Worst rental in Florida, they will supply customers with bad cars. I had to change 2 cars. As said, I used 3 of their cars. the 3rd one also damage while I was using it. They use miss information in order to scam customers. Dont trust them, they will make false quotations and then say its more money. Apart from that they will put other information than the one you agreed on the contract and after will charge you with more rent days. Be careful everyone they are taking advantage of tourists!!!

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE. NO PAGUE NADA POR ADELANTADO.They will send you a quote for half the price than any other rental. Once you are there (with your family and bags) they will completely ignore the printed quote. Tell you thats not their problem. That you have to pay now almost double the quote. You will call the number where you got the quote (somewhere in Latin America). Once you explain what is going on. they will hang on you. Their premises are outside the airport. Avoid this rental at all costs.

Very recommended company, we are locals and we rent a vehicle for a family members coming to Miami. They help us from the beginning to end, We got in contact with Sebastian for the reservation very helpful and a good price for the high season of Spring Break. At the counter Jesus was a good man very patient with my family even provide them with some additional at no cost.Everything went smooth the Kia Forte is a very good car up to date, clean, no complains see you next time guys!! Very poor customer service, price wasn’t even close to the advertised one. They add random charges that I’ve never heard of. They charge an airport pick up fee everyday until u give the car back even tho you just get picked up once, doesn’t make sense. When we asked why is that they didn’t even know why, they said “thats just how the system has it set up”. They also add an insurance fee, even tho u can use yours, they don’t even have the courtesy of taking you to your hotel after dropping off your car.... even tho you paid a “Airport pickup” fee every day... and our hotel was next to the airport... anyways i don’t recommended this service, ill take my business somewhere else next time! I can not begin to express how disappointed I am with this rental company. Upon arriving to the airport, Sebatian Barrera picked me and my boyfriend up. He told us that he would take us to his office, we would sign paperwork and then the rental would be ours for the week. While we were driving from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to his office, he was activity taking phone calls and texting while driving. This is illegal in FL. We arrived at his office and went to sign the documentation. I was asked to provide insurance information with a minimum of $300,000 liability insurance (SLI) & property damage. This was not included or mentioned in the rental agreement (booked through Economy Bookings). I asked him to show us where this was listed in the agremeent and he could not (because it wasnt). Because I do not have this level of coverage, there was an additional $25/day. Again, this requirement or cost was not disclosed to me when booking. After discussing the insurance, I was also told about the toll pass of either $15/day (unlimited) or $30 per toll. After doing a quick Google, the toll pass in FL could be purchased for $5 + money for the tolls (WAY under what they would charge)! Clubss ridiculous price gouging is a scam. This was something else that was not disclosed in the rental agreement. I decided to opt out of renting this car after discovering the fee was going to go from $87 (listed on the agreement) to $265+ plus toll fees. More than THREE times the original amount. The rental voucher states Above balance is accurate if no extra services agreed locally, apart from pre-booked items already included. See voucher inclusions for details. This is a lie. Sebatian even said did you really think you were going to get a rental car for 7 days for under $100? He knows he is scamming people! After opting out of renting the car, Sebatian Barrera said that he would take us back to the airport. While driving back to the airport, he started texting again. A picture was taken of him texting as proof of him putting us in danger (image attached). When he realized a picture was taken, he slammed on the brakes and said that he was going to call the cops and take us back to his office. He was no longer going to take us back to the airport. We got back to his office and had to unpack our luggage and we started walking. This was a terrible way to start vacation. They have HUNDREDS of 1-star reviews on Google telling the exact same story I am and a D rating of BBB. This company needs to be stopped!

I am Canadian, made a car reservation with this agency. They tried to make me take an extra insurance to make money even if my canadian insurance. They first asked for US.39.99 per day and then went down to $24.99 but I still didnt accept it and left without renting. They then told me that I will loose my deposit.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Beware that Clubs has an unusual insurance policy that specifically accepts only a handful of insurance companies as acceptable to them, resulting in much higher daily rates once the 3rd party liability insurance is added on. Most companies will accept your valid personal auto coverage (mine was from American Family), but not Clubs.Clubs was acceptable for pickup and processing time, and the car was in very good condition. If not for the bait-and-switch pricing I would have given 5 stars.

