DO NOT BOOK!!! This hasss to be a scam! I was questionable at first but once I got a call a few days before the trip I was pretty confident that they cared about their customers… I was wrong! We showed up to two different docks that they listed, called, texted, and even emailed with no response. We are stranded on a random dock waiting for a boat to show up… This company is so unprofessional. Stills waiting for a call back or email some type of response and I’m not getting anything. I need a refund!!!
Wow wow wow sooo disappointed!!!🤬 initially I was concerned about this company and thought it was sketchy but when they called me about 3 to 4 days before the trip I was confident that they had great customer service. Upon arrival to the dock, there were no signs or personnel like the other companies. We followed instructions in the emails with no further details other than what pier to go to. It was very frustrating random pier employees told us of another address to check which I found in my very first email. We traveled to that second address still nothing. I called emailed and texted with no success. This company has very poor communication and has raised the bar for unprofessional businesses. On top of that, we were not the only party looking for the company. Two parties of 4+ traveling across the area looking for the same unorganized and disgraceful business.
DO NOT BOOK. Terrible at communicating with their customers. Once you pay you only hear from them on the day of the trip asking if you’re still coming. The number they give you to call, no one answers. This is just the booking process. We were warned by other boats in the area that there are thunderstorms heading in. South Beach Party Boats (wanting the money) still continued with the trip with their comment being “when last did you party in the rain?”. Terrible experience. Went out with the boat, stopped at a random place waiting for heavy rain to pass. Once the rain passed (30min of your trip wasted), we went to the “sandbar”. This is just a little island where they dock and you stay there for the next 2.5 hours. “Water toys” consisted of 2 stand up paddle boards and something that looks like a water trampoline but wasn’t pumped up enough to really enjoy it. Drinks consisted of beers and boxed wine. The “snacks” were mini packets of lays, doritos and fritos - that’s it. Not at all like the video on their website and definitely NOT worth $80, so don’t waste your money.
The entire booking process didnt make sense. Online it says no online availability, call *this* number for more details. You call, no one answers. You text, they say to call another number. When calling the second number they told me to book online... The whole process is confusing and they lost a potential customer for sure.
