This is a government agency in place to assist with employment and there is no actual website. This place is the worst. Time for change. The people managing this entire program needs to be held accountable.

Horrible. Fire everybody in the front. Especially the red lady with big jawbone and the chubby lady with the dreads. Grossly unorganized. Lack of assistance and concern. I could on but I gotta go find a job

I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER AGENCY BESIDES THIS ONE. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARENT HELPFUL AT ALL. EVERYONE THERE EITHER LOOKS AGGRAVATED OR HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON IN THERE THAT HELPS EVERYBODY AND EVEN SHE LOOKS AGITATED. I REMEMBER ASKING FOR INFO ON A JOB REFERENCE AND THE LADY WORKING THERE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I HAD 3 HEADS..NOW THE WORKFORCE AGENCY IN MIAMI GARDENS IS VERY HELPFUL. COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THIS PLACE. I GIVE THIS PLACE 👎🏾👎🏾. AND WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING IT AT ALL COST.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. The front desk girl literally got up out of no where and just left. People are coming in and no one in this facility helps anyone. Its crazy to see that we all need help and these people are designated to provide a service for US citizens and they cant even do their job that they get paid for and provide helpful resources to individuals with need, or who dont know any better. Its a shame that the individuals that work in this particular center are so unprofessional and have a chip on their shoulder. The center in 208 and south Dixie is by far the most helpful center its a lot smaller and everyone lends a helping hand to one another the way a community should. They Should close down the northside center and leave these people without jobs so they can see what its like to have the shoe on the other foot!

This place needs to be shut the hell down,like asap because these people that are employed here are very rude,unprofessional,and ghetto as hell.Its not the customers,its the dam employees that CareerSource hire to work for them and they are too rude and unprofessional and ghetto as all out doors.How can this agency possibly be an employment agency but they themselves lack professionalism and leadership??This place been like this for years every since I had my first child and was on welfare.Its a disgrace.Everytime I come to this place my blood pressure goes up,and their very unorganized and be careful that you dont become discriminated as being a Black African American.

Has many shops to explore, can find pretty much anything your heart needs. Has some bad parts but decent place

Very poor customer service skills. i called to just get the address, said thank you, and the woman just hung up on me with an mmhmm. who would seek help from a person like that?

Everytime I visit the center, I feel like im getting the run-around. The workers look agitated most of the time and it doesnt make me feel as though I can come to them for assistance with my situation. The saddest part is that this is the closest and easiest location to get to in my area smh.I wonder if theyll shut down that building eventually, or replace the entire staff with a more helpful team of workers.

I have been coming here for years and it is always a wait. Even when I have an appointment, it is a long wait time like a hour. Sometimes people have an attitude and other times its frustrating. I know that I should be grateful for having these benefits but it seems more like a struggle with this place.

This experience is not for a walk in To this facility, but a phone call.One afternoon I called northside one stop carer center and when the operator answered before I could finish the reason for my call I was immediately interrupted with please hold....completely RUDE!!!!!!

The worst customer service I ever seen.Very unprofessional staff, walking around, staff carrying conversations as it was a non working day. People standing waiting to be serve. Only a handful of staff working. This is the worst career center I ever been
