Confident experience with Sherry at Fidelity Auto Shipping. Patient explaining what to look for and what to avoid. I originally when with a cheap shipper and got the run-around. With Sherry and Fidelity they were priced reasonable and delivered a reliable transport (GalTex) scheduled on time and super reliable. My precious autos were shipped on schedule and with no damage / issues. I will definitely work with Sherry in the future.
The booking agent who assisted me was lovely first time I used them so I thought why not again, however I was not able to ship the vehicle due to issues on my end and had to cancel the shipment. No driver had yet been scheduled and I requested a refund two weeks ago. Per their refund policy, they keep a percentage which I was aware of and proceeded with a written request. I have called multiple times and have been assured the refund is coming, however here I am still waiting on thousands of dollars for a refund of services never rendered. Extremely poor service on their end regarding customer issues. They wanted their money immediately and in wire transfer which conveniently cannot be mediated like a credit card charge. Just want what is owed to me returned. I would recommend finding another company for your shipping needs.
Fidelity Auto Transport treated me right. My representative, Priscilla, was professional, courteous and honest with the pricing. The best part about working with her was the good communication and they did not lowball me on a price to try to hook me and then shoot me a final price that was higher once I said let’s move forward, like a competitor tried. I knew from the start with Fidelity what the transportation was going to cost and I appreciated that.

If there was a 0 option Id do that.Communication is down-right pathetic.Absolutely no support once they have your money.Transported my car from Detroit Area to the Dallas Area.I was going to drop my car off at the yard provided by the company. Except that the yard manager called me to tell me that they are closing in 15 mins (when i was about 2 hours away). No one from Fidelity ever bothered to pick up the phone and find alternatives. I was left on my own to deal with the actual transport company on alternative options.Even after reporting this, Keren/David have had no return communication to follow up.I guess this is what you get when you deal with the broker who owns nothing but the phone line (which is off over the weekends).The actual transport company was a breeze to deal with - fortunately. Alex and Chris from Reliable auto Transport were absolute charm to deal with. I will post my full review on their page. Deal with them directly, save yourself a lot of time and tension and may be the broker commission.
Had our SUV shipped from Canada to the US. Kim was very efficient and delightful to work with. Jeff did the pick up and the delivery and was very competent, kept us informed and updated on the journey. I would highly recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you Fidelity! Great job.
One of the worst people to go with, i agree with most of the people here, these guys are careless and very irresponsible when it comes to customer needs and urgency, I didnt read the reviews I felt its not true but as im going through that rough journey with these guys I believe it now, I paid my money a month and half ago to transport from canada to usa till now there is no response about my pickup and no one answer the phone call and no one even responds to emails, worst customer service ever.Dont waste your time by going with these guysThese guys promised me that they will ship my vehicle and bike separately and charged me 4500 USD and at the end you hauled my motorcycle on top of my truck and got it to MT, when they picked up my truck and bike my truck was driven over 100 miles and when I asked about it no response, now they are charging me for the import fee that is 3700 $ which they havent mentioned any thing about, I tried calling so many times to office no response, no response to emails.My motorcycle is over 450 Kgs and its been hauled on the truck since more than 7 days and my shocks for truck are gone for which you guys dont have any response,They never provided me any custom clearance documents as I need to register my car in USA.What you promised is different from what you are delivering, no response to speak to superiors, not even an apology from any of the team members, Stop hiding the truth and dont cover the facts in the reviews, if you want to sort this out please call me and im waiting since 4 days for calls and email responses.I want people to know the facts so Im writing this lengthy comment about the abuse you guys are doing with my case .The damages happened to my Vehicle are attached ..
Dealt with Eddie he is a good man who was true to his words in delivering my Vehicle promptly, he knows the ins and outs perfectly of the import/ export process, i had another carrier tell me they couldnt import my vehicle but Eddie got the job done in quick fashion with no hidden fees or bs charges..i would not hesitate to use this company again 👍
Beware of these cross-border car theives!They gave me a quote of $1995 all-in to transport my car from Pittsburgh to Toronto. I agreed and signed the quote. Once they picked up the car, they told me the fee was now more than doubled to $4,313.58. I protested and they threatened to put a lien on my car, stashed it and tried to seize it!They are crooks! Do not let them do to you what they tried to do to me. Beware!

