Booking process with Angel and Julia was top notch. Our captain Alain was great - super safe and super nice! Only problem we should have gone for longer so we could do to sandbar! Next time

Had so much fun! Captain Monica was great :)She took us to a store where we could buy drinks and snacks and then took us to this cool little island! Both her and her “crew member” were very pleasant to be around. Big boat, there were around 12 of us and we got to dance on it, great speakers as well!

Amazing experience. We had a problem with the previous boat people we rented from and Boat Pro Rental came through last minute for us and got us a really nice boat and provided us with great service, fun and an amazing time!! Will definitely rent with them again.

0/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! My Girls and I were on a vacation for my Birthday and decided to rent a boat for a few hours. We came across Boat Rental Pros and decided to see what they had to offer. Initially Julia, the receptionist I suppose, was pleasant and engaging- so based off of her energy alone and the seemingly affordable pricing, we decided to book with them. I specifically asked about what was included in the booking fee and Julia explained that ice and water would provided. I also asked about charging ports for our devices and was told that there were working ones on the boat. Upon chartering the boat, we quickly found that there was no water nor ice, a toilet was available but said to be “out of order”, and the charging ports did not work. To add insult to injury, there were obvious mechanical issues with the boat that didn’t allow the Captain to pick up speed and the Bluetooth speaker did not work for our music. When I texted Julia about these things, there was no accountability nor was there any accommodations made to make up for such a horrible experience; and after the charter, the office was closed- so I was forced to leave Miami without speaking to anyone about this matter. I would not recommend you use them especially if you’re African American- it just felt like we were given a boat that had known issues. The Captain George and his First Mate Lea were amazing- but expressed several times that they had never used that boat before; despite Julia’s response to me that “we use the boat everyday”. There’s another company doors down from them- I’d recommend anyone to go there over Boat Rental Pros!

Had a bad experience because Angel and Guilia don’t want to compensate or refund me an hours worth of time on a yacht. We booked 6 hrs on the boat with the reservation starting at 12:00pm. The captain arrived 30 mins late (12:30pm) and had us back in the bay to get off the boat at 5:30pm. Not to mentioned they promised floating toys (some people in my party cannot swim) and they failed to provide them.Called them to try and work this out but they just blocked my number. I even asked for an hour or 2 on a jet ski to “reimburse” me for the issue but they just hung up. yacht/hr => $600 whereas a jetski/hr

I had such a good experience here! The workers are very nice and we enjoyed an amazing day on their Neptune 60 yacht. We anchored at a sandbar and all jumped off the boat. It was something i’ll never forget.

I rented a 45’ boat through Angel last weekend with my group of 10 friends. We had an awesome time and extended while we were on it. JB was a great captain who knew where to take us and fluent in English which was super helpful. They had cups, ice and water, and the boat was in great condition. Will definitely rent again while I’m in Miami!

Stay away from this company!!! The most negligent and unsafe company I have ever rented a jet ski from. We had such a bad experience, the staff is not trained, they have no protocols and obviously they have ZERO care for safety. The jet ski was beeping that it needed gas since it was given to us, and we were told to ignore it. We come back after our hour of rental and the boat that was suppose to take us back to the marina was GONE! We got on the jet ski with one of their staff, the jet ski shuts down halfway to the marina because it had no gas, the waves flipped us over,.. we lost our belongings. We had to wait for anyone to come and help us because the company had no protocol on how to respond to the accident. NOBODY from the company apologize or even cared to check if we were ok.Again, STAY AWAY. They shouldnt be operating if they have no care for the safety of their clients.

I went here with a group to ride jet skis, the one I got on wouldn’t go faster than 20 I didn’t push it. The waves were super choppy, the jet ski leaned and the person riding with me leaned with it and we fell over in the first 10 minutes of our hour. They charged us for breaking the jet ski and the hour. The guy leading us to the jet skis told me it was an accident something I couldn’t have avoided. Overall piss poor experience. Soaked in salt water and the place trying to ring my pockets. And the people are rude. Talking about you to other customers and each other.

It was awesome awesome awesome . The best yacht rental company ever dealt with . Easy process easy communication they reply fast and rite away . And allow u to have freedom and so much fun. The process is easy and prices are the best in town. Check them out u won’t regret it. I’m definitely going back for memorial and Labor Day weekends.