These guys are scammers! 5-star reviews are fake. You will not get a car there without paying a fortune and, most probably, loose your money as well. Our flight was delayed by just 2 hours. When we got to our destination, Clubs told us that our reservation was canceled for “no show”, they refused to give us a refund, they were rude and just hung up on us. Never deal with these scammers!

Run as far away as you can. Despite having made a reservation online that clearly stated only $100 was owed at arrival they will hit you with $30/day for not having $300k in property damage insurance which very few people have. they try to hit the uninformed out of towners with $12/day for toll pass which you absolutely do not need. We ended up paying $400more on arrival. The car battery died due to no fault of our own and they did nothing to help, after hanging up on me multiple times, they kept omg saying needed to drive the (dead) car 45 min to them. When we tried to use our own roadside assistance they wouldn’t even answer the phone to confirm the rental car was truly in our name. No apology, no sorry for your waste of time/gas money. Stay as far away as you can, worth it to go with one of the big name company’s with much better customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. First off you have to figure out how to even get over to the car rental place. And then once you get there, they try to scam you into getting insurance because they tell you that your car insurance doesn’t work for them and then try to tell you that you have to pay an additional $60/day. So we left and got a rental from another place. I will never book through them again and i will make sure all of my family and friends don’t either!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Its a scam.Shortly after we arrived, the customer ahead of us warned us of Clubs ridiculous fees and policies, . I wish I would have left when he did.The staff, there, insisted that I needed to buy more coverage for the car. I told them I had already purchased their Full Coverage as stated on their website and showed them the confirmation email as proof. I even brought my own car insurance along. Still they insisted, apparently full coverage is not full coverage.The people behind us were running into the same problem, we all ended up leaving. At least the company offered to drive us back to the airport.Save yourself, its a scam.

I’d give 0 if I could but I wanted to be able to warn others!! BEWARE OR JUST AVOID ALTOGETHER!! I understand the insurance policy and most renters allow you to use your own. After seeing other reviews around THEIR requirements, I called and asked...3 different times!! I asked if $300,000 liability was all I needed. I have Geico and that’s on their acceptable list. They said yes! I get there and show my declaration page. They said, “you’re good with liability but not enough in property. You must have $300,000 there”. I had even called geico and asked about this. Geico won’t even approve more than $250,000. I declined their offer - an additional $30/day @ 8 days! My rental was $125 total! They’re LIARS and they don’t care! They knew they’d sell the car again at the higher rates ($700+). Funny thing was, when I called for an Uber, they weren’t far away! That tells me 1) this happens a lot and 2) maybe they’re even in on it together! Almost like rental places are tipping them off that people cancel once they get screwed in the rental office!

Do not rent from this company. Extremely bad customer service and will not stand behind product. Continually lies to customers causing inconvenience, and then will not respond to phone calls and emails regarding restitution. Stay away. Prices seem low at first but the final price after all fees are similar to Hertz or even Enterprise, which have WAY BETTER customer service.

HORRIBLE! When booking the car I was back and forth with one of the representatives to confirm the price I would be paying. He told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything more then the price we discussed at pickup. I ended up spending $150 more in fees at pickup. The staff at the Fort Lauderdale location was so rude and unsanitary. They also talk to you as if you’re stupid. The car I received had cigarette burns and 3 service lights on. This company should be shut down!

It took 30 minutes to get ahold of them after over 15 phone calls! They made us wait over an hr for the shuttle after waiting the initial 30 minutes for them to answer the phone.They never showed, so we ended up taking an Uber. They told us our reservation for 12pm was for 1:00 and when we actually showed up, they claimed they didn’t even have a reservation for us.The gentleman that helped us was apologizing and ended up giving good customer service.Make sure you have the highest plan for your insurance ($300,000+) or you will be spending a lot of money!Only 2 stars because of the customer service from the gentleman who helped us.

Booked a rental car with full coverage and they wouldnt honour it. They said that the full coverage I got is not insurance. Isnt that what full coverage is! They also said I had to pay mandatory another almost $500 for insurance on top of what I already paid if I wanted the rental. I cancelled and had to go back to the airport and book another car for more money. Im hoping they will refund me what I paid. I dont recommend this company at all.

This month of vacation was nice. We arrived at the car rental and they were already waiting for us, the guy who took care of us explained everything we could do. They gave us free GPS, and I was able to return the car at the time we wanted.

