Lack of communication

They take my aircraft AOG parts from incoming flights before I get a chance to grab them. They also miss place them so I have to call the airlines operation control to cancel the morning flights because the parts are lost. Because the parts were NOT changed out during the overnight maintenance checks.

Great customer service, the team helped me get my pup from the flight and delivered it swiftly.

From my experience with other handling company’s Swissport is definitely the best.

Pick up for truck drivers is terrible, theres no guide to whos next or what to do or where to sign in to get service from clerk, and they see you standing there with a lost face and they dont ask if you need help
