Awful customer service! I called to get a quote and they texted me back asking for pictures of the floors. I didn’t have pictures, since there are tenants in the property and they told me, sorry I can’t help you and told me to find somewhere else to get my floors done. Absolutely unacceptable and not how you should do business or treat customers. I do not recommend them unless your willing to deal with that type of service, and have pictures of all your floors.

Used a different company that actually charged more prior to this one and my mattress still wreaked of pee. I have small children and had never had my mattress cleaned since I’ve had them so I was adamant about finally having it cleaned. My mattress smells amazing and was cleaned very thoroughly! Would highly recommend!

He came on time and within an hour was finished with both queen size mattresses. The first one I had for over 15 years. It’s been through a lot I even had my child on it LOL it was in storage for two years until recently. the second one was given to me By my cousin who had it his whole life. I am OBSESSED with this company. The owner is so professional, so accommodating & does things efficiently.I have dogs so my rug needed to be thoroughly cleaned & he did it. It was a MASSIVE rug. Not only did he drop the rug back off to me in perfect condition but he moved-literally a 300lb hutch that I wanted the rug under. He stayed for an extra 30 minutes out of his day to make sure not only I was happy with the rug, but where it was placed as well. Handled with such care. I very rarely write reviews but for something like this I wanted people in Miami to know this is your go to carpet guy. The problem with business’ now a days is that they have employees who represent their business for them & that is the problem. The fact that the owner comes himself, to make sure the job is done correctly-speaks volumes.My rug smells so clean, looks brand new-it’s completely restored. Looked up these guys on Google and I’m really happy I did! The work they did was impeccable. Very very very nice guys. They don’t try to scam you out of your money. I have a very light fabric couch that I purchased off of OfferUp and needed a deep cleaning. After they were done, the couch looked like if it was delivered from Ashley’s. These guys were great. First, my building has strict insurance requirements for all vendors and contractors. Sheen was able to provide their Certificate of Insurance right away to get approval. Then on the day of the appointment, my building elevator went down right as they were about to start so they couldnt get their equipment up to my unit. So I had to turn them away and reschedule after they had already patiently waited for about 30 minutes. But the elevator came back on shortly after they left and these guys turned around and came back and got the job done. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Couldnt be happier with the results and the couch isnt even dry yet. Highly recommended.

ATTENTION: Look no further when looking for a company to clean your furniture! This company is the best. I was NOT asked to write this review. This is me writing a review because they deserve it..My dog peed all over my brand new couch. Its an expensive couch so I was worried about finding the right company. I reached out to Sheen 247 and they got back to me with quotes within an hour...My biggest concern was, does this company actually send their own team, or does this company sub out the work to other companies. Because in Miami, most of the time you hire someone for a service and they send another company or some random person. Sheen 247 has their own team. Matter of fact, Yosef and his Son are apart of the Sheen family. So when they showed up with actual Sheen shirts i felt better..I showed Yosef the stains on the couch. He was very honest and straight forward with me that because it is urine and urine is acidic, it may not come out 100% but he assured me dont worry he would do everything he could. He Showed me the special product they use (not regular soap). He also did a browning treatment to help remove the stains. He was very educational and made sure I was informed of everything they planned to do..In a couple of hours they were done. Now the next morning my couch is dry and I can say that the stains are pretty much 100% gone! So happy with the outcome and that my new couch did not get ruined. As a business owner myself, I can say that Sheen is a company that is doing business the RIGHT WAY. I wills end them referrals and hire them again when needed!

I am in West Palm Beach and needed a sofa cleaned. Called SHEEN and got an appointment the next day. They arrived promptly on time, were very courteous, and did an excellent and thorough job on the sofa. They were careful with everything in the house and left the floor, etc. as they found it. The sofa is now drying but it appears to be very well cleaned. The price was very reasonable.

Our condo had a large amount of water come in during an AC installment that flooded over half our condo. Joe and the guys from Sheen came in after hours with all their equipment and dried everything out in a couple of days. They even took all our towels and rugs that had been soaked and cleaned and sanitized them. Joe made sure and tested all the walls to make sure everything was completely dry before he took any equipment away. Additionally, they were available or responded quickly whenever I called or texted them. Overall excellent service!

Over the weekend we had a horrible water leak with our air conditioning unit. The water spread from the closet where the AC unit is kept into the carpets of the surrounding bedrooms. The team at Sheen came the very next morning on a Sunday to vacuum up the water, set up fans, used anti microbial solutions to prevent the development of mold. They returned two days later to deep clean the carpet and assess for water damage. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!

Superior customer service! We had an issue with our rug where the glue and the backing on the bottom separated from the actual rug, creating wrinkles. We sent the rug to Sheen to get cleaned, hoping that would also remove the wrinkles. When the rug was delivered it was inpecably clean but we were still seeing the wrinkles. The owner came to my house and personally steam cleaned it until it was perfect. He then helped us move around a bunch of furniture. Really above and beyond.

I got to know the Sheen team about 4-5 months ago. Unfortunately, I had severe water damage in my house caused by a broken pipe. I called the Sheen team in the middle of the night, and they showed up quickly, extracted all the water, saved my area rugs, furniture, and floors from being totally destroyed.Thank you for a GREAT job.
