I am thoroughly impressed with the work Hugh’s Detailing does, these guys are masters of their craft while being some of the most down to earth and cool people I came across. They did a fantastic job bringing the shine back in my car that was faded and looked like only a full respray could save it. With skill, high end products and attention to detail they pulled a miracle and I’m very happy with the outcome. On top of that, this has been a smooth and enjoyable experience, Ed was extremely patient, answered all my questions, remembered all the details I mentioned and applied all that to the final product. I didn’t feel like I was just another number although my old Audi TT quattro was probably the cheapest worst cars they ever worked on. Perfect communication and transparency, going the extra mile to make me happy as a customer were the icing on the cake. I have nothing but respect for the skill and professionalism these guys displayed, 10/10, I’ll be back to do all my cars with them. The search is over!

I recently purchased a BMW X5 and wanting to protect it as soon as I received it I scheduled a New Car Prep + Leather Protection visit. When I arrived, Brandon took the time to explain (in detail) exactly what they would do and the why behind it. I also asked him for his general recommendations given the conditions the car would be kept in at home and he (no pressure at all) advised me on what he thought would work given what I was telling him. I was impressed at how there was no pressure to do more than I originally came in for and Brandon even took the time to show me around the shop and the examples for what I was interested in. In the end, in addition to the New Car Prep + Leather Protection I decided to do Ceramic Tints + Modesta Coating.When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away at the work but also at the time his team (shout out to Ed) he took to walk me through what they did, answered ALLLLL my questions, walked me through how to maintain it at home. I probably spent 1 hour with the questions I had and Ed didnt rush through anything at all. It took the experience even higher than I thought possible and Im excited to visit again when the time comes.If you have any doubts or worries, I hope this alleviates them. Im very meticulous and thorough in my research and was confident in this team when initially working/communicating with them and the after experience blew me away. INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL team!

Pretty much as high end as you can go in the world of Auto detailing. Everything is done with meticulous precision & perfection. Your car will Stellar! Prices are extremely high even for regular washes but again high end detailing & worth if you truly want to protect your asset.
