Im very pleased with EmpHire, they always have the best temp jobs and communication with employees are A1. EmpHire tried to accommodate every and work with our daily life schedules. Knowing whats available at the top of the week is what they strive for. Working with EmpHire has been one of the best experiences ever. I’ve never had any issues with EmpHire. The pay will vary n most people that complain about the pay are ungrateful people. The pay varies from job to job n not everyone is a fit for these types of events. You have to come in w an open mind and flexibility. I’ve gotten nothing but acceptable pay and really fun upscale events. They do staff for the best upscale events. Keep a positive attitude and you’ll get further than most of these negative reviews. The staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. I love them!

I’ve been working with EmpHire since September and have been placed in amazing events! The staff are very caring and professional. I have worked tipped and non-tipped events (which obviously I prefer working the tipped events) and I honestly cannot complain about the outcome $$$. If you are looking for a consistent paycheck though this gig is not for you! They usually reach out every couple of weeks with event opportunities.

I have worked for EmpHire for 3 events and 1 temp job - An art show, one major sports event, one completely sold out concert, and a temp labor job. Lenni, Jose, and Roxanne are great. Just last night during the concert, the stadium wanted to pull our staffing (meaning they didnt need us) and Roxanne stayed there with us and made absolutely sure we were placed at the spots we needed. Left with $250+ in tips plus the $10/hr to be there (9 hours).By being consistent and hard working, I have made over $1,500 in the last 5 weeks with them part time.

Even if you make an excellent job you are not sure if they will call you again. The salary is poor for a staffing. Usually $10/h. They hire hundreds of new people every year. They over staff events and dont care if you are qualified for a position. Yes, you are only a number.

Ive been working part-time with EmpHire for over a year and I can say that this is truly a great company to be employed with. The flexibility and availability of jobs throughout the year is very conducive to my full-time work schedule. I must also mention the staff. Lenni, is very responsive always sending emails about opportunities available.I strongly suggest this company to anyone looking for employment for several opportunities and personal relationships have come forth from working with them.

They are super disorganized, I would not recommend working with them because they do not even know if they are going to give you the job or not, they hire too many people to work and then if you do not achieve they send you home without caring about anything. Really in very bad taste the experience of working with them very carefully
