Best dentist in Miami. As soon as you walk in you will an office that is cleaner than any office you have ever seen. This is the first example that you’re dealing with a dentist who is meticulous. His staff is great and well trained and every visit is a positive experience.

I have been going to Doctor Fonsecas practice for years. Since he had a practice on NW 7st. This time I went to the Brickell office. It is a state of the art and immaculately clean operation. Claudia his assistant made sure all the COVID-19 protocols were followed. I got screened as soon as I entered the office. I was given hand sanitizer for my hands and seated immediately. I never have to wait for the Doctor, he is always ready to go. The procedure I went for was painless and everything was explained to me before hand. All the equipment used was opened in front of me from sterile packages. I work as an Infection Preventionist Nurse and I am well aware of the complications that can arise from not following proper protocol. In the times that I have been treated by Doctor Fonseca he has always been the utmost professional. This applies to his office staff also. If you are looking for professional dentist work, I highly recommend doctor Fonseca.

Buyer beware with this guy--its one creepy, old dentist running a fraud. The way he looked at and spoke with a woman who walked in as I was leaving made me super uncomfortable--I would never send my wife or daughter to this place. And he charged me an out of pocket, uninsured rate, which my insurance only covered half of, so I got stuck almost $200 for a basic cleaning that should be fully covered by insurance. Also, the whole time I was in the seat he was giving sales pitches for random dental hygiene products; he tried to sell me a $40 bottle of mouthwash telling me its only available by prescription, when its on Amazon for $8. He told me I needed a filling replaced when the last two dentists Ive seen said it was fine. Only go here if you want to be fleeced, over-treated, and creeped out.

There are so many great things that I would like to say to Dr. Fonseca and his entire team at this office!! Ive had several appointments here and have had very pleasant experiences at each one. Dr. Fonseca is a very honest doctor (something that is not too common nowadays) and makes it very clear that patient satisfaction is his top priority. The office is always sparkling clean and the environment is very comfortable. Ive gotten exams, cleanings and, most recently, got my teeth professionally whitened at this office. I am very satisfied with my results and look forward to bringing my friends and family here to see and experience for themselves. Thank you, Dr. Fonseca and staff!

I had a dental emergency and on a Saturday morning, they were the ONLY office out of maybe 15 I called that answered, they got me in within the hour and the dentist was so knowledgeable and kind. He spotted what was causing my excruciating pain right away (my wisdom tooth) and removed it on the spot. I am very grateful and found my new dentist!

Oh wow this place is amazing!!! They don’t make you sit around and wait for hours before your appointment, they will use numbing cream on your gums if you are sensitive, the chairs massage your back during the cleaning, they are super fast super efficient. I can’t say enough!

Great people, very informative and outstanding service. Dr. Fonseca was very helpful and made sure I was well informed before he went on with the procedure. In fact, It almost seemed painless and before I knew it he was finished, I’d recommend this place every single time. 👍🏼

My first time going to see Dr. Fonseca. I had some gum pain and he told me what was wrong and provided me with guidance on how to improve the healing process. I amMuch better now. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean and organized. I will definitively come back here.

Dentist is nice, and facility is nice/spotless. However they clearly dont run benefits to give patients accurate information. They said they take my insurance, but did not let me know they are not in network when i made the appointment. When I showed up she ran the benefits, and gave me the price since im out of network. I went ahead with it, since it was a simple exam and cleaning out of convenience, and then my credit card was charged 3x more a week later. Instead of billing a routine exam, i was billed for a comprehensive exam, even tho no xrays were performed. I asked for dentist to look into it, but have not heard back.

As a healthcare professional I understand and appreciated the efforts that Dr. Fonseca takes to provide a safe environment for his patients. His office is high tech and immaculate! Also, his staff was courteous and knowledgeable to all questions that I asked during my cleaning and dental exam. His office is a rare gem to find in the Brickell area. I shall return as soon as my next exam and cleaning is due!

Ive been seeing Dr. Fonseca at My Dentist in Miami for over 12 years and Ive never had anything but great, professional service. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and had repair work done on chipped teeth and the results are outstanding - I am extremely happy with how everything came out. Dr. Fonseca and his staff go out of their way to make sure I am completely happy every time I leave. I would highly recommend them!

These people are rude! They called me earlier to ask me to change my 430 appointment to 3pm and i couldnt make it so they called back and asked if I could make it and i told them i couldnt make it and keep my regular appointment. I showed up at 4:11 and the dentist was at the door and rudely told me he could not service me. Its pouring rain in miami at the moment and he couldn’t even show any common courtesy that we are all in this pandemic doing the best we can to support small businessess and this is the thanks we get. STAY AWAY!

I recently visited Brickell location of dentist Pablo Fonseca for semi-annual teeth cleaning and I was stunned by their brand-new office and high-quality equipment. My experience was very positive and doctor Fonseca spent a good amount of time examining my teeth after the cleaning procedure. He’s very passionate about his work and also informed me he’s personally answering emergency phone calls at home even in the middle of the night. I will be back!