I contracted Fidelity Auto shipping company to ship my car from Ontario Canada to GA, US in early Feb, 2021. My car was picked up on Saturday and delivered to my US destination in 4 days in perfect condition.After I signed my contract with Fidelity on Feb 3, 2021, I was quite worried to see some very negative reviews online. I even checked the business bureau to ensure Fidelity was not a scam company. Therefore I was totally shocked and pleasant surprised to see my car delivered in perfect condition within such a short time.I would like to share my good experience with people and give my gratitude to my sale representative Dave Medina and the documentation ladies Kim and Barbara. Dave followed up with me closely since my inquiry in Dec 2020 until I signed the contract in Feb, 2021. Prior to signing the contract and afterwards, I talked to Kim and Barbara of documentation department and I have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The Canadian driver picking up my car is named Tom and he was super nice and responsible. To my apology, he even waited for me in his mega truck with his young son for a long time as they could not reach me on my mobile phone on the pick up day. My sincere thanks to those who helped us.

Car was delivered super fast! Im really impressed with the speed (car was picked up in Ontario on Saturday and arrived in Georgia by Thursday morning). The entire procedure was very professional and efficient.The delivery driver called the day ahead to let me know the estimated time of delivery the next day. He and the people who shipped the car were very friendly and the entire process went incredibly smoothly.

WORST COMPANY TO USE FOR AUTO SHIPPING!!!Took four weeks to transport my car and when it arrived the catalytic converter was cut out. No accountability, no recourse. Multiple phone calls asking for the drivers number and where the car was, only to get the runaround. Then they stopped answering the phone and never called back.

I had to book for my car to be taken back to Canada because my school closed and I was so worried that something was going to happen to my car. I talked with and Priscilla and they were able to calm my nerves by updating me the whole time and explaining that another team would take over once it was in Canada. It took about 2 to three weeks for my car to get to me, the two ladies in documentation were able to explain the rest of the process and the time frame. I was so happy when my car got to me, they kept it safe and made sure to keep me updated. I will defiantly be using them again when my school opens.

To Potential Fidelity Clients,Raquel and Kim saved my sanity when I last minute, decided to drive my mother’s car across the Canadian border on a long drive from California. My Mother had just died from cancer and I was tending to her before she passed. Bereavement and lack of sleep made my memory and ability to follow instructions very poor and I made multiple mistakes in submitting information to them. To make matters worse, I had no pink slip! They virtually held my hand through the entire process and brilliantly strategized a plan that worked. They are incredibly knowledgeable and know every option and the different scenarios and costs involved. If you are a first time user of a company like this and have no clue on the paperwork needed, relax-- they know it all. They even knew the best port of entry that would likely let me in without having to get stuck on the border (again, I had no pink slip!). Fidelity literally spent hours on my account. IF THEY’D DO THAT FOR A ONE-TIME CLIENT LIKE ME, THEY’D CERTAINLY GIVE EQUALLY AMAZING SERVICE TO SOMEONE LIKE YOU.

