Worst experience ever.....They charged me an extra $1,500 dollars without prior notification. Supposedly I returned the car without the back seat, but when I returned, it was inspected and had no problems. I called and the supervisor was not there. I have never been contacted despite having my phone contact. In my opinion this is a set up. They have surveillance cameras; therefore, this issue can easily be verified prior to charges. It is easier for them to charge $1,500 than verify the surveillance cameras. I hope my experience can help you in your decision-making…..