Rented a Corolla and they gave me a free upgrade for a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They are located outside of the airport but they offer free transportation for pick up and drop off relatively fast. Overall great service and attention. highly recommended !!!

SCAMMERSDo not book a rental through this company! I was dumb and didnt read reviews until I was stuck at the air port waiting hours to be picked up. They never picked me up I had to take a taxi to get to their location off the air port and once I got there I was ignored for another 30-45 minutes, and I was the only person there besides employees. I was given an online price of $96 which was half the price of every where else. I should have know right there it was a scam, but I thought I had gotten lucky with a deal. The employee looks over my reservation and then tells me sorry you can not choose the no insurance option and then tries to force me to buy their insurance. Before booking a rental car I made sure that my personal insurance would cover the car, but he wouldnt listen to me and pulls out a piece of paper with fine print that states LOCALS CAN USE PERSONAL GEICO OR ALLSTATE INSURANCE TO COVER CAR after showing me this he says you can only use one of these companies to cover the car. At this point I knew 100% it was a scam. I am not a local and no one renting a car coming from the airport is going to be a local. The employee then tells me local means the whole USA. I laughed in his face and then made sure he wasnt charging my credit card and I walked next door and rented a car from NU car and they were extremely nice and helpful.

Well they have a few tricks to take your money.First the insurance, they’ll force you to take insurance from them. If you have your own they’ll still charge you $10+ per day.Second they’ll force you to use the sunpass provided. Especially in south Florida there is no other option. If you use your own they’ll change you $500 plus tolls.Thirdly they have this bogus fees $6+ per day, even after the reservation is pre paid.They have no shuttle, some guy will come when he feels like it in the car they’ll force on you.Wasted my time.Guy driving me drove though the bushes, properly will blame the previous renter for the scratches.They have no answers when asked about the charges. Even after the confirmation showed $0.00 due at car pick up.Guys they’re are clueless, rude and unprofessional. Would ignore all incoming phone calls and answer cell phones on speaker as customers are trying to sort out rentals.I have pictures of their made up “policies” which make no sense.Never again!

I had made a reservation a month ahead of time. I had the confirmation and even received a text message on my phone upon landing at Miami airport to pickup my rental car. When I called about the shuttle, I was told not only didnt they have my reservation, but they were out of cars! I had my confirmation of my reservation printed out and even received several emails prior to arriving with my confirmation as well as called the day prior to confirm. Unbelievable. What a ripoff. My daughters and I were stranded and had to pay a fortune for a rental car from another agency. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!

Worst rent car company in the world!! I rent cars very often, and I can tell you this company is a nightmare. Some of my experience:1) They take like 1 hour to pick you from the airport2) When driver pick you up, he never talk to you because he is talking with some girl in his phone. Plus you need to put your bags in the car because he doesnt help.3) My cousin buy an Oferton and transfer to me, they do not have idea of what they sell, They told us that the Oferton wasnt transferable when the oferton say you could.4) They force you to buy their insurances no matter your credit card has it, and worst no matter you have a USA car insurance that cover everything. Plus they have a sign that say if you use your credit card insurance theyll charge you $10 per day.5) When they see that anything that they say are in the offer, they start to telling you that you have a different offer. Other companies know what you buy.6) Two days before you return the car, they starting call you like 3 or 4 different people asking you the same. Weird!!!7) They rent you a car and you have a different model in the voucher.8) A lot of hidden fees, you need to be aware9) My recommendation pay $50 or $60 more and go with a professional and proven company.10) This company just want to take advantage of the people.

Very shady company at Orlando office. Tried to charge me bogus fees to use my own insurance at the time of pickup. I did not go through with the rental. Wasted half my day between their office and their slow transport to and from the airport. Ultimately went back to airport and rented a less expensive car at the terminal. Later I had to call 5 times to get a refund which took weeks.

The experience was amazing they gave me an excellent service. Pick up on the airport was on time. All the reservation information was clear. As a tourist they explained everything to me. Nicest guys ever!!!

