These guys are amazing.I texted them a photo of my rim (22 Tesla Rim) I scratched and got a quote in 10 minutes that was very affordable ($139).Showed up the next day and within 2 hours my rims look like new. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior in part of this service.Service was amazing, especially since they were super busy they still were able to get me in and out so quickly.Thank you guys so much and keep up the great work!

My car had curb rash and this shop made my rims look new again. They did such a great job you cannot tell if the rims were ever damaged and they completed the job within 1.5hrs. If you text them, they will text back with an estimate. I showed them the text with the quote. What they quote you is what they charge unless something else happens.

Hi everyone, my name is Stephen! I spoke to rim repair Miami and I have to be honest I’m not impressed. I first called them and told them I had a wheel that I needed repaired, they told me sure bring it in we can do it. Secondly, the price was great I was amazed by how cost effective the repair was going to be and the fact you didn’t need a appointment was even better. Finally, I show up with my car and I drove from my home in South Miami and they told me they wouldn’t be able to match the two tone finish of my Honda’s wheel’s. I wasn’t happy when I left, I told them thank you so much and have a great day but, I’m leaving this review because, when I first got on the phone with them I asked them what’s the process of the repair and I asked because, typically to repaint and match wheels you have to start from scratch, sand, prime and then repaint. In conclusion I saw a lot of high end cars and a lot of reviews of good reviews but, I didn’t get what I was expecting from this website, it seems like the place is more of a car wash,then a repair place. P.S. manager seems a bit odd, Thanks and have a great day!

Amazing miracle workers to fix my Tesla wheel with curb rash or scratches and scuffs on wheels. Quick service, nice place with waiting lounge and nearby places to walk to and easily located near my office in Brickell so I did not have to waste time on the weekend.

Incredible experience with these guys. Prices are excellent, service is super fast, nice air conditioned waiting room with phone chargers and TV.My wheels came out looking brand new.I cant recommend them highly enough.A lot of the people leaving bad reviews are upset because they wont repair a structurally damaged wheel. Im not sure why they are getting upset about this. Its dangerous and no reputable shop will repair cracked or bent wheels. Its a shame that a great spot like this has its overall score dropped by a few stupid people who cant do any research before they come in.This place is excellent both in terms of quality of service provided and pricing. You will see lots of high end cars and exotics here for good reason. Definitely bringing my M3 back.

Excellent workmanship, great prices, fast service and great staff. I requested a quote via text to Peyton and got a response extremely fast even though I sent the request late in the day. I showed up Saturday morning and they explained the process and warranty. I was VERY PLEASED with the actual out come. Will definitely recommend them to any friends/family and all of you. Incredible that in 2-3 hours your rims look new again and you are driving on them. Best wheel restoration I have seen on BMW wheels and rims.

I have used these guys on three occasions. The first time was when I got a curb rash on my brand new Forgestar F14 wheels that were 2 weeks old! I was freaking out because I wasnt sure if it could be fixed. I emailed Mike and within a hour I was able to come in with my car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. I was blown away by how good it looked. I couldnt even tell where the scratch was.The second time, I decided to go through my insurance but they made me use a different company, whom I will not name. They did an amateur job where the paint did not match my wheels...a complete waste of time. I scheduled another appointment with Peyton and fixed it right up just like the first time. Wow. Thank you Peyton and your staff. You guys are awesome! If you need your wheels fixed, do not even hesitate or think twice. You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding service yet again.. Clipped a curb while driving my Mercedes and dinged up my rim pretty bad. Sent Chris a couple of pics of the damage and he had me come in same day and fixed it as if it never happened. Very professional and highly recommended.

I called these guys at 11am in a panic after ruining a Lamborghini wheel via curb rash. I absolutely had to have the repair done by 2pm. They quoted me 159$ for the repairs via a quick text. In my panic, I happened to curb ANOTHER wheel (which is shockingly easy to do in a lambo???). I showed up, showed them the damage and INSTANTLY they took my car in, washed and cleaned it. They immediately began repairs. I showed them the unexpected damage to the second wheel, and they said it would be the same price. The work was completed on both wheels before 1pm to showroom quality. Absolutely astonished at the quality of work, level of care, and speed at which the repairs were performed. Although it was a Lamborghini being fixed, I feel they would treat any type of car with the same level of respect and care.

