Richard came round same day to help us with a horrible smell in the carpet.He cleaned the stairs the hallway and the offending room.Super friendly chap, did an amazing job and we couldnt have asked for anything more!Recommend them so highly!

1. The guy was late2. Asked for help to bring equipment in3. Asked to use my bathroom4. Had me fill up a bucket of water for him5. Asked for a towel for the floor6. I was told $130 for the stain cleaning but when he arrived he said it is $220 for the actual cleaning and $130 job would not work on stainsI have no idea what I paid $220 when I am doing part of the work and providing materials that they should have. Couch looks clean which is great, but would never recommend this place.

The people in this company are very unprofessional. I called to schedule my couches to get cleaned, I got an appointment. The day of the appointment, the person coming to clean my couch called and rescheduled for a couple of days later . Today he was supposed to be here at 9 am to clean my couches, I called him to confirm and he told me that his car is in the mechanic and he can’t come, very u professional and with no regard to customer satisfaction or time . I found another company to do the job and I will never contact these people again . HORRIBLE

Horrible company, very rude and disrespectful. They stole money from me. They didnt clean the sofa like they promised they would. They lied and said they would come back out to make it right, but it was never corrected. They are unprofessional. I dont know how this company is still in business. The only thing they did was put water on the sofa and made it worse than it was. I used my last amount of dollars. I dont work and Im unemployed and this is a brand new luxury gift that was purchased for me. They refuse to refund me the money and refuse to assist me. When I called to complain on the unsatisfactory job, the lady advised me that she would have to check if the guy actually worked for their company, which made no sense. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT I BELIEVE IS RAN OUT OF A BACKYARD

Ill reiterate what most reviews here have said.I called to schedule an appointment between 12 and 1. On the day, I called at 12:47 to see if they were still on their way, the woman who answered the phone said we were still on and that the technician was running late. Five minutes later, I receive a call saying the technician has an emergency and has to reschedule.Seek elsewhere, there are services out there who want your business and respect your time. This is not one of them.

This is the worst cleaning company you can possibly try to contract. They never showed up to the appointment and when called to ask they said they were over booked and didn’t have anybody to send out. Definitely will never waist my time contacting them again.

This company is under review and sent to better business bureau. I paid them 395 to Eliyahu Peled from the Sofa Miami to complete the cleaning. The cleaning was terrible on items that were only getting a normal cleaning not stains etc. Upon notifying management, the company did not rectify (commited to come back and clean) and never showed up on the date and time. The company has indicated they have no insurance to rectify the situation. I would never use this company. They are totally a fraud and are not a legitimate business fraud

Truly horrible service. Two guys showed up and asked for towels for the floor. Red flag. They rushed through my sofa cleaning -- about 15 mins for a big sectional. I could tell this was not a thorough job and I should have said something during so shame on me for that. My place was soaked after, my carpet, my floors. If you know the process is that messy, bring your own supplies, a tarp, etc. I had to clean up all the water and their boot marks all over my white floors. Plus, they put all the wet cushions back in place on the wet sofa frame. How on earth would it dry like that? So I then had to take everything apart. Anyway, when it finally dried, it looked worse than before. It was clean in some parts, dirty in others. They missed basically all corners and curves -- it was the shoddiest cleaning job Ive ever seen. I called to complain, I sent photos and the manager said hed have them come back on the following Monday morning. Monday came and went, never heard from them. I texted to let the manager know they didnt show and to say this is really bad business. No response since. I shouldve know when this slob winked at me in response to my asking if hes sure this process is safe for this particular fabric that they were not on the up and up. Not to mention, the invoice they have you sign is in another companys name. Slime.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.1st: did not show up on time2nd: I as offered a DEEP CLEANING from the professional. I accepted it but it was definitely not a deep cleaning. A LOT of dirty found on the couch when I checked it (after technician left). I called the company and said it and the manager said this is their service.Don’t expect much from the service and from their customer service.I definitely wouldn’t recommend it!!!!FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I took off of work and scheduled a cleaning from this company, they never showed up ! When I called into them they told me the tech couldn’t make it in and would come the next day. After this major inconvenience, they were also very rude. Expect unprofessionalism if you go with this company.

I wish i could give zero star... gentleman did whatever to the sofabed which is an antique walk around no shirt in my house and now everything is soaked amd dripping and he left saying it will take 6hrs to dry. I have a gel mattress i purchased for 1600 thats completely ruin. They are horrible.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to! Very unprofessional as far as scheduling and being prompt. I called around for a few quotes and honestly everyone had the same price. I ended up just randomly picking this company...huge mistake! Don’t waste your time or money! You might as well go with “Stanley Steamer” because honestly the pricing is the same.

Sofa Cleaning Miami did an amazing job on my rug in my old place . The rug was so bad but he got a lot of the stains out . Stains that we both didnt think would come out were gone . Was like magic !

I do not usually write reviews, but the service was FATAL! the man who came too informal, without uniform, or presentable. It appeared that he had NO IDEA of what he was doing. He came to clean my sofa that I get a lot of money with dirty shoes and I end up wetting my whole room and I leave it dirty because every time I step on his shoes I messed up MORE !!! I put the wet cushions to dry on top of a piece of furniture that can not get wet and I hurt it and just said oh sorry ... the truth is that I would have preferred to leave my couch as it was before spending all those $$ and go through this experience.
