Decent gym in Westchester. It has typical youfit equipment same color and all. They have a cart you can add weight to and pull knees-over-toes or push. There is a ton of cardio equipment that mostly goes unused. Infact there is more cardio equipment here then free weights which is part of the problem here. But its located in a good shopping center with several gas stations close

Great gym! Never too crowded, good variety in equipment and everything is well maintained. So much easier to deal with than the big box gyms, good rates and no annoying contracts.

I was trying to come here when it’s not so crowded then it’s peaceful but other than that good place

Manager is rude and unprofessional, apparently he is too frustrated at his job that he has a long face 24/7. Speaks to girls as if he owned the gym. You’re just another pawn on a big company working for a salary ain’t nobody gonna pad you in the back for being an a**. Very unprofessional. The rest of the staff is friendly, brand new equipment, gym is nice overall expect for their manager.

Horrible service cancel membership horrible customer service cancel after I been going for months with my nephew now they said that THEY drop the ball and he can no longer come without his parent which make no sense seeing that we been going for months horrible attitude from manager after telling her I wanted to cancel she lead me to the side and had somebody else deal with me canceling the membership and walk into her office Like it was nothing to her and her company that’s not how you treat customer I am glad that I cancel after leaning this now they lost a customer for something that never was told to me since I started in the gym hope they find more professional people to work in establishment especially after having to pay 10 dollars to cancel and still have to pay this month this is disappointing and very upsetting

Very bad communication. And terrible service calling is for pleasure or case they do not help you at all. I am very upset with them. I never received a notification that they were open and still they charged me and now I called and not even called 3 times they hung up on me and then they called they laughed thinking that they had me silent and that I did not understand what they said lack of respect I know very little to what are they worth giving They dont have any customer support
