The technician that came to the house to wash the windows was meticulous and did an awesome job. He was also very respectful and showed up on time when he said he was coming. I would highly recommend Window Gang to clean your windows and much more!!!!

The employees of Window Gang came in quite on time as promised, were very polite and dilligent, gave me an explanation of what they were going to do and as soon as I agreed they got to do the work. I live on a third floor, which was not an obstacle at all. The estimate was fair and the results were quite to my satisfaction. Before departing they walk me around the apartment to show me the windows. Next time I will contract them for cleaning the inside of the windows as well. I recommend them without hesitation

This is the second year Ive used Window Gang. the first year the service was great. This year was off to a good start until the person I was dealing with (Claudia out of the MIami office) decided to stop responding to my calls and emails. I booked close to 2K in services including pressuring cleaning the exterior of my entire house, driveways, patio, window washing etc. I was sent two technicians that I could not communicate with because neither one of them spoke English. I was able to get Claudia on the phone to discuss that there were certain things that were not completed with the job - including cleaning out the dryer vents and sealing all of the driveway and pressure cleaning that was done. She promised she would send someone back within a few days to get done. Given that this was right before Thanksgiving - I waited a week before following up. Its been a total of 3 WEEKS since I had anyone back to finish the job that was started - and paid for. Someone showed up over the weekend when I was not home to attempt to seal the driveway - 3 weeks after it was originally cleaned. I have not been able to reach anyone from the offices or the numbers on the websites. Its been radio silence from this company even after several unanswered text messages and calls to the contacts phone​. Consider yourself warned before paying this company before the work is completed. Major improvements should be made on the customer service side. And Im still waiting on a call to finish up the job that was paid for.

Very pleased with Window Gang Miami. Needed help cleaning the windows of my new property and needed to get my driveway pressure washed for a family event and they got it done urgently and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anybody looking for quality work for the right price!

Excellent company. Job well done. At the end of the day at the finish inspection they have realized they missed some things. They came back next day and they fixed it until perfect.Very rare experience. I definitely call them back when I need their services.

I run a commercial property management company, the first time I worked with Window Gang I was very pleased with the job they did and the price they came in at.When time came to do the same job the next year they put a statement in their contract that basically said they wont be liable for any damage that they do to our building. This is ludicrous considering they are using blades and other heavy equipment to clean windows 30 feet off the ground.When I tried to get in touch with the owner it took me over 3 months to get him to actually respond (he wouldnt actually speak to me on the phone) to me and his only remedy was to charge me before he went to the site and does any work.Sadly very poor customer service by the owner of the company, wouldnt recommend using them in the future.

Be VERY Careful with this crew! They basically have a release of liability in their invoice and so they are NOT responsible for any scratches they create! I had them come to complete a full construction cleaning of the windows on our newly built home, only to realize that they left scratches in all directions. When I called the owner of the company to come and review the windows, he basically told me that the windows were scratched prior and he was not liable as I had signed a waiver from the onset so basically too bad. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from an owner of a big organization.

They scratched several of my tinted windows in my home. Repair is going to cost me over $1000 now because of them.

The window cleaner did not do an awesome job, he did an okay very pasable job. I saw a couple of cars get wet from the window cleaning crew. Surprised me how they didn’t cover the cars before. One of them had the windows open, wonder if the owner was even aware of the issue. As before mentioned, very okay job.

Very professional and courteous cleaners, they did a thorough job. My roof and walk ways were sparkling when they were done. Their pricing was better than the company I had used the year before and they did a much better job.The owner stopped by to inspect the team’s work during the day. I was blown away! It clearly conveyed to me that he cared about the quality work being done by his staff and hold them to high standards.I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Receptionist very difficult to understand. Price differed in person when they arrived than what was quoted by phone. Promise of windows that stay cleaner longer because of a special process and products was not at all true. Windows dirty just days later. Promise to return if something not done to expectations was difficult to enforce. Had to call and practically beg for them to come back to reclean several windows and actually clean one they missed. They wanted me to wait several weeks until they had another job in my area. Would NOT recommend. Would NOT use again.