Amazing Quality changing my rims from gloss black faded to Black Matte. Dropped it off in the morning and got it back same day. Really nice place. They do all kinds of work on exotic cars. Rims look brand new. The place is truly a one stop shop for Rims, Calipers, Chrome delete balcout and high quality window tints, XPEL Clear bra and PPF wraps.

This is a terrible place. Customer service is terrible. I called about my wheel being fixed. He said we don’t fix cracked or bent wheels. So I was really confused I type into google cracked wheels fixed in Miami and their number came up. So he said do you have a cracked or bent wheel I said yes. So he said we don’t fix those call someone else and hung the phone up. That’s terrible. If you have a problem answering questions you should quit

Had my calipers painted @ Rim Repair Miami today. I can’t say enough good things about the excellent customer service and quality work. I read reviews saying “if you have a regular car, they won’t take care of you“ which is complete BS. While I watched many high end cars come through, I just had a regular Camaro and they treated me just like they treated everyone else. I’m very pleased with my calipers and will be back for ceramic coating and any road rash I may need treated in my wheels. Well worth the drive! Thanks guys for an amazing job!

The quality of the work here is phenomenal. When I left, I couldnt even tell that I had grazed the curb. However, I am very unhappy about the wait. When I pulled up, they said they would be able to fix it in an hour or less. Despite this, it ended up taking about 3 hours to get done. I would have appreciated if they had told me this up front. I asked for a partial refund, but they said they cant do refunds? They did offer a few free washes, but I dont live in the Miami area, much less Florida, so its not much use to me.

Went in for a scratched rim/bumper on my truck. Harold the Manager greeted me and immediately informed me that the damage was superficial and proceeded to remove it with a solution. After he removed ALL the scratches he told me that I owed him nothing. Great experience, great staff, friendly atmosphere with a nice lounge to wait for your vehicle.

I came here for my curb rash rim repair as I work downtown Miami. They did excellent job. Rims look perfect! I never knew this place existed. They did the rims, XPEL Ultimate Clear Bra protection all in once place. Then delivered my car to me at my office upon completion at no extra charge. I recently had a pretty nasty case of curb rash just being an idiot and not paying attention while parking. I text Mike and got a quote a fast response and he was very quick and professional.They were able to take me that day. Their staff quickly had my wheel looking like nothing ever happened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Brought in a Rim for repair and was told by what looked to be a 13 year old kid that “we don’t repair rims” even though it clearly states in big letters outside their shop “Rim repair”. Not only HORRIBLE customer service but very low class people. See proof for yourself. Look at the way they respond to reviews. It’s disgusting. Using profanity and foul language. WHAT A JOKE! They probably have the 13 year old kid responding to people. Listen guys, just stay away.

Great job detailing car no complaints. My car is full of dents and scratches and peeling paint, but this is the second time Ive had my car detailed here and they always make me feel like its new.Very quick turnaround and I like getting the e-mail notification when the car is all done and ready for pick up.The staff when I dropped off the car in the AM was some dopey guy, but the service when I picked up the car was great!

If you don’t own a Lamborghini, Tesla, or other high end car they won’t help you. We brought in a rim for repair and were refused service by a kid that said “we don’t repair cracked or bent rims”. He said we needed to go to a tire shop. I suggest that anybody with a regular car go elsewhere.

They contaminated the paint.The ///M decals they applied was not the correct size, the owner or manager told me that in two days they will call me to put the right size decals...... never called meMy tires have orange lettering sticked to them, dont no how, but a letter was missing by the time I pick the car up, Also still waiting for that call.Don’t like the experienceNot good at all

I dont know how they do it but my rims look brand new and you cant tell where the curb rash was before the repair.m got a lifetime warranty and I saved probably $800 compared to replacing the rims.

A quick and superficial 20 minute wash. The car was dirty. Not worth the 24 dollars they charged me. Next I prefer to wash it and vacuum it manually at a service station.Just a quick and superficial 20-minutes car wash. The car remained dirty. It is not worth spending 24 bucks in this. Next time I would prefer washing and vacuum it by myself in a gas station.

They had never cleaned my car so badly, it was the worst thing I have ever seen, fogged the windows that you barely see and half of the car did not touch it, do not make my mistake, a dirty evil is preferable to that disaster.