We are trying to ship a vehicle across Canada and we’re told in early December no issues in shipping week of December 14-18... fully charged credit card... car is still waiting to be picked up as of December 29... no one answers the phone or reply’s to email. Complete joke. Only conversation we have had with Joseph claims weather problems, which is laughable. Not a word from dispatch. Absolutely no accountability. Company will never assign a driver to pick up the car and proceed with your order. Prepare to hear excuses of all kind. Four times I had someone stay home expecting a driver supposedly scheduled to show up and they never showed up.After you make your full payment, 99% of the time when you try to call the receptionist you will be redirected and sent to voicemail.Today I requested a full refund and will be hiring someone that is reliable.Highly recommend you avoid this place.
The negative reviews here reflect our experience. Staff were polite in calls but complete misrepresentations of timelines were given. We asked for an estimate in early Oct 2020 and were told “6-8 weeks” to ship our vehicle to Hawaii. Once they received payment Oct 23 with documents submitted within the week, they initiated no further communication. Repeated calls and emails were ignored while a few others received responses days later. Delays continued throughout Nov & Dec while we continued to incur costs on rental cars. There were always excuses. More promises were made and broken. When we finally went to get our vehicle in mid Jan 2021, the shipper Matson had not received their payment we had made to Fidelity. We had to pay them to release the vehicle. We’re still trying to get that money back. Not sure how they stay in business with so many options out there. Never again.Update Feb 18, 2021 - Despite Fidelitys owner Eddies mischaracterizations of events (his response below), we submitted full documentation within 4 business days of signing the contract. Fidelity only notified us three weeks later that they didnt have what they needed. They now are refusing to repay the $1,750.75 we had to pay Matson on top of the fees we paid Fidelity and are now having to take this to the authorities as theft. Stay away!
I have damages upon receipt of my car, I have a dodge grand caravan, so they must have put it on the lower level, that explained the antenna being bent, the roof rack broken.. I questioned the delivery guy about the scratches he said it was already there?? My car is brand new, purchased in June 2020 and I used it until August.. I have the receipt and the photos indicating the roof rack being damaged during transportation. I have contacted Fidelity Auto Shipping who refer me to their partner with the insurance certificate that is no longer valid. Their partner refused to help and refer me to my own insurance. They ghosted me since then.. Im taking this to better business bureau because they are throwing the ball. Be prepared to repair your own car if you have damages. I paid 1700$ to Fidelity Auto Shipping to ship from Montreal to West Palm Beach and the replacement of the roof rack is 518usd, the antenna is 56 usd the painting is 500usd and the labor is 175usd per hour and Fidelity Auto Shipping refuse to repair my car and sent me to the insurance of the driver that has expired.Part2Reply to Fidelity autoshipping: The car was delivered a few days late because the carrier didnt have drivers.. I have called you immediately I have the proof the phone records several time since I received my car on the 28 of December 2020. Its either you will phone me back or the voice mail. The 5th of January was not the first time that I tried to reach out to you.. one of your agent even told me to contact my own insurance company and thats what I did. I even opened a case and I have proofs.When you gave me the insurance paper I even called the number on the insurance paper work on the 5th of January and they said its expired years ago..I immediately phone you right back, and I left several messages. I didnt wait a month to contact you. I have called several times and I waited a month to write to you because its not possible to fix the problem by phone, one of your agent said Kim was supposed to take care of the claim. You definitely deserve a bad review and I will never do business with your company in the future! Stop running away from your responsibilities. The way you fix damages for your clients is very unprofessional. You promise to take care of the claim and made me wait and now you are blaming me to take too long to contact you? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! We had to fly from Savannah to Blaine Washington to retrieve our car they held hostage. They moved the car from Richmond, BC across the boarder to Blaine, Washington. It sat for weeks in Blaine and we asked why has it not on the way. They just gave excuses after excuse. They refunded all our money because they said something went wrong with the credit card. Nope it’s because my father threatened to get our attorney involved. They said it’s because it was not my credit card but that’s not true. I did pay them with my own credit card with my name on it.They just wanted to get paid buy bank wire. They said they were scared we would receive the car and cancel the credit card transaction because that happen to them before. Wonder why!!! We finally just paid them $1700.00 and I flew to Settle to pick the car up. They would not tell us the location until the wire went through. I had until Monday to get the car. I showed up three days early and the storage place charged me $120.00. The deal with Fidelity in writing was I had until Monday then I would be charged for the extra days. These people are unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the state and federal transportation with all the evidence. They should not be allowed to hold a DOT license the way they take advantage of people. Lesson learned here. You better read their contract and also read the reviews. Eddie I truly hope you get what’s coming for you. All I can say now is it feels good to have my car in my possession. I should of done allot more research on this company. Lesson learned!!!
Haveing done business with this company 2 separate times now each time has been an absolute disaster. First time my vehicle was damaged during shipment. Second time it took over 2 months to receive my vehicle due to lack of communication. Btw the first car was from 1988 with perfect paint and it took 32 years for these knuckleheads to come and ruin it. Shame shame. No resolution was offered by fidelity, they just told me to go deal with it through the contracted company which totally ghosted me.

