Called CEVA in reference to a shipment which we should have received 5 days ago from DELL®. I called three time, no one answer the phone and the call fell 3 times after 20 minutes. CEVA has 0% of interest in assisting theircustomers, a total lack of professionalism.

Horrible company! I left work for my 4 hour delivery window. My delivery was a no show. After calling 3 different numbers, I finally reached a human and was told there were no drivers to delivery my shipment today. WHAT?! This was a scheduled appointment. I am not being told that I can reschedule and that my original appointment did not pop up. I will never use another company that uses this provider for shipping.

Worst experience ever! Agree with others, why would Costco use such a horrible delivery service? Took a day off work, they did not show up, nor did they call. Tracked down their phone number, received no apology, nothing, just when do you want to reschedule for? Of course its 4 hour windows, M-F, 9am to 5pm, so if you work a day job, good luck coordinating this. They rescheduled for a Tuesday. Learning my lesson, I called the Monday before to confirm the Tuesday. They had no record. See where this is going? She booked me for that Wednesday, and guess what, they came on Tuesday when I wasnt home. Cancelled the item and will order elsewhere. Pathetic.

Awful logistics company. Need a certificate of insurance for your Brickell building? It takes them 3 business days and you need to send them a sample because they don’t know how to do it. Their Houston office (HQ) is not helpful either, just do yourself the favor and avoid them at all cost. Terrible, terrible, terrible. My delivery is now delayed

Worst delivery service you can use, not even their business side. My package is late 5 days and they are not even able to pick up a phone. DELL should be ashamed of using this service. Will not buy from DELL anymore if they use this shipping company.

They failed to bring my delivery on the scheduled delivery date 3 different times. 3 times it was scheduled and they were a no show no call each time. I’m currently on hold with costumer service for over 35 minutes and counting. At this point I don’t think I am ever going to get my order. Horrible service.

I had a delivery scheduled that was cancelled because they did not pick up my freight and they wanted to reschedule almost a week later I spoke to 3 different people and they gave me different excuses. And they wouldn’t allow me to pick up my order at their warehouse because of the Covid-19 restriction which have been lifted By far they have the worst customer service I have experienced P.S. those 5 star ratings must have been maid up by there employees

Horrible customer service. They delivery man doesn’t speak English and they never give a heads up call. They just show up at your door when you are specifically told you will get a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. This place is a complete disorganized joke. Just look at the amount of people that didn’t get their package.

This is the worst delivery company ever. Please do not use them they are very incompetent. I had 2 items shipped with them from overstock. First they said I would receive it on Wednesday and then they said that that they forgot one item so I will get it on Friday. When Friday arrived I called and they said that they would have to deliver it on Monday and the only thing they said was I am very sorry, Sorry, Sorry, Sorry. They do not show that they are competent or responsible

I felt compelled to leave a review due to the horror stories I read on here about Ceva. I was really not expecting it to be so easy. The entire process was flawless, though. I received my tracking number through email which gave me access a very precise tracking system on Cevas website. I saw every place it stopped, and knew when it should be here. An automated system called my cell phone and left a message. I called back into another automated system that gave me a date option and asked if that worked for me. It did, and thats all I had to do. Not only did it show up on time, the driver called me 10 minutes before to let me know to expect him. The delivery guys offloaded my package with no fuss, very courteous and were here and gone literally within 10 or so minutes. For those wondering, since this was a COVID delivery, they had full protection as well. My shipment came from Texas and went to Miami and was then driven north 2 - 3 hours from there. Like I said, completely flawless experience.

This is hands down the worst delivery company on earth. I scheduled a delivery with them for 12/11 from 9-1. The day before I received a text confirming the delivery for the next day. On delivery day, I never get a phone call or a text. Two hours after I was supposed to receive my items I called the company where I ordered. CEVA informed the company that I refused the delivery when I was home waiting for the item. When the company told Marianna that she was on the line with me and I never refused delivery she then say she will call me to schedule my delivery because there was a glitch in their computer system.Bunch of liars, crooks, never answers the phone. I will refer them to my worst enemy

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting for my table for OVER TWO MONTHS and I finally get a delivery date in which I called Ceva and set up for Monday, August 17. I had to take the day off from work to ensure I was home to receive the delivery. No one came. No one called. I wasted my vacation time. What kills me is that I had to call them to ask what’s going on. They gave me a BS excuse and said they would reschedule. They rescheduled me for the next day but I told them since I already wasted the day before taking time off from work that I cannot do it again. The lady assured me I would be the first stop at 11 am. 11 am rolls around and of course I’m not the first stop. I call them at 11:30 and they tell me there are two stops in front of me that it’ll be about 90 minutes. I have to leave for work in 60 minutes so that won’t work out. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE.

