Running a business comes with many rewards and CHALLENGES and one of the challenges is having reliable employees all the time...when in NEED for temporary extra help, Labor Finders of Miami is the only company we go for help. My loyalty to them is based on how hard they always try to truly help. Grace, Carlos and Andres are such laid back, professional people who truly are not only good people they have such a great sense of humor!!! There are days when you know you will be short staffed and I highly recommend you give Labor Finders of Miami a call for one they will find the best possible help and 2) they really care about their candidates and their clients a combination that is rare in their industry! Give them a shot, you wont regret it!

I have worked for this company for three years now. The staff are professional and friendly. Grace is the light of the office, great Manager. This company has made great strides in hearing their employees comments and concerns. They’ve made changes to their management staff which has greatly impacted their employees morale! Labor finders is a great place to work. Most of the companies you’re matched with offer consistent work so you’ll never have to worry about income and how to survive. I would definitely recommend them. They even offer OSHA training!

Called Carlos to request 2 day laborer for event set up, said he would email confirmation that day- NOTHING so i called and left message- NOTHING.Called the next day (event day) and was told we were all set, but he would call to confirm. Guess what?!??! NOTHING & NO SHOW!Most unprofessional and really should not be in business

This is a really good company I worked for them for over a year and they were able to help me find a good permanent job with a great company. Everything that I have accomplished until now I have Labor Finders to thanks, that was my fresh start!

Back in 2014-15 Carlos had a little communication problem and couldnt talk to no one at all and Ive had a few run ins with him. How u tell someone to do a job THEY DO IT THEN WHEN THE days bout done its not done right. But u said do it this way? Maybe its different now. I hope if n sign up again he doesnt play with my money. I rather work with Grace rather than carlos

Worst labor agency I’ve come across. Poor customer service and communication skills by the staff, who also treat laborers terribly. They will send you out on an assignment often more than 10 miles away. There’s a better labor agency in town called ‘Trojan Labor’ with better work assignments & much more respect for employees.

I have been working for this company for about 4 months now. They are fair, friendly, and clean. Compared to other labor companies i have gone to. The important thing is to be patient when you come. Expect the wait to be about 30-45min.

This place is terrible, they dont vet their candidates before hand. We hired a CDL class A driver with labor finders, within two weeks the driver Robert crashed the truck and left the scene because he had four outstanding warrants from Ohio. When the police showed up, they arrested him for the warrants and left his with a heavily damaged truck. They now keep calling about a previous invoice, are you kidding me?!? You sent me a driver who had a suspended license and warrants out for his arrest! Not only did you not research the candidate, but didnt even had the capacity of checking his license. I highly recommend you dont do any business with them. Also labor finders, stop calling me. If youd like to go to court, we have plenty of ammunition and will collect what we owe for the damages too our truck. You are reckless and a irresponsible company.

Good people good opportunities

Awful. Was not customer friendly. Was not eligible to get a temporary job for no reason. Was to another job agency and got a job QUICK.