We were needing to import cars to Canada, went through the whole Riv.ca process but totally forgot the American customs export side and that they require a 72 hour notice. Fidelity service rep Kim C was able to file all our paper work and get me the ITN numbers. Even went so far as to take this home with her on a Friday night to finish it to make sure the information was submitted to US Customs on time. Kim C answered every call and dumb question I had about filling out the initial paperwork and was absolutely great to deal with!!! When we got to the border everything checked out and went absolutely smoothly!!
Very courteous, thorough, comprehensive, and helpful. Fidelity made the export and import of our vehicle a completely stress-free process. They completed and submitted all the necessary paperwork and kept us up to date on the location, status and expected delivery time of our vehicle at each location in the export/Import process. Our American car was already in Canada when when we decided to import it but the law required the car to be in the United States for 72 hours prior to import into Canada. Fidelity provided us with an all inclusive solution. They picked up our car, shipped it to the U.S., stored it and after 72 hours, began the exportation process, shipped/exported it through American Customs then imported it at the Canadian Border and provided us with the paperwork needed to register the car in Canada. Fidelity really made our lives so much easier on this process. Kim at the documents centre was also exceptionally helpful, supportive, and kept us up to date regularly. We highly recommend Fidelity to anyone looking into exporting, importing or shipping their vehicle. They take care of everything and hire the right drivers.
In the month of June, I contracted this company to bring a BMW M4 from Montreal into the USA. They managed to damage my front bumper while loading the vehicle, the car was absolutely filthy when I received it. Since I was shipping in another vehicle, a pick up, they went ahead and gave me 100$ off my next shipment, yes 100$ for a BMW M4 front bumper...... I accepted reluctantly and proceeded to ship my pickup into the USA. On the second shipment they damaged the read sway links on the truck and lost my license plates....... Im not sure how these people are in business. And now I cant get a hold of anyone there.I forgot to add, that my credit card was charged at a Sauna in Michigan... Little do they know, I only used that card once, to ship these vehicles... Please avoid.
I’d give them ZERO stars if that was an option. Like MANY of the other reviews below I highly suggest you NOT use this broker/carrier. Takes them weeks and weeks to assign secondary shipping companies/drivers. They create excuses upon excuses, have horrific communication, and waste your time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
This company states that they are open 24 hours but this is not true. They are open Monday through Friday 9-5. I requested a booking on a Sunday and was first told that they do not take requests over the weekend only to be asked by another individual if my car is available over the weekend. I requested a booking one month in advance and they couldn’t find a driver. I continued to call over the weekend because I am supposed to get a 24 hour notice on a driver for Sunday or Monday and never received a call for a notice. When I called another company on Sunday, they responded quickly and booked me a driver that same day. In addition, the other company takes the booking fee of $175 and immediately gives you a driver once you pay. Fidelity takes the booking fee of $175 for themselves without booking a driver. Once you pay you will not hear back from them and will have to wait on their schedule to have a driver booked.Response to owner: If I was scheduled Monday, then when I called on Friday, this is when you should have had a confirmation for a driver. You didn’t have a confirmation on Friday for Monday, so, even with your hours of operation, you could not book me properly. In addition, the representative informed me on Friday that it wasn’t even posted yet for a driver to see. When did you expect to do this? It should have been done on Friday if that’s your hours of operation.
Horrible and incompetent service.... they added thousands of dollars after picking up the vehicles and would release it until it was paid..... still waiting for the delivery 3 weeks after they pick it up !!Edit: they (Paul) called back after reading the review and cussed us out and threatened us with more fees like storage fees for the delay caused by their incompetent service!! We have to pay thousands or more dollars for the rental car at the new place!!The most disgusting costumer service we have experienced so far!!

