You want to fish on this boat! Family of 5 headed out on an overcast somewhat choppy day which was nothing for this 42 Invincible. The boat is extremely comfortable and dry. 3 kids (ages 7-14) plus Mom and Dad were excited for a Florida fishing adventure and Captain JC and crew certainly delivered!! Several tight lines on blackfin tuna, mahi, bonita and sailfish! We all had a blast and look forward to returning. We own a fishing charter business on Cape Cod and understand what its like to fish with the best...this boat is definitely the one you want to be on in Florida!

Had a great trip with JC Sarah and Brian. They all knew what they were doing and worked hard to make sure lines were out and we had every opportunity to catch fish. Just as importantly, fishing with them felt like fishing with friends as much as it did fishing with a guide, and by that I just mean they were cool people and fun to be around. We ended the day with a few blackfin in the box. We also hooked up on a couple Sails, one of which happened because JC stretched our time on the water as long as he could trying to get us on one last fish. We will absolutely be going with them again.

Amazing time with JC. They have a beautiful 42’ boat which is state of the art. The crew are pros who take all of the hard work out of fishing. It was non-stop reeling from the second we dropped first bait. Highly recommend this team!

I use them for all of my charters when I travel to the area and will recommend them hands down.I Decided to book with JC for the first time a couple of months ago while I was planning a trip in October with my parents. I had been wanting to fish with him for a while, so I figured I would Jump on booking him. Well naturally I couldn’t wait till then to go fishing so I hit him up and he just happened to have some availability August 2.As we pulled up to the marina we met JC and his lovely Fiancé Sarah. They both had Smiles on their face and welcomed us on the boat right away. I can appreciate charters that are on time and ready to roll when they say to be there. With music bumping we headed out to the open seas. I knew it was going to be a good day!We started off catching some bait and ended up with more than we needed. We dropped some Sabiki Rigs and JC showed off by throwing a net on a school of Ballyhoo. 😂 we headed out to the edge of the stream in search of mahi. As soon as we reached our destination we spotted a flock of birds diving on the water. The pursuit was on. JC and Sarah worked so well together switching places trying to chase down this school of mahi. Round and round we went. Unfortunately there was not much seaweed around and they were high tailing it. We were able to hook 1 but even leaving her in the water for a minute didn’t entice the others to stick around. We headed back inshore and drifted a wreck were we pulled in a monster Cuda. A couple more drifts and we decided to switch gears. With clear water drifting in we decided to throw up some kites. Ended up with a Bonita and a king or cuda couldn’t tell before he came flying out of the water and the hook pulled. All of a sudden Sarah starts yelling from the tower a blacked out Sail is headed through our spread. I got goosebumps and my heart rate went up . Unfortunately he kept on moving and didn’t get eyes on our baits. Such is life but it was a good little tease for my next trip with them.Overall it was a tough day out on the water but they worked tirelessly to try and put us on the fish. The passion they have for the sport of fishing and their kind personalities will keep me coming back for a life time. I am thankful for the friends I have gained and I look forward to fishing with them more. If you are looking for a top notch charter in the Miami Area no reason to look any further. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow! Amazing experience. I have chartered many times in the past (never leaving a review) and Captain CJ and Sarah are experts. Amazing boat, very patient with my son, and we caught 38 dolphin! Look no further for an experience to remember!

My husband, son and I went out with Jc and his wife Sara Fishing In October 2020.The entire experience was awesome. We caught a good amount of Mahi and they were nice size. Towards the end of the day my wife hooked a very good size sailfish.They are very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to spend the day with.The boat is super comfortable and the gear is first class.We are going back out with them in November.

Great experience / full day charter yesterday.JC and Brian were outstanding and now the bar is (really) high as we caught 4 sailfish within the first 2 hours ... and this was just the beginning of our day.Both worked tirelessly all day to keep me and my friends fishing, scoring on top of the sailfish, tuna and king mackerel....I live in the Grove and this is the best charter you can get here. 100% recommended... and I am not mentioning how amazing the boat (invincible) is !!Dont hesitate to book JC for your fishing day!