I had a horrible experience at this place in Miami. This is seriously the worst customer service, organization, and protocols I’ve ever received. Prior to getting to this rental we had called the rental place numerous times. After calling three times, someone answered indicating that they would come for us. We didn’t get someone to us until 30 minutes later. A man picked us up and we headed to the rental place. As we got in, we were about to sign the papers and were waiting for insurance. However, as all the data was being put into the system, the man told us that we were canceled on the reservation after two hours of waiting. He then proceeded to get the paper in front of us and RIP THE PAPER APART. Very immature and unprofessional. After the guy told us he wouldn’t help and started arguing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and asked for them to help in any way they could. They refused and kicked us out . I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life .

This place is to avoid at all costs. They are scammers and charged for a road tax of 12.99 a day that doesnt exist! Plus airport surcharge when they are not located at the airport. Scam rent from a reputable company

Found them through a 3rd party website. Was told 12/day which was way cheaper than the everyone else at 20/day at the time. Turns out they slap you with a 10/day fee for providing your own insurance plus tax. Never heard of that before until now. If you use their insurance its either 15/day or 25/day extra. I also had a bad experience with their shuttle service. Waited an hour for them when they kept telling me it runs every 15 mins. Problem was their company name isnt listed anywhere. So dont look for their name on the shuttle van or pickup location. I am pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake cus no one had complained about the unexpected additional fee for insurance. You will also need to rent a toll tag from them for an additional 10/ish per day otherwise every toll you run costs 25 with a maximum fine of 500. I declined the toll rental and tried to use my own toll tag without success. The car was registered as an individual and I cannot override their toll with mines. So i took a ton of detours to avoid toll on my vacation....

Shuttle to pick you up was late and didn’t arrive until 20 min after I called.Shuttle driver and counter clerk was the same person (that explains the shuttle been late). Contract limits insurance companies and did not accept USAA, that was a 1st for me and had to pay extra for their insurance coverage. Rental delivery process is to slow (30 min) even when I was the only customer. Rental car was an Elantra with 38,000 miles, no options (no Bluetooth, rear camera, auto lights, etc.) and stained seats. It even had the TPMS warning light on.I forgad to mention that they required a photo copy of my driver license and credit card and that is definitely a breach of security of personal identification.They do not open on Mondays until 7am so if your flt leaves early that creates a logistical issue for rental return and transportation to airport.I do not recommend Club Car Rentals of MCO to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY HERENDOUS!!! Complete scam...booked full size vehicle for $275 outside of Orlando Airport property. Get to the place- a absolute dump, didn’t have the size vehicle we booked and were told “during busy season the Sentra is considered a FULL SIZE”....are you serious??? Then wants to charge another $250 Sunpass and Insurance which we insist we NEVER DO! Terrible customer service to rectify the situation!! NEVER GO HERE! Waste of time!!!!

These people are scammers, rented a car through Economy booking and this is who they gave us. We ended up paying $170 Cdn more then expected. They charge $10/day insurance even though i had proof of my own insurance, they charged us $7.00/day for the toll pass because they out right lied and said there was only toll roads from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. We used the car for one week and never went on toll road, It took u 1.5 from the time we got to there office to drive off their lot, There was no gas in the car at pick up They were to drop us back off at the airport at 6 am when their office opened and Franco didnt get there till 6.15, I have sent 2 emails requesting some compensation and no response. I am going to try and go through my credit card. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. March 16-23/18

Other comapnies charge nothing to decline their insurance.Sunpass - Unlimited $11.99 per day, other companies charge as little as $6.00 for unlimited. I went to Fox Car Rental, they charged me $7.49 per day for sunpass.The girl at the counter was friendly, so I canceled, booked online with FOX and went down the road.Then they charged me $30.00 for their Free cancelation.Total Rip-Off ... does not deserve to be in business.

The service was amazing, everything was fast, car in good conditions and prices are cheap comparing to other car rentals. I rented in their Orlando location.

I think these guys paid for these reviews.. I had the worst travel experience here!! Landed around 6pm, called and couldn’t make contact with them for about 30 minutes. Once I got threw, was given a 10 minute ETA and 30 minutes later they showed up. The office was packed when I arrived, and waited for about an hour... by 8 pm when I finally sat down they pull a insurance SCAM on me ($15/ day even if you’re fully covered - NO OPTION to opt out unless you can provide documentation from 1 of the 5 insurances they have listed). So.. they offered to double my reservation in price (and wasted my night) or I could go to a major car rental business for $30 less!!! I just got an Uber out of there, so frustrating to start off a vacation.