I needed to export a vehicle to canada and I had been running into issues with another local auto shipping company and they basically ran with my money. I spoke with Eddie with Fidelity Auto Shipping and he was able to explain the process and my vehicle was delivered today just as Eddie promised. I see the other reviews listed and I cant see why there is any negative reviews. My experience was amazing and I would never use another auto shipping company.
Used Fidelity auto shipping to transport my collector 46 Ford coupe from Ohio to Illinois. Excellent service from Odalys and shipping staff. They let me know within 24 hrs a driver was assigned with all contact and insurance info. Driver was great. Assured me car was S&S. Coupe arrived when driver said he’d be here in very good equipment. Thanks Ziggy. Would use Fidelity Auto Shipping again.

Unfortunately, this company missed the mark with my auto transport needs. I explained that I needed my vehicle picked up by the 6th or 7th of July. Instead they put in that my earliest dates for pickup were the 6th or 7th of July. I kept getting group/automated emails explaining that they were looking for a carrier. I called because I was concerned about my vehicle not being picked up timely and was told not to worry and they dont find carriers until about two days beforehand and most loads go out/picked up on Monday and Tuesday which was the 6th and the 7th. I even asked if it was going to be an issue finding a carrier due to the holiday and was told no, it shouldnt be a problem. The sixth comes and still no carrier. I call in a panic on the 7th to see if someone was coming to pick up my vehicle. I was told that it would be an extra fifty dollars for someone to come that day because it was a rush job now. Mind you, I put in the order and paid my deposit on the 24th of June. The dispatcher asked if I could leave my keys with someone and they could pick it up on the 8th. I said no and I have an 8 am flight. Long story short, I had to change my flight and be behind schedule because...i dont know what the problem was. As mentioned before, I was asked to pay an extra fifty dollars for a rush job and I was able to work with the manager to get that taken off because my car was not picked up on the day needed so there was no reason for me to pay any extra money. When using this company be sure to emphasize over and over what you need and dont let them tell you not to worry.
Everyone I worked with to help me get my car from Toronto Canada to California, was so kind, great at their job, explained to me things multiple times, went above and beyond for customer satisfaction, and acted with the utmost integrity. Specifically Eddie, Kim and Medina. I could not reccomend them more. I’ve used other services before who I was just a number to and charged me beyond an arm and a leg. Fidelity has fair prices and they are experts at what they do. I really cannot day enough good things about the service, it was essentially hand-holding and my car got here waaaay faster then I expected. Use them!!!
This company sucks! Never will try to get there services again! Our truck was delayed almost 2 months now. Paid in full and still they can’t give me a definite answer when they can deliver! We are willing to pick it up and get money back but they won’t allow us! We are totally disappointed!!!! Don’t even try’!
Fidelity brought our car back to Canada, aswe did not return to get it due to covid-19.We are so grateful to Kim and staff and want to thank them for their service during thisdifficult time. Great job!
I moved my car from Michigan to Maryland. Be ready for last min rate change and I was asked to pay $50 extra on the day of pick up. I received my car a day later than the promised date due to their technical issue. However, their overall service charge is reasonable.
Contacted Multiple companies To bring My Vehicle back from Canada to US. Some of them said after boarder restriction is over some said 4 weeks. And some asked me million questions. Gave up hope but Googled again and find Fidelity and requested them a quote. Next Day Got a call from Odalys who was extremely knowledgable and knew what she is doing. She sent me paper work and and singed up within 10 min of talking with her.Next step Was Kim who handled my transfer and requested Documents and helped me fill some forms.She picks the phone on first ring. I requested a quote last thursday and guess what I have My truck Delivered Today In One week at door step. Delivery Guys were very professional. There might be companies offering a cheaper quote but I would not waste time in emails and questions. Instead take Fidelity help and they will get Job Done.