The least accommodating shipping company ever. Told Costco directly to have Ceva call me before delivery so as to not have to stay at home throughout their 8 hour delivery window. They didnt call nor attempt to contact me blaming it on Costco. Fine. I call Ceva directly, provide all my info, tell them to call me ahead of delivery, which was a request that fell on deaf ears. Third attempt after calling again they did call 20 min prior but I wasnt able to make it home in time to sign for it and they refused to drop it off on my covered, gated, videod porch with me on the phone giving them permission. Luckily a nearby neighbor managed to sign for it. This whole process took three weeks.

Got to my appt no issues alot of room to back in to door only doors that can be a lil issues will be 1,2,3 the rest easy thank you Manuel my loader u did awesome nice talking to you, .... some are afraid to talk cus of not knowing english everything else ok..... no parking around area front street is all taken by ceva delivery trucks

I was to have a chair delivered on August 19th between 12-4pm. When it got to 4:00pm I called the number on the email confirmation and was told from the CEVA agent that they do not have any information I need to call the local CEVA office. I called three times, all of those times the phone call went unanswered. On the fourth try I reached someone and when I told her I was waiting for a delivery I was transferred to a number that told me Ceva was very busy and to try a email and then was hung up on. AT 5:10pm the driver called blaming the office for not giving him our contact information, so how did he have the phone number to contact us he was now delivering at 6:10pm. First of all the customer service is terrible, no help at all, and further more to be transferred to a voice mail that hangs up, very poor. I was also told that CEVA contracted out the delivery to a third party and they had no control, sorry, but your name is on the delivery you have responsibility to make sure the shipment is there between the hours given. I will also COSTCO this review because they use CEVA for shipment and it may prevent me from ordering other products if this is the type of service being given.

All in all, a very good job. It was delivered one day later than expected but they called me up and gave me plenty of advanced notice.

Absolutely horrible experience! If I could give them a minus 5, I would. Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They called to say they had to change the day, then didnt show up at scheduled time, lied about it, and when I asked for a supervisor, they disconnected me and wouldnt answer the phone. Dont use them or buy from companies that use them!!! Youll probably regretit, like me.

I work in SW Florida and my Dell deliveries got switched from the Orlando hub to the Miami hub. Since then, my deliveries do NOT get delivered without having to call them. These are not residential deliveries. They do not call to schedule. I have to constantly track my packages and then make multiple calls, only to get hung up on after a few rings. When I finally get through to someone, I can barely understand their broken english, only to get transferred and then disconnected. This hub/depot is horrible! I have complained repeatably to Dell to change my deliveries, but they have a contract with this carrier.

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Drivers are very rude. Frieght always gets damaged. One driver hit my car and ran. Ceva insisted that the police dont need to be involved as they would cover damages. But never covered the damages.Better off using another company.

Awful service. Would not even remove cargo from leaning on his lift gate. The worst shipping company Ive ever had the misfortune of using. In the future no distributor my company uses will be allowed to utilize CEVA. All future deliveries from CEVA will be refused. Avoid at all costs.

I worked here in 2016/17 as a general laborer. I never felt so much physical pain as after loading thousands of boxes with a clean hand for Ross in a work shift and that I have done weights all my life. The grinder for men We said the brigades comrades. Even the heavy iron mats had to be loaded by hand over other mats, while the brigade commanders played with the forklift or forklift. If the forces were weak, the chief was a Haitian who was carrying 6 years there I said If you do not feel like working stay at home I told him that he just lacked the whip. The guy did not even ask if you were okay. And after the work was finished the bosses stayed for hours to collect them. they said it themselves, thats why I know it. After two months I learned the meaning of the word break, when one who only worked that night asked me what time it was. Portable plastic toys abroad totally unhealthy. Capitalism of the 19th century.