Top notch fishing experience. JC and Nick were really cool since we got to the dock. Made us feel comfortable and safe at all times, real PROS. As for the fishing.. it seemed too good to be true. We caught some bait first for the live well and as soon as all 6 rods were on the water the fish started biting. We went 2 for 2 on sails also caught 2 tunas, 2 king and 3 barracuda. Never a dull moment aboard REMIX. Highly recommend

Just went fishing with JC and team yesterday. Great day with good people. Definitely will be back. I took my 14 year old son and they went out of there way to teach him about fishing and handled it great for those of you looking to bring your kids. I’ve been out deep sea fishing plenty of time and they are by far top notch.

What a great fishing charter last week ! Jc and Sarah are the best. Very nice people that are absolutely at the top of there game. We caught nice sailfish with them that day . Had a awesome trip on the Remix! Captain JC and the crew were great and really made the day fun. They are really good at what they do and were great at explaining everything to us along the way. And most importantly they put us on the fish! We caught some sail fish, mahi mahi and a nice black fin tuna. One of the best charter boats I have ever been on and I will definitely be fishing on the Remix next time I’m in Miami. The boat is also insane, hands down nicest fishing boat I’ve been on for a charter.

I cant thank Capt. JC enough. The morning started off slow but as the sun got higher, we started catching everything we had hoped for. I mean we caught Mahi Mahi, King Fish, Cobia, and a large Baracuda and to top everything, we caught and released a beautiful Sailfish.The Captain later filleted the fish and we had Montes fry it up for us. Looking back at the pictures just reinforces what a great time we all had. I highly recommend Capt. JC and his crew any day! Ill be seeing him again. Thanks again Cap!

Great team! Amazing fishing day

We had beyond the best time with JC and Sarah! I had my young nephews (5 and 8) in town from London. JC&Sarah were amazing with the kids. I cant imagine any crew could do a better job patiently finding the fish (they really stayed at it,) encouraging me and the boys, ensuring we got some amazing sailfish action (and success) and just generally offering up a totally PERFECT DAY on the water. The boat is amazing, the equipment amazing (gotta love the kite) and if you dont have fun with these two, well, not possible....Thanks JC and Sarah!

Spent a full day on the Remix early June. From the onset everything was extremely professional. Ive done a couple of these in freshwater, and one in the gulf - but this was very different. For starters, the boat trumps about anything youll find. Its new, and it flies. I didnt realize the difference this would make until we were on the mahi.We started the day catching bait. Only about 15-30 minutes, but even catching the bait fish was a lot of fun. Some of those little guys can really bend a rod - its not like freshwater fishing thats for sure.After we baited up, we spent a lot of time looking for mahi, which was relaxing and allowed us to take in the ocean and the skyline (until it eventually disappeared). This is where the boat makes all the difference. Success fishing mahi (from my uneducated perspective based on a single day) seemed like it centered around capitalizing on the small schools of 3-5 fish when you find them. When you get on a school w/ Jay on the deck and Sarah up top scouting, its somewhat chaotic - in a good way. It was just my wife and I, so we were pulling them in about as fast as we could catch up to them. I would imagine most boats are lucky to get 1 or 2 out of a school. We consistently pulled in more than that with how they ran the boat. It makes for a lot of fun.After the mahi, around noon we headed to some structures and drifted. We put the kites out at this point which is something Ive never experienced. My wife started the afternoon off with a large tuna. I pulled in a smaller one. Then it was game time. They warned us that the sails are moving out at this time of year - so we were surprised when my wife hooked one. 35 minutes later we pulled it up on the boat for a handful of quick pictures before releasing. Her catching a 6-7 (the story we tell is already up to 8) sail has to be in her top 5 all time experiences. Part of that is because Sarah was there to talk her through it the whole time. Jay and I mostly stood back and watched, with him checking the drag every once in a while, but she pulled the thing in herself - something a lot of captains might not have been ok spectating for 35 minutes.In the end we came home with a cooler full of mahi and tuna - which Sarah and Jay bagged and packed for us. We sat at the bar 100ft from the docked boat and the restaurant cooked up some of the fresh catch for $7pp. Cant beat that.All in all it was a great day. We couldnt have asked for anything better.