Do Not use this Company...their web advertising states your auto is fully insured...it is NOT...they contracted with Lastre Auto who seriously damaged my car...Lastre has a $2500 deductible...Fidelity said I had to collect the deductible from Laster Auto shipping...Lastre will not return emails or phone calls and Fidelity will not assist or pay the deductible...I am out $2500...these companies are not reputable...they will not take care of you or your car...Dont them!

I used Fidelity for an enclosed shipment from Ontario, Canada to Florida. They gave me a fair price and updated me through every step. Car arrived sooner then expected and we had no issues.
These people are my people! They were great! Very friendly and professional, Im not sure why some people would say theyre scammers. We ran into some problem during the transportation. I was shipping my car from Canada to USA...they did everything they could to help get my car over. They even accommodate an additional fee cause of the situation that I was in.I was working with Kim from the financial side. She was amazing! And her manager! Long story short..there were some bumpy ride during this whole process, but I eventually got my car and I was very happy. They made it so much less stressful for me! I didnt have to worry about a thing.I would definitely hire them again! Totally would recommend this company!
Corrupt, Rude, Unethical, Crooks!!! STAY AWAY!!!I tried to cancel after an extremely poor customer experience in working with Fidelity Auto Shipping dispatcher & operations team. When asking about their cancellation policy they informed me as long as I cancelled before dispatch sent I could cancel, however, the booking agent needed to confirm & would get back to me. Seconds later I received confirmation text my car was being dispatched for pickup. This was all before I had turned in all the REQUIRED documents to transport the car across the border.After escalating, they put me in touch with a fast-talking, deflecting, unaccountable individual named Eddie (owner or manager) who tried to spin the situation blaming SDM Transport, the 3rd party trucking company outsourced for the poor customer experience.Fidelity also over charged me by $300 from the agreed upon rate to ship my car. Eddie went on to blame the additional charges on foreign exchange from my Canadian bank.I cancelled directly with SDM’s Transport dispatch so no truck was ever sent. With all of this said, Fidelity still charged me the 20% of total invoice/$374 USD for no service received.Stay away from these guys!!!!

I booked the vehicle with them at a very good price. There was some issue with the communication. We agreed on different terms and it was not very clear. They arranged the pickup really fast and it was delivered really quick on time.There was some issue in terms of the load we can carry in the car. To be fair, there was some issue from my end as well where we overloaded the vehicle. This created rift with the driver. I was assuming they would handle it with the driver but they did not and i was left with no option.Their staff are really good and deal properly.Overall I would say their dispatching service was really good and was extremely effective in terms of picking their vehicle and delivering it on time.Be extra careful in terms of talking on the expectations and understanding the details clearly.Would recommend them for the timeliness but next time i would be careful in terms of detailing outexact details.A clear communication from both the ends would have made it really enjoyable. Still excellent for rest all aspects.

Great service and would use this company again. They werent the cheapest but were the most helpful in explaining the car shipping process which is full of companies that are not telling customers the truth about prices and the service. We need more companies like this that know what they are doing and know how to deal with customers.
I can say how disappointed by this experience. I have shipped many cars before and the lack of communication was appalling. The car was forgotten about in a yard in Michigan. The only way I got things moving was to call and call repeatedly. A trip from The southern states took 3 months to be delivered.
May 2018 was my first experience of shipping a vehicle. Fidelity was very professional dealing with a nervous 1st timer. My driver was AWESOME. His pickup was on time and the delivery was faster than I anticipated. Im planning on using Fidelity for my return across country.
Worst experience I have ever had with a company. When I called this company to deliver my sons truck I informed them that I would have the truck ready on the 31st. The salesman that I talked to asked me if I could have it ready on the 39th to which I said yes. My first available window was the 30th thru the 1st. Here it is the 4th of the month and still no word on when they will pick my truck up. They have no desire to help people. They are just in it for the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
David went up and above to get our two cars shipped out after another company dropped the ball. Even though it was 4:00 pm he made it all happen and stayed late to make sure our vehicles were scheduled.We definitely recommend Fidelity Auto Transport.
