware of how to adequately process membership re-activation and cancellations. Front desk team have their cell phones out while texting at the desk, lack professionalism and communication skills, and have ZERO idea of who handles what. Membership advisor who dealt with me to reactivate my membership never followed up and as a result noone took care of it ...it is a week later and my membership is still showing inactive. This gym is appalling, and if corporate knew how the operations team was running this facility they would undoubtedly make changes-FAST. For the amount of money you are asked to pay, be prepared to be treated with no level of service or respect.
Went in to tour and hopefully join. Waited at front desk 10 min while they talked to each other and ignored me. It was only when I started to walk upstairs they acknowledged me. Sat for 30 min to meet a sales guy. No one came. I left. Horrible Customer service. I guess for 170.00 a month its asking too much to be acknowledged. Lets see how long it takes them to call

Facilities aren’t that great for the price. If you are going to that gym, and need where to park, be prepared for valet to take over 20 minutes almost everytime you go. Overpriced gym, gets packed almost everytime and valet just sucks in general. If you want to cancel, it will be the hardest thing to do, so you might as well cancel your card, because they won’t cancel your subscription just like that. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.
The facilities are really good as some of the instructors. Unfortunately the management is changing schedule often and even taking off some classes that I was attending because for them have not enough importance. I have talked with two different managers to ask to keep the classes but they just seem to not care at all. They look at you with that big fake smile, saying that for them it is really important what is the client opinion or suggestions..but you can feel it is all fake!So I started different classes and the room was so crowded that it was impossible to exercise without risking to hit others or to receive a kick from others.The Vallet is terribly slow! It takes half an hour to have the car even when I am the only one being served.So, what at the beginning was a good experience, now it is something that doesn’t worth the price!I will stop the membership since there is no reason for me to be part of the gym anymore.
Nice gym but it takes longer to get your car from valet than to actually work out.
Excellent facility and accommodating staff. I love this gym and all of the group exercise options there are for members daily.

Extremelly packed for the price. Not enough machines, way too many people. Workers are very nice, the place is very clean. But if you plan on working out at 6pm -- might as well bring a movie with some snacks because youre gonna be waiting.Lets not even talk about the valet -- bring a second pair of keys just in case. Theyre known for misplacing your keys. They take 40 minutes to bring your car down -- not exaggerating. And, they expect a tip lmao. Ure better off ubering to the gym.

Wanted to join the gym but the front desk staff was incompetent (especially Mariana). Current members told me they have many problems with billing and double charges. Ill take my business elsewhere!
The worst customer service ever. I feel sorry for those who have to go through the subscription process. They might think they are the only gym around.
The gym is very nice and would visit more often, BUT the parking is a nightmare valet takes average 30 min to get my car every time!
Horrible experience the gym its always cold around 65 degrees too cold for a gym also they dont care about customer service people in the front desk always with attitude dont joint in this gym dont waste your money and time!!!!!! 0 stars

I think they are cheating the public with false reviews of 5 stars. The state of the club is much lower than I expected. Ive been training for years in the most luxurious gyms on the planet and this place is lacking more than a third world gym. In addition, the machinery is quite old and dirty.
