The dentist is not my favorite place to visit. The staff, however, made me feel so safe. Everyone was so nice and Janet was awesome! She did such an excellent job cleaning my teeth! She answered all of my questions and I was so happy to know that I was taken care of. On my last visit during the pandemic, I had an emergency and needed to see the dentist right away. This office was one of the ones opened by me. Dr. Menéndez was kind enough to to take me in as a new patient and check out my problem. He fixed my issue and later that night he called to check how I was doing. I haven’t had a dentist ever do that before. You can definitely tell he cares for his patients. I instantly switched dentists! I can’t wait for my next visit!

We are treated like family every time we go. My husband and I, plus our three kids attend every 6 months and the kids are always so excited go. It attests to their work and their quality of attention to their patients. Amazing staff and excellent dental care.

First time being seen here- absolutely wonderful experience! The ladies at the front were friendly and efficient. The oral hygienist knew I was nervous (I don’t like the dentist) and was extra gentle and kind. The dentist explained everything in detail and was thorough. The financial consultant explained everything very well, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Best dentist’s office I’ve been to in a long time! Highly recommended!

Simply the best! It’s always in and out! No crazy wait time. My husband and children as well are treated here and it’s always a wonderful experience. Today, I went in for my cleaning and had to bring my two younger girls and they were so understanding and entertained my girls so I was able to get my cleaning done! They are just absolutely wonderful! If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Painless most smooth dental procedure Ive ever had. Not only the staff was couretous and nice, but their expertise allowed them to perform my treatment without pain. Incredibly friendly office. I always get nervous when going to medical offices. Im someone that gets anxious and suddenly Im cold and sweating. They always offer a blanket (if I forget my sweater) and try to put me at ease. This is one office that I have repeatedly gone back to knowing the job will be done neatly and efficiently. Now during Covid they are being extremely careful and I felt safe with their new preventative measures.

So I am one of those that dont particularly like visiting the dentist. I prolong it until I have no other recourse. My father has been going to Menendez Dental for quite some time. He knew my trepidation about going to the dentist and set up an appointment . On the day of my appointment, I walked into a friendly welcoming environment beginning with the front desk, the dental assistants and Dr. Menendez and his wife:) Janet, the Hygienist has the utmost delicate touch. My deep cleaning felt effortless. She was amazing. In addition, Dr. Menendez took care of some cavities and a root canal. He quickly put me at ease, explaining the procedure and what to expect. Going to the dentist nowadays doesn’t need to be painful if you chose the right one.I feel like a new person after my visit to Menendez Dental yesterday. Not only the quality is the best (they have new and high technology useful for a better diagnose of your teeth problems...even technology I haven’t seen in Germany before, where I live), but also good service and nice atmosphere. People working there are not only high qualified but they are also nice persons.I had problems and pain for a while and visited other dentists before in Germany and Colombia, but my problem was finally solved after my visit here.I’m happy with this dentist and I can highly recommend them.
