I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for keep it clean company who did a deep clean of my carpet and wood floors in my home. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. Your office was my third attempt to find a good carpet and floor cleaning service. The experience with your company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The call resulted in Miguel making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. He was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to your services. Miguel arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. He then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended your services to several people.

I recently moved to a new house for which the tiles where full of dust and grout. Worst of all was getting sick from all the dust left over from the construction. When I got home after the work was completed I literally thought they had put new tiles!!! The shine and cleanses I feel walking barefoot is amazing. Most important the air smells clean and sanitized. Outstanding, and super friendly service! We have young kids, pets, and lots of friends and family over often. We had a white delicate fabric couch, a large sectional, and two mattresses deep cleaned. The white couch was visibly stained with red marker, dirt, and spills. I was ready to toss it and buy a new couch. The mattresses had been stained from the kids bed-wetting, and the sectional, just a frequently used and abused hangout spot in our family room. All 4 pieces of furniture look new after being deep cleaned and will last us several more years. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for future services.

Miguel was very professional and thorough. He took his time going over every bit of my flooring and double checking to make sure it was right. He explained the problem that I was having with my tile and the process he was using to remedy the situation. All I can say is WOW! They came in and cleaned my (12 year old) dining room chairs and Im so incredibly excited to say they look new. I have two young boys so its a miracle they survived this long but I know I still have plenty of time to enjoy my like new chairs. They also cleaned the travertine tiles in my kitchen and then sealed the floor. The floor looks beautiful. The guys who came out were very professional, extremely responsive via text, and recommended products to keep my floors looking new. I highly recommend this company.

Keep It Clean Carpets and Tile did an amazing job cleaning the tile in my entire house. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my floors were clean. They also cleaned my marble window sills and steam cleaned my jalousie windows and screens. They were on time and took their time to do the job right. And on top of that, their service was an incredible value. I’ve heard horror stories of the local Stanley Steamer company. Don’t go with a big corporation, hire a local family run business that actually cares about their customers.

We closed on a home that had pets and unfortunately was neglected for many years. Now mind you, I had seen 3 other companies prior to Keep It Clean Carpets and Tile. My white tiles looked grey and the grout was dark. The guys came out and where honest from the start. That to me is the most important factor. Urine build up was a big concern and it seems like the owners before where not taking necessary measures to keep their home clean. I have young children and I wanted to just put down new floors and carpets but we didnt have the budget for them. Keep It Clean explained the process from beginning to end and both my Wife and I agreed to go with them. I like the fact that they use eco-friendly products and work with Enzymes.So we get home the following day after the Deep Floor and Carpet Cleaning Treatment and JUST WOW.... My Wife had tears of joy running down her face. The Urine Smell was Gone and the once upon a time grey tiles where WHITE and the grout THAT WAS BLACK, is light grey!The Carpets looked 100 times better, a lot better than we expected. Awesome experience with these guys!We have been in the home 12 years and never spent money on a professional grout cleaning - the floors look like new. They went from black back to their original color. We even have dogs that have had accidents and the guys worked stubborn areas spots until they matched the rest of the grout. This was the best part of working with “Keep It Clean” - they put in 110% effort and didn’t take shortcuts. Hire them to clean the top of a mattress. Although they did manage to clean the top of the mattress, the water travelled to rhe sides of the matress and stained both sides. Contacted them to inform of the problem but they bevame defensive. Asked how they can solve the new stains, did not get a response and ignored texts. Conclusion, my mattress looks worst than before they cleaned it. So I am out of $150 I paid..now I will have to call another company to clean what the other company ruined.