From start to finish this had to have been by far the best fishing charter I have ever been on. Traveled all the way from Las Vegas Nevada to have the ultimate experience and was definitely not let down in anyway. The boat, the captain, and a very cool first mate made you feel right at home the entire time. My son and his buddy fished with JC, Sarah, and Turbo back to back days on 4/23 24 and had an amazing time!! We are avid fishermen and were looking for the top boat to fish on when we were in the area for a few days. We did our research in advance, saw the tournament success REMIX had, were confident in the boat, and optimistic that we selected the right captain and team. Man did we ever!!!! Epic day of fishing the first day landing over 9 sails, kingfish, tuna, bonita, hog fish etc. Second day the wind died but we still did great. The crew worked hard and were so happy to see us catching. Great people to spend two days offshore fishing with. JC as a captain is safe, well versed in fishing and a genuine great guy. Sarah has amzing sight fishing capabilities. She saw sails before anyone else did. They are the real deal. Turbo yup thats the correct name for him actually I think his formal name is Turbo Pelican. He was fast, energetic, committed and so much more. I know this review sounds to good to be true but it is absolutley genuine!!! You wont make a mistake booking REMIX Sportfishing and I am looking forward to getting out with them again next time we are in the area!! Center console fishing is the way to go as far as fishability around the boat, no diesel fumes, amazing manuverability. So if your concerned this boat doesnt copmpare to traditional cabined fishing boats your correct. This invincible boat is way better. Good luck and tight lines!!

Not sure where to start... nicest boat Ive ever been on... JC and Sarah were awesome.... caught a cuda... couple sails... mahi-mahi... and a 130# yellow fin tuna... just an unbelievable day of fishing we will never forget... they even stayed out fishing for us 4 hrs after charter end time to finish getting the tuna in the boat! I have been on guided and chartered fishing trips many times since I was a child. Fishing on the Remix with Capt. JC and Mrs. Sarah is a whole different level then anything I had ever experienced. From the first time stepping on the boat they make you feel welcome and comfortable! These two are the best in the bussiness and there winnings speak for them selfs along with constent bent Rods. I have fished with them twice in the last year and will be headed back for sure in the near future. Had an amazing charter experience with Capt JC and Nick. From being flexible with adjusting our schedule due to weather and ensuring we had fun, safe day at sea, to Nick teaching and guiding our novice group to land some excellent catches.Kudos again Nick and Capt JC for helping my son land his first large Wahoo....best sashimi ever.The Remix Team, with their amazingly fast, comfortable and easy to fish boat are Rockstars at what they do.

This is great sport fishing outfit operating out of the heart of Coral Gables! Our two boys (ages 7 and 13) attended two weeks of Master Angler Summer Camp with the Remix team. Naturally I had some questions around schedules, safety, comfort for the kiddos and both Captain JC and Sarah addressed these questions and concerns promptly and professionally. The boat is immaculate — 40+ foot Invincible with all the bells, whistles and comforts needed for long days on the water. And after personally meeting the crew and getting a tour of the boat and facilities, I was almost certain that the kids would have a great time at the camp. Well… the boys had a blast, so much so that the youngest wanted to do an extra week - which Sarah and JC quickly accommodated. For kids who love to fish and love being outdoors spending the time with JC and Sarah was perfect. The youngest can now throw a cast net with ease and is a lot more confident with a fishing rod in hand. The older one caught his first tuna and sailfish at camp - and both of these fish were tournament winning sizes. They both learned so much, made new friends, brought home daily fresh fish dinners and have memories that will last a lifetime. The time at camp was definitely the highlight of their Summer vacation - all thanks to the patience and angling knowledge of the Captain JC and Sarah. There are a lot of sport fishing charters in the Miami area - but not all have the patience, professionalism, communication and success of the Remix team. I’m so happy that my kids had a blast and are already looking forward to the next camp. When young kids are repeat customers, you must be doing something right. Thank you so much @Remix!

Choosing the right Captain and boat is no longer a hit or miss. From the moment of setting up the charter Capt. JC was great, we had a small window of days to go out and he kept in touch updating us on the weather and suggesting which day would work best. We also where unsure if to do a half day or a full one, spend the extra money and be out there the full day, I am glad we did. Once aboard the beautiful Remix Sportfishing Invincible the experience got even better. JC and Sarah where extremely accommodating and allowed us to be hands on and really get a true sportfishing experience. It felt like the boat was ours and not simply a day charter. On to the fishing, we spent the morning chasing Mahi and catching a bunch, enough to feed a small army. Unfortunately a really nice one got away but the challenge and pursuit where a lot of fun. Spent the afternoon kite fishing for sail and tuna, which was also tons of fun.The Remix and Capt JC are the best in the business. Can’t wait to do it again! Thank you guys!
